Uncontrollable Emotions (1)

“Let’s run away, Ariad.”

So-hee couldn’t say anything.

He sounded so desperate that she felt apologetic.

She would instead choose silence than disappoint him.

However, Ariad’s pursed lips were enough to provoke Deon.

“Hell. Maybe, I don’t need an answer from you.”

“What?”

“I’m going to take you with me whether you like it or not.”

When his twinkling gaze caressed Ariad’s lips, his grey eyes glowed as if he was coveting cherries.

Deon swallowed hard, his Adam’s apple bobbing up and down.

The aroma of nicotine had mixed with Deon’s scent, and the hot swirling sense of desire inside her showed no sign of abating.

Deon had pushed So-hee roughly against the wall, and the grey-brown brick behind her back turned heated.

She found it hard to distinguish where this heat came from.

Was it a rising fever from the pain of her injuries, or did this handsome, brutal man cause it?

It had been a long time since both of their bodies got tangled up.

*BOOM*

The door opened with a loud noise.

When they both took their eyes off each other’s lips to check the commotion, Joshua was already scowling at Deon, who had Ariad in his arms.

‘My novel is ruined.’ She quietly recited.

And here, she thought she had finally become the female heroine.

She ruined her future herself.

Joshua’s blood-red eyes were calm.

They didn’t waver at all.

She knew that look so well.

When a man like Joshua gets furious, his outer shell appears relatively calm.

She couldn’t even look him in the eye because it scared her when he was in this mood.

How should she deal with this situation?

Too late.

Joshua’s blood-red gaze caught hers.

So-hee’s heart had jumped to the beat of her husband’s footsteps.

*THUMP*

*THUMP*

*THUMP*

“You’re here again? You should get out, Joshua. Can’t you see we’re busy?”

Deon gave him a mocking glance before he lowered his head back to Sohee and kissed her fiercely as if to show him who had the upper hand.

Deon was so rough that she tasted blood in her tongue.

However, the act didn’t last long.

“Argh!”

Joshua came forward, clutched Deon’s silver-grey hair, and started raising him upward so that he was almost on his tiptoes.

“Let me go, you f*cking bastard!” He cursed and hit Joshua’s handsome face with violence.

Forced to release Deon’s mane, Joshua stumbled but immediately regained his balance.

Blood trickled from the corner of his lip.

“Take a look at her condition before you act, a*shole. Don’t be like a dog in a rut.”

Joshua’s eyes flashed at Ariad.

Her lower body was fully exposed, which hadn’t been functioning correctly due to her injuries.

Ariad’s dress was raised, and her pale neck was blue, bruised, and shiny with Deon’s saliva.

Her lovely face was white, as if she had run out of blood.

Joshua wouldn’t be surprised if she’d fainted right then and there.

Joshua turned to Deon again, and he immediately hated that look in his gaze.

His blood-red eyes were resentful, and it made him feel——

Something was different.

“Yes, Ariad’s beauty could drive a man to madness, but why did he find Joshua’s gaze strange now?’

Deon knew of Joshua’s feelings more than anyone else because they differed from his love for her.

Meanwhile, Joshua decided to throw a bomb, making Deon burn with jealousy.

“Ariad must be tired because we did it too much this morning. Don’t force her to have sex with you, Deon.”

“What?”

Outraged, Deon slammed the table next to Sohee as he looked down at her while she leaned against the wall.

The flames of his anger consumed his grey eyes into black.

“Why did you lie to me, Ariad?”

“I’m sorry, Deon. If I had told you, it might make you even angrier.”

So-hee dodged the bullets in a quiet voice.

“Ha! You can’t stop me, son of a bitch. You’re saying you’re the only one who had a lot of sex with her? I’ve done it with Ariad over twenty times a while ago, man.” Deon declared with fierce arrogance, exaggerating the lie to the fullest.

So-hee could only close her eyes in shame.

“Yes, that will be the last sex of your life now, Deon. Ariad will stay next to me from now on.”

“I don’t believe  you.”

“You’ll see if I’m telling the truth or not.”

“You little piece of sh*t. If I get out of here, I’ll kill you with my bare hands. I swear to God.”

Joshua stood right next to her and grabbed Deon by the collar.

His red-colored eyes did not falter at all.

Instead, Joshua’s relaxed composure made it seem like he was looking down at Deon.

“I’ll look forward to it, but I think you like it here. After all, you just hit a prince like me.”

“Ha. Are you going to be childish about me assaulting a member of the royal family? You’re nothing, Joshua.”

“A person who can’t control the turbulence of his emotions is the childish one.”
