The Sky was as red as blood, The smell of iron filled the air and the floor was now a river of blood as the bodies kept on increasing. Sounds of weapons clashing and angry Roars filled the air, Xu Yun was getting frustrated with this Battle as the enemies just seemed to be never ending .

"Kings Domain!!!." He Called out as Violet lighting spread throughout an area of 300x300m with him as the centre making gravity press down on his opponents. there were more wounds, each one more severe than the other, he was bleeding continuously as his breathing became more haggard.

Even up till this moment, he had thought the test was to just defeat all of the enemies before him but thinking about it now made him realise that he doesn't really know what or how to pass this test.

He has been fighting for days, struggling to survive as he gradually grew tired and it seems the enemies also knew this. In fact, it looks like it had been their plan all along as their numbers kept on increasing with no fear of injuries or death, blinded by Greed. This made him feel a myriad of emotions. If he could get a hold on that short imp all this would have ended, as his presence seems to empower his allies. Sadly whenever he got close to him, the incubi would bolt while having his men intercept him. the closest Xu Yun had ever been ended in a miss where the cowardly demon only managed to Dodge with sheer luck, resulting in the loss of its horn instead. On the bright side, the loss of its horn reduced their momentum.

"Wu Xun!! just hand it over and all this would end, You might be powerful but you are but ONE man." The short demon said, but his broken horn and his almost depleted Aura made it hard for anyone to take him seriously. Xu Yun found out his name was Jin Fen and he was from the Demon Jin clan, it was very cunning and slippery as a loach.

His words made Xu Yun frown, his experience for the past few days made him see this flaw.

while he was thinking the body he was using spoke once more "Hahaha Jin Fen, that might be true but know this, you're not worthy to even get the star Vortex manual from even my dead body!!!."

Xu Yun wasn't surprised anymore as this wasn't the first time the body has done this, it's as if Xu Yun controls the action while the body spoke. but what surprised him now was the next words and action it performed.

"besides, I have never been alone" Wu Xun had a smile on his face but it did not hide the sadness in his eyes. He performed some fast hand gestures making a fissure appear in the space behind him as a figure came out. a beauty of Raven black hair that flowed down to her waist, pale White skin, thin eyebrows along with red full lips that she was currently biting on, clearly angry about something. her Violet pupils scanned her surrounding, She had a violet mark on the centre of her forehead which looked like a crystal was hanging on there, Her White robe that hugged her perfect body had a tinge of purple on its sides.

Jin Fen looked like he had lost his soul at this point. he clenched his teeth as he told himself that he could not fail today.

"you really have a lot of guts to hurt this Bai he's Master, if I don't peel off your skins and refine your blood as supplements I won't be satisfied" She screamed out with her face all red due to anger, after seeing Wu Xun's injured body She almost went Crazy.

"Damn Snake, don't even think about it after all when Wu Xun dies I'll be showing you, all p.l.e.a.s.u.r.es of this world so don't you think you should try and get on my good side now?." Jin Fen smiled lecherously. this only served to anger Bai he more as she wanted to charge at him.

""""" Hahahahakakahahaka""" his men all released a series of raucous laughter, since everyone knows Jin Fen was an incubi.

"Aaargh!!!. " Hearing this her eyes went bloodshot as she gave a War cry and charged directly at Jin fen, wanting to rip him to shreds with her claws.

"Haha haha... in the end your just a beast!!...Kill her!!!" he Laughed, very pleased as he succeeded in separating her from Wu Xun. He then roared at his men to kill Bai he while watching Wu Xun(Xu Yun) for any reactions but the latter simply stood there looking at him expressionlessly.

Once Bai he noticed the obstacles that were blocking her from her prey, She became even more enraged as she went berserk with her whole body turning into a streak of lightning before colliding with them.

She struck them viscously, sounds of bones snapping or breaking, each move took down one person.

Xu Yun had been about to help felt his consciousness suddenly pulled back as he lost control of the body. he now felt completely like a third wheel only capable of watching.

Meanwhile, Wu Xun was quiet and sullen. he looked at Jin Fen from time to time, then back at the fight. He then looked down at his body once more, others might not have noticed but he knew that his body was on the verge of breaking down. Noticing that Jin Fen had concentrated all his men towards Bai he began to move forward as he thought about his life up till this moment. Images flashed through his mind as each of his steps felt heavy as some parts of the Blood river was beginning to clot. on getting to the body of his last victim, smiling bitterly. He looked at Bai he once more 'how sad my life has been, No friends or Family, Just you and ye jie...Sadly at the end he betrayed me, because of Greed. despite me trying to protect you. haaa I can't let Bai he suffer the same fate as us because of our stupidity.

"My legatee, you are the first to have made it this far... Do you think I'm weak??" he asked, but there was silence. Xu Yun's mind was in confusion, If he called him weak what would he call himself.

"I'll just say this. in your path to greatness, don't lose yourself in being power drunk, if possible find companions ,people, anything that would keep you from losing your mind or the star Vortex technique would devour your soul,Mind and body. in Chaos there should be A balance or else..."

"let me Show you the ultimate move of the Star Vortex".

After saying this, He pulled out the sword from his old victim and wiped the blood clinging to his sword by swinging it with his right hand. steeling himself for his final onslaught as his looked at the bloodied sky, laughing maniacally like he always did.

" Hahaha even till the very end, I shall choose the way I die. Not even the heaven's have a say in it!!!!."

hearing his words made Jin Fen frown, His demon heart felt cold as he had a foreshadowing. It was time to get serious, Lucky for him, Wu Xun was wounded so he should be able to deal the finishing blow.

Wu Xun dashed towards Jin Fen and swung his sword, blocking Jin Fen's right sword swing. During the first blows, both parties were pushed backwards by 5 metres as their feet dug into the ground the further they went.

From this exchange he found out that Jin Fen hadn't been using his complete strength at their previous battles. But that didn't matter anymore as he pushed his aching body as he charged out once more.

the sounds of their clashing weapons sounded out as Wu Xun concentrated on defense and let his muscles settle into the rhythm of the battle. among all weapons, the sword was the one he was most proficient in since he had practiced all his life.

After several minutes of attempting to get past Wu Xun's defenses, Jin Fen lost his temper and began to batter at him with raw strength as if to pound him into the ground using the full advantages of his less wounded body. He had expected to have defeated Wu Xun Quickly so he could humiliate him before Bai he, not expecting him to still have so much will.

Wu Xun evaded a thrust only for Jin fen to use Chi in stomping on the floor, sending Blood into the air like a wave forcing Wu Xun to retreat in a flash while Violet Chi rotated around him to protect himself from sneak attacks.

The crowd that were fighting as they tried to over power the lone woman became completely silent, and the air rang with the tintinnabulation of the singing blades and the hoarse rasp of both fighters' breathes.

Wu Xun continued to wait for the opportunity to get this cunning fox off guard.

Jin Fen's weapon suddenly vibrated as series of massive red Chi spiraled through the air slipping past Wu Xun's defenses and slashed toward his throat. Wu Xun laughed loudly, "You Lose!."

upon hearing this Jin Fen Quickly pulled back his sword in an attempt to cocoon himself with his Chi but it was too late, Wu Xun thrust his blade vertically as his left hand directly s.u.c.k.e.d in Jin Fen's attack. "Rejoice!! Legatee as You're the First to experience this through my very eyes and it's yours to perfect."

Wu Xun laughed as he flickered for a second and appeared behind Jin Fen as his weapon was swung down towards the ground, neither fast nor slow but the pressure prevented Jin Fen from moving while his left hand made a pulling motion towards Jin fen's people, then a suction force pulled them toward the Two.

Jin Fen screamed as he gathered all the Chi he could, "What are you doing?"

"you wanted the star Vortex right? I'm simply showing you what its capable of... what do you think??" Wu Xun said with a smile as the suction force continued to drag people but somehow excluded Bai he who was now in her snake form.

Wu Xun glanced at Her, her white scales riddled with scars as her eyes stared in worry. "Don't...." She said as her words were cut short, feeling their soul link get servered. "Noooo....." She screamed before losing consciousness.

"PRIMORDIAL VORTEX!!!!!!"

Almost immediately after, Lightning began to show itself in the sky looking like the apocalypse and a massive Vortex appeared behind Wu Xun, looking like a black Hole surrounded by violet lightning elements. the sound of thunder overshadowed the various screams as Jin Fen tried using More Chi but found out, they were all flowing into the Vortex. as it grew stronger.

"Legatee, I trust you know what to do now...this move is imperfect. never use unless you perfect it as it could be so much more. if you use before understanding it...it would devour you as it has me". He said sternly, as his body was lifted up and dragged towards the Vortex.

" take care of Bai he for me" his Voice echoed out as Xu Yun felt everything go dark.
