Zhao Fu began to think about how to create an organization. He had no idea how to create an assassin organization (tbh I also have no idea how to create one 🤷‍♀️) but he decided to first buy places around the world and make them into night clubs and use those night clubs as gathering and resting points for the organization.

He went around the world with different identities and bought different buildings he also contacted different construction companies to create the first floor into a luxurious night club.

He also created the floors above to be a suit he even created different levels with VVIP being the highest.

The suits were also luxurious and made with the latest tech it could be said to be one of the safest places on earth with cultivators residing in the building.

What Zhao Fu didn't know was that the construction of these night clubs and suits created a lot of disturbances in the intelligence agencies.

It's difficult to hide that the places belong to the same group when you open them simultaneously in every country of the world and even if Zhao Fu knew he would not care.

The establishment of the organization needed more than a few nightclubs around the world he needed the most important thing a person can have in the modern world a computer specialist or a hacker.

He ordered the Anbus under him to look for hackers and to see if they can find some good hackers.

Then suddenly he got a system notification about how he could use the system to create a website on the darknet that allows people to order hits.

He decided to use the system to create a site as it would be easier and much safer compared to using hackers in this world.

He named the organization The Brotherhood.

This was a name that would shake many empires to its core in the future.

Creating a Website to building his bases took him about 1 month he also created his own intelligence organization called the hydra.

He recruited people to safe keep and hide the money his organization earns.

He finished creating the organization and the web page was also launched on the dark web.

The users were differentiated into different levels on the website depending on the amount of money they used.

The assassin was also divided into 7 levels with 7 being the Lowest.

7 and 6 were normal humans but as he didn't have any normal human subordinates he decided to use hit mans active around the world and give them access to the information and the resting sites around the world.

The website also specifically said that they would not be assassinating anyone that hadn't done something wrong.

Soon they got their first assignment which was to kill a corrupt judge in the supreme court of New York.

The assignment was accepted as the other party agreed to pay 100 Mil upon completion an advance of 50 Mil was paid by the client.

The assassination was done successfully and very easily by the Brotherhood.

With this successful assassination, many people were shocked and many organizations ran into a frenzy and started to look for the perpetrator.

Within the next month, many successful assassinations took place around the world and all of this was connected to one website in the dark web called the Brotherhood. Many organizations started gathering Intel and we're shocked to see the information-gathering power of the Brotherhood.

they decided to attack the website with cyberattacks to bring it down before if cause more mayhem but to no avail.

All the attacks ended in failure Wich discouraged them a lot.

But these organizations persisted and decided to track all the clients of the Brotherhood and take them down so that they would lose the client base.

But this operation also hit a dead end.

Brotherhood became known throughout the whole world and became one of the top organizations.

Even though the organizations knew about the resting sites they could do nothing about it as they didn't want to make an enemy out of this terrifying organization.

They decided to use others of the same trade and get rid of the Brotherhood.

And on this day many assassination organizations around the world got information about the Brotherhood.

And we are not talking small-time organizations but big ones that have 100s of years of history like Werewolf, SAS, TMOCOS, Blackhand, Murder Inc, and the Nokmim.

And these groups combined were a force to be reckoned with.

A few days later at night around the globe, a chill could be felt in the air.

Shadows could be seen moving in the dark as they kept hidden from the eyes of normal people.

At night clubs, it was filled with the scent of blood it was as if a massacre has taken place gunshots and screaming could be heard as the dead body's piled up.

But these were not the dead bodies of the people from the Brotherhood they were of the people attacking them even though Brotherhood hood was not ready to defend against the threat and have no idea of what was coming they were still able to neutralize it even though few normal people were injured during the process.

With this attack, Zhao Fu saw his shortcomings and decided to focus on making his intelligence organization infiltrate every organization in the world and build an airtight information system.

Hydra was still an infant who had not started to walk but it was an infant with infinite potential.

Zhao Fu also retaliated by destroying some of the assassination organizations bases which he got from interrogating some of the people they caught

And this was how the Brotherhood was build and stabilized in another world.
