Fortunately, system was an Advanced intelligence based system instead of just inquiry and command operated one. So it answered Thomas's doubt without any problem.

His answer confused him even more and he asked, " What do you mean by that? What gift by the Creator?"

[ Because of your good deeds and your accidental transmigration in this dangerous world, the Creator has powered me with your imagination and those movies you saw in your past life.

The system can offer you a lot of powers to live your life. But, one cannot get everything without any difficulty. It goes against the views by which he created this world. So, he set up a parameter.

In the past world, you are a shy person with stage fright. You cannot stand the gaze of people and will act nervously.

So the parameter he set for you is to overcome that weakness of yourself. Based on that, The Popularity System is formed for you.

The system possess various functions but it will only be utilised by you after you gain a certain popularity.

The higher the popularity and exposures to the people of the world and universe as a whole, the greater gifts you will get.

Try to be in focus of the people more. This way the popularity point will acc.u.mulate faster. For every ten people thought about you or spoke about you, a popularity point will be generated.

Although Thomas understood everything, but he was still a bit scared. He has stage fright for majority of his life in the past and he starts to shake nervously in front of people. This psychological fear cannot be overcome in a day's time.

But to get the higher chances of survival in this dangerous world, he must overcome this innate fear of his or he will only die.

With your current stats and soul fusion, you can only become a genius of Stark level. But if you procure something from the system regarding intelligence attribute then you will become a top scientist in both field of mechanics and biotechnology too.]

Thomas nodded in understanding and suddenly something sparked him. He feel like he was cheated so he spoke out angrily, " And what about the other things which a normal system gives. You know a novice gifts which is a epic level object very helpful in growth. "

The system didn't reply him for sometime and after that buzzed and said in the emotionless voice, [The Popularity system is officially started.

Upon hearing this, Thomas was excited about the prospect of getting his first reward without any problem. He mumbles, "So this is the first supply of popularity I gained since my rebirth. " He was excited even though he didn't act like one.

Thinking about how whole United States of America would be speaking about him, his popularity point may have acc.u.mulated over a million at the very least.

He opened the Popularity option in his status window.

Upon seeing the value of popularity he got himself, all his joy and enthusiasm went down the drain.

Thomas felt what it meant when one have high aspirations about something and his dream is shattered.

Here he hoped for a million points and he got a 1000 points.

He quickly recovered from his fallen mood and started to expend his available points to make room for more.

He put five hundred points for upgrade. He still have a hundred points but the thing which make him a little worried is whether the functions can be used during upgrade and how long it will take to upgrade.

As soon as he thought about that, the system answered his thoughts, [It will take an hour to complete the first upgrade, six hours to upgrade to level 3, 12 hours to upgrade to level 4 and so on.

And, don't worry, the function can still be used during the upgrade time. ]

As soon as he heard this, Thomas immediately started the upgrade to next level. And the timer to one hour started under the upgrade tag.

After that, he opened the lottery function. There are three types of lottery systems. They are low level lottery, intermediate lottery and advanced lottery.

Each lottery cost a specific amount of popularity point, but the first time usage has a 50 per cent discount.

Low level lottery : 50 points

Intermediate level lottery : 500 points

Advanced level lottery : 5000 points.

After looking at the lottery system, Thomas has two options, either use the ten low level lottery chance or one Intermediate level lottery.

After some thoughts, he decided for the intermediate level. In most cases, the first lottery is very lucky. If it is low level, even if it is lucky then it won't be that great if it is an intermediate lottery.

He clicked on the intermediate lottery and the 500 points in his reserve is spent.

Another display appeared in front of him. With a title of INTERMEDIATE LOTTERY, There are nine cards placed in 3*3 row. With a select one symbol glowing below the cards.

He chose the middle card. That card glowed for a moment before expanding and it's data appeared in front of his eyes.
