Thomas has cancelled each and every meeting in his schedule because of Black Mask death at his hands.

Many influential people wished to meet him and talk with him about this incident but he rejected every single one of them, no matter who called.

He did all this very rudely.

His exact words are ' I am very angry. I dont have the time to play games with others. If anyone cares to play trick with me, he will suffer.

If you need to meet me that much, then wait when I am in the mood.'

Within a few hours, the entire Gotham understood that Black Mask has met his end in Thomas hands.

And within these past few hours, everyone has found that many of the forces of Black Mask has been eradicated.

The forces which dealt this deadly blow comprises Thomas personal force ( not the security guards but armed force which protect the industries under Thomas's control), and Gangster Penguin's intel.

There was no mercy and all the forces under Roman and the ones who stood in their path, were destroyed.

This level of action has shook the entire city to the core and everyone was vigilant.

The representatives of the other forces rushed to Thomas so that he can stop all this and try to handle this thing peacefully.

After gearing about Roman's death, many forces were planning to deal with Thomas and teach him a lesson on offending the Mafia of Gotham.

But, the brutal action of Thomas has drained them of all the courage. It will take some time to recover and form an alliance to stop his penetration.

This is the best moment for Thomas to seize as much as he can and then digest them when he is stopped by their alliance after some fights.

As such they are working full speed and seize as much of the original Black Mask Underworld empire as possible.

This action has made many people vigilant and they have started to make counter strategies for it.

In the Bat cave,

Bruce Wayne was in front of his supercomputer looking at the various incidents occurring in the Gotham as he ha had the surveillance aka security camera of the City.

" What do you think about his actions, Alfred?" Bruce asked the one man whom he trusted more than anything in this world.

" He is very vicious. He not only killed Black Mask brutally but also tried to seize his position and set a piece for himself.

He doesn't know the quagmire he is stepping into. No one can deal with so many people at the same time. " Alfred told his master just what he truly felt about this incident.

" Do you have any different thoughts?" Alfred asked when his master didn't say anything but continue to look at the recording of Black Mask death.

Bruce finally spoke, " He isn't as brash as you or others think. This isn't just a way of seizing power and getting a foothold in Gotham.

If it was that, he has no reason to release the video. He can hide this incident as long as he can. That would have been more profitable.

Everyone thinks he is hot blooded but with my talks with him last night, I understand he isnt someone who do things without thoughts.

Since he knows my weakness and has shown he can do it, then what is stopping him from grasping other weaknesses.

As long as he isnt the boss but someone from Gotham take the seat in his stead, the resistance will be reduced greatly. He can be one of the invisible controllers of the city. " Bruce spoke up his thoughts about Thomas and even some future plans which he might have in his sleeves.

Alfred is shocked by the views of Bruce and felt he is thinking too much. " Aren't you thinking too highly of him? He is but a boy who is just reached eighteen. If he is like that then why did you leave him be?

Such types of people are the most dangerous. I thought you would make efforts to stop him. This is very unlike you." Alfred knows his master and felt there might be something which has stopped Master Wayne from acting like this.

" He showed me he has the power to affect Gotham, but he is here only to gain men and protect his family.

He isnt here for power. Even if he do develop here, it will be in Arkham. He is a businessman who wishes to protect his interests. " Bruce didn't say what can affect Gotham but if he can make him yield meant that is a very big thing.

Alfred noticed from his tone that he doesn't wish to talk anymore about this sour topic.

They discussed how to contain him and not let him act too wildly.

Just like Bruce, there are others who have been planning about the next course of action of Allens and how to deal with it.

This group includes the Hugo Strange, Oswald, aka penguin, Town Hall, Court of Owls, and other powerful groups in Gotham.

They know they cannot stop Thomas completely when the Underworld is in complete turmoil. At least they can limit his appetite to a certain level.

They all have started to form a defensive line around the limit which they are willing to accommodate and slowly pushed the boundary.

For the next couple of days, Thomas was sending his forces to get the things he wanted under Black Mask.

Although the alliance has been made not one is willing to come forward abd attack them. They have opted for a passive strategy, they will only guard against the Allens.

When someone is so suppressed, they will target his weak spot but for Thomas this strategy is void. When Roman threatened his family, he was killed without a shed of mercy.

So what their future will be? No one need to tell them that.

Before Roman, Thomas has showed he is willing to compromise and negotiate. His first way of dealing with problems was diplomacy and compromise. That's why his entire schedule was full of meetings with different people in Gotham for the next few days.

But, this incident destroyed those plans. They have learned one important lesson from this incident, Thomas will to compromise and negotiate as long as his family isnt threatened.

Once someone cross that line, he will go all out and destroy that threat. He will not stop at anything to remove the threat to his family.

The chaos caused by the death of Black Mask Roman Sionis finally subsides.

At that times, the Mayor decides to send someone to restart the talks with Thomas.

If it was someone else, he may reject him and make him leave but this person is the only person in the entire police force of Gotham which both him and Batman completely trust.

Not even the chief attorney Harvey Dent has such level of trust and belief from Batman even though he wished to make Harvey the White Knight.

This police officer is Officer James Gordon.
