Zhu Hongyi placed his palm on She Qingqing’s back, then mist started appearing above her head. There was so much mist that made the entire hall moist.

She Qingqing finally started to wake up after a long time passed.

“Qing’er, you’re awake! How are you feeling now?” Zhu Hongyi urged.

Sanity returned to She Qingqing’s eyes; she was no longer acting like a maniac. After looking around the hall and seeing the more than two hundred jade boxes which had been used to contain the packs of blood essence, she realized that she had passed the demonization baptism.

“I... I passed the baptism?” She Qingqing could not believe it.

“You regained consciousness! That means you passed!” Zhu Hongyi nodded assertively.

“I really made it through? And I didn’t eat anyone?” She Qingqing said. She seemed to be elated.

“You didn’t eat anyone!” Zhu Hongyi looked a little bitter.

He had killed She Qingqing’s entire clan in the past. He had pushed the blame to his demonic nature, controlling him. Qing’er could hardly accept that justification. What will she think now?Qing’er completed her demonization without eating anyone!

It’s very likely that others have. You don’t have to wallow in self-pity. My guess is that there are others like you. Don’t rush; take your time to find them!”

Wang Ke was at a loss, but he still nodded. She Qingqing then removed the barrier and called Zhu Hongyi over.

“Qing’er, what did you say? Wang Ke wants to go up north?” Zhu Hongyi asked in suspicion.

“Right. Didn’t you tell me before? There’s a snake den north of the island, called the King Snake Cave. And that the Demon Sovereign placed a Divine Dragon Token there, right?” She Qingqing asked, looking at Zhu Hongyi.

“If a person doesn't have a dream, then what’s the difference between him and a dried fish?” said Wang Ke with determination.
