Is It Wrong For A Gamer To Be In The Dungeon? Familia Myth Of Zetta

"This is the first time you drop by here, alone... come up here"

Finn walk towards the [Antares Mansion] without Loki or any of his companion other than his holding Spear Roland and seated from his shoulder. Zetta who was looking below, saw his friend who arrivef and invited him to come.

After a heartfelt welcome below, from the maids and even Goblin and Almiraj who bowed down to the little pallum from the direction of a <Monster Whisperer> Musica, he directly went up straight towards the roof where Zetta is waiting.

"Congratulations on obtaining your alias, my friend"

"Tsk, whats there to be happy about? What so good about the Barbarian? Sigh, such misfortune"

"Ha ha, having an alias means one achieves their initial goal of become a high ranking Adventurer you know? maybe for you that was useless, but for others..." Finn walk towards him and place his back against the handrail as the fresh air flatter his blonde short hair and clothings

"Yup, sure is, thats why Artemis-sama is very happy that they 5 are now drinking somewhere" Zetta politely nodded

"Your alliance's Gods? They really do get along well... to be honest, having an alliance with different familia isn't as productive from others opinion. Afterall, its not that easy to trust one another if they don't have any deep bonds. So, I'm surprise not only your Familia alliance members are getting along well, but even those Gods"

"Well, they have the same personality and that is what I think that bands them together"

"What are they?"

"They're all childish"

"Pffff" the Pallum quietly chuckles

Zetta continued, "Well, I can't believe it at first too, but thats the reality. Those 5 are not like other Gods who are selfish and/or violent, they are true to themselves and contented at whats in front. Thats why I reconsider Miach-sama even though his familia is only a medicinal type Familia at first"

"Miach Familia is originally an exploration-medicinal type Familia from the beginnung and at the same level as Hermes Familia in their prime you know?"

"Huh? T-they did?"

"Yup they did. Just because of one failed attempt, their strongest has been annihilated, thanks to that that they declined, until I heard that only one remained in his Familia" and follows, "thats why, I always remind my Familia while inside the dungeon, to always be vigilant because you don't know who or what kills you"

Zetta smile and take a note of what Finn had said. It wasn't just for him but also for his own Familia

Finn shakes his head and answered, "There is. . . I know from that time I am bound to lose but the outcome turned to be a draw"

Zetta too shakes his head in return, "Whats there to recollect that kind of thing? Our battle is a draw and yes its my fault of losing my composure, so don't rack your brains out just because of that"

Finn turned serious "This is important for you, especially now that you were going there, facing against that creature"

Zetta look at him and sigh.

With few minute of silent, Finn continues "You, are you a Daydreamer?"

"Huh?" Perplexed, he look at the pallum who was also in deep thought.

"Ah, you don't know that word I see"

"Ah-No... I think I know that kind of thing, I heard that word, once or maybe twice"

Finn suddenly surprised that even Zetta knows that kind of thing when he just recently learned it from Riveria, "I see, so it was easy to explain things, then", the Pallum then stare up high.

"I want you to know, to always move forward with everything you've got, to not use half-hearted performance, especially tomorrow"

"Why is that? Am I look like playing to you lot?"

"Sadly, thats a yes. And all this time, the more I think of it the more I realize, Zet. You, I feel like all this time as if you are inside the game, playing"

CRACK———!

As if Zetta has been struck by his own thunder. He remembers what happened with him and Ryuu during his battle against the 'real' Jaggernaut thats been produced by the dungeon floor's destruction

After realizing, Zetta couldn't help himself but to shiver. He then replies, "I-I know that already Finn. And I realize it during my venture to deep floor. You knew what the cause of death of many Adventurers from the lower floors, right? It was because of the real Jaggernaut not just an alias but real, but that thing are much, much stronger than the 18th floor we defeated, its like you are comparing a baby and an a.d.u.l.t" Zetta then open and close his fists as if the feeling are still fresh.

"It was actually my luck that I defeated such thing. But it doesn't mean I won't breaking my limit now! Because of that thing, I realize how weak I am, how useless I am. and thinking I was actually playing this whole time but not anymore! I'm not the person from yesterday" Zetta reassure so and at the same time reach his hand up high.

"I'm sorry Finn, but it looks like you won't have a chance to see that Dragon's prowess" then grip it hard

Finn is awestruck with his sudden declaration "You, did you really want destroy that thing alone? Are you really that confident? Of course I and we, knows how strong you are but are you not overly confident and only fall on your own demise?"

"I'm not confident but I have my trump card ready"

"...." Finn couldn't respond with the sudden answer. Really? Not confident? Is what he thought.

Zetta's lip simply curled up and didn't continue his words.

"So, you won't tell me?" The pallum asks

Zetta lightly nodded, signifying that he didn't intend to.

More than one minute passes by, Finn couldn't help but to burst out of laugh because he blanked out for a whole minute "Ha ha ha, you really are a mystery. *cough* Well truth is, I drop by here because I only want to warn you about the 'Daydreamer' thingy, but it looks like you're already self aware now and doesn't need any advice" after that, the Pallum said his farewell.

With their official friendly handshaking. They finish their conversation and call it a night.

"A daydreamer, huh" Zetta helplessly sigh.

Inside the Dungeon, at the Deepest floor

Husshhhhh——

The Familiar screech of sound, the monster who Zetta has called using his Borrowed Power. the still alive Amphisbaena who have swum deep floors with using its own 'knowledge' about the dungeon and continue to descend, are now inside the place where flames and fire are common. That even the stalactites and stalagmites are continually simmering, creating heat that an air itself could soffocate any low level Adventurer who enters.

Thanks to this monster's ability to naturaly adapt to its environment, it now lives here freely and feasted every monster it encounter and eat their core since coming down until this level.

Kaaaaack——!

But for some reason, in this Area, resides an only 2 meter dark and flaming creature, walking in two legs.

Amphisbaena who have two end heads and much bigger, are helpless in front of this very creature as one swing of its sword and the poor snake has been sear to nothingness.

The creature immediately turn its back from the corpseless Amphisbaena and return to its hide as it place its great sword outside of the  cave looking house and silently return to its slumber state.
