After fifteen minutes of flying fast through the sky, Soma Asai finally saw his destination.

When he reached the skies over Tokyo, Japan, Soma Asai flew around the city to witness the reconstruction of the tattered city.

Due to the vicious Tenmyo and the onslaught of the large army he led, Tokyo was currently in a dreadful state, but the surviving humans all joined forces and did all they could each to help rebuild Tokyo.

It's going well! It's going pretty well! At first, I thought it would require my help to rebuild this huge city, but now that it's going so well, it won't need my help anymore! Now that we've done everything we needed to do, let's get back to Dante and the others!

After flying around the vast expanse of Tokyo, Soma Asai decided what he needed to do next and began to fly towards the underwater restaurant.
