Its Just A Game

I got a little carried away when writing this beginning part. It is 1041 words.

The Maook a Human/cow hybrid made through alchemy at the request of a noble from the Vastalion kingdom. The request that the public knew of was to create a woman who would produce cows milk, But the request to the alchemist was different he requested for the creation to be caring, unquestionably loyal, Strong and lastly skilled in chores on top of the request he made that the public knew about.

Why were these requests hidden from the public is kinda like an open secret this noble was married to a woman who hated him as she was married to him only because their fathers were old war buddies. She didn't hide her hate for him but at the same time, she loved him to an extreme degree that she would lock him away from the public if she caught him talking to any of the female maids and make sure that he still loves her. It was believed she may have been cursed with the lover's curse. (AN. Its a curse that makes you become in love with a person who has the other part of the curse on them. This curse was usually used on noblemen or woman that were forced into a marriage. Sometimes something in casting the curse will go wrong and create two personalities that would hate and love the person.) Due to the hateful side the noble craved a simple and one-sided care from a young woman so he paid for the creation of the Maook.

I know you did not pick up this book to know about the back story behind the creation of an alchemy race but how to create your own but back story will be important for some of the other alchemy races in this book.

What you need to create your own Maook

-1 woman dead or alive if dead the cow has to be alive. If both alive one has to die as in the process as if both alive the combination doesn't work reason are unknown.

- Cow dead or alive the same conditions as above.

-6 Litre's of cows blood/Human female blood if cows alive

-9 Litre's of cow milk/Human female milk if the cow is alive

-9 Sets of injection tubes

-1 sealing table with a compartment below the table big enough to fit the dead woman or cow below the table.

-1 Heart of The Lover

-1 Heart of The Maid

-1 Bottle of Youth water

-1 S4 Needle

Once all materials are collected you should start by strapping the heart of the lover to the table and stick the heart of the maid in the compartment and start the first fusing. As the Hearts are fusing you can fill the 3 of the injection tubes with the milk 3 Litres per tube remove the needle from one of the tubes and then fill the other 6 tubes with 1 litre of blood each. After this is done Wait for the hearts to finish fusing. Once they are done you should either get 1 of 3 possible outcomes the first two are very common while the last is a very rare and better used in other alchemy creations. The first is the Heart of the Faithful when used in this case will cause the Maook to be very happy around the there chosen and complete any task they are given. The second is the heart of the Wife when used in this case will cause them to shower you with unconditional love and trust in you. But they will never do something that may put you in harms way no matter how much you ask them to. Lastly, the heart of the Crazed Lover which will cause the Maook to kidnap there chosen and lock them away in a place where the Maook believes they won't be found. Once they are captured the Maook will act like the Heart of the Wife Maook just a lot more paranoid about your safety. Ok, now that the heart is done you will want to strap the Woman onto the sealing table. I will be referring to a woman, as that is my most common way of doing it but I will put notes with the cow instructions. When strapping the woman onto the table you will wish to line her head up with the top hole connecting to the compartment below. Once the woman is strapped in, move the cow into the compartment. Once both are in place start the first combination. After they combine you will notice that the body on the top look practically the same just there hair is black(Cows to only the latter steps change it into a humanoid shape) and they are dead Well they aren't really dead just almost dead on the verge of death and this is where the Heart you produced comes in you will need to place the heart in the compartment and start the combination immediately so she doesn't truly die. After that combination you will want to pry open the mouth of the woman and stick the tube with milk that has had its needle removed into her mouth then the other two tube with milk into her b.r.e.a.s.ts one per b.r.e.a.s.t(For the cow the left and right side of the utter.) next you will stick a tube with blood into each of her limbs and her stomach the last one you will switch out for a needle of S4 needle and mix the youth water into the blood after done mixing stab the needle into the top of her head and start the combination for the last time. After this, you should have your very own Maook. Just a warning if your Maook gives birth to any male children keep them separated from the females as there is a high chance your female children will form a chosen bond with your male child/Children.

Guide to creating your alchemy Races. Volume 1

Taking a deep breath, staring at the quarter packed colosseum and the group of people preparing for the first game I can't help feeling amazed at how much my life has changed in this last few months, I use to sit in a prison cell half a year contacting and controlling some of the groups and gangs I started With the money from my mothers death. I wish at times I never funded the gangs and groups but it was worth it, in the end, I made valuable contacts and ways to keep money flowing for my sister and brother to do whatever they wanted without having to worry about a shortage of money.

Sighing as I watch the crowd mingle among those sitting near them.

You know my life hasn't changed a lot I only am now controlling one organization, a country. Instead of the many I previously controlled I also am leading at the front instead of hiding what I am apart of from everyone. You know I'm rather enjoying this life, Thinking about it. But everything can crumble as fast as it came. But let's live in the moment.

Taking one more deep breath I start my welcoming speech.

~~~10 day's prior~~~

"My child I don't know If we will have enough time to set up all the games on time."

"Bob, I have checked the Civilian guild and I noticed that we might have quite a few extra games if the number of people in the lines doesn't decrease and it also seems a lot of people are very excited for the games as it is brought there mind off the hardship they faced to get here. There is also the many people still teleporting here that are sad, mad or just down because of what they just experienced and hearing about a festival that is going to be happening soon it helps change their mood for the better."

"Thanks, Lilith and Corath. For the first problem, Its quite easy to fix all we have to do is delay the game for a week and at the end of the week, we will stop taking requests for games so we can prepare for the games. We can also just tell them this reason and when we tell them we can also tell them we are looking to sponsor a bunch of food stalls of a different kind for three day's before the Games begin. We will allow the food stall to set up in the spare area outside the arena and around its entrance. That should help solve the first problem. But with the people being down I don't think we can do much about it until we become a fully functional city and the people start mingling."

I just hope some people will be willing to cook some street food for only the materials being given out for free as no money is going to be in circulation until after the games.

"Ohh Bob I have some very good news for you. After the meeting with the monsters, news spread about you taking resources produced by monsters. At first, I thought this would very bad at first for our reputation with the monster races but not long later my adventurer guild was packed with monsters handing over materials that they produce in hopes of being accepted or getting some type of reward for the resources they handed in. It got to the point I started to give out a special point I made that could be turned into rewards like some resources, I was also thinking of tieing them together to the ranking up process so you would need a certain amount to rank up. Ohhh I almost forgot are we accepting the alchemy races as residents or slaves as per the common ways?"

"It comes down to do they have enough intelligence to communicate with us somehow If so they are welcome as residents. Only slaves, I will accept are from races with not enough intelligence to care, certain criminals and lastly people who attack sanctuary. But also what are alchemy races?" (AN. Being able to point or make gestures at things you count as communicating as long as it's not mindless. But since Sanctuary is considered Bobs God domain all languages are translated so anyone can understand it. After you spend about 5-10 years in a god domain not just Bobs you gain a skill called gods tongue which allows you to communicate with anyone as if you are in a god domain. Gods tongue is a hidden passive skill. Meaning it will not show on your status nor can it be removed through any normal skill removal ways.)

"Sometimes my child I forget that you are from the human world and not ours."

"Here Lilith let me explain what alchemy races are." Corath straightens himself before facing me.

"Alchemy races are created through alchemy for certain reasons or the outcome of experiments on a person or group of people. Take for example the Maook a human/cow hybrids that were created for a noble who wanted cows milk from a human and the noble had enough money to pay an alchemist to do the experiments to create it. There is also the Me'draa a Minotaur/Dragonite(a metal) which are made to be thrown away muscle or frontline tanks which can take a heavy beating and deal a lot of damage. While most of these races have had their way to talk removed in their creation as it was unnecessary or maybe a certain part of them was amplified by an amount due to there creators wish. Most of the alchemy races histories have a lot of pain and suffering tied to there creation to there freedom. But the freedom they gain usually does not last for long as they are captured by someone else to be used or sold as a slave because almost all alchemy races were made to produce something or be an exceptional fighter."

"Well, I see no need to force them into slavery or hardship over originating from an alchemy lab. If anything we can see if they are willing to give/sell us the resources they produce or there help in what they were made to do."

"Ok, that's great as a Maook has been following me around since she bumped into me. So I thought she wanted me to protect her. Now I can just tell her she's free to do whatever she wants."

Moving out of the doors for the Civilian guild I stare at the line of people that is about 40 people long as about 2 hours ago we announced that we would only take people currently in the line and even have Lilith at the back of the line directing people away who are coming the last second trying to get a spot. Looking across from the line there are groups of people trying to sway the remaining people in the line to vote for there event in the games but all that's left are the events that don't believe they have enough votes to be in the games as most of the ones that believe they have enough left like the Group of s.u.c.c.u.b.u.s and incubus they left after only about three days of trying to sway people as they have gotten a very large amount of followers in those three days and were practically guaranteed a spot but what surprised me the most was that a game for summoner and inventors to show off there creation or summons in large group fights against each other it ended up being dubbed Minion War by most of the people voting on the game. There are also a few other games that seem interesting.

"Well, its time to get to work." Turning around as I head towards the desk.

~~~6 Days prior~~~

"Ok, now that we have the events that are going to be in the games I will list off the games that made it through."

(AN. I have split this into 2 parts first will appear in a chapter for a section and the other as it might appear it might not appear. But to everyone else this is just Bob reading off a list without splitting it up.)

-Beast taming (AN. Beasts are different from monsters. Monsters have intelligence while beasts are completely instinct driven and rely on that to make it by. Some monsters are also completely instinct but that is a very few.)

"Bro we won't have enough metal for the number of blacksmiths registering."

"We also don't have enough materials for the formation making."

"We have enough for the alchemy but not enough alchemy stations."

"Ok for the metals send a message to Urgle and have him move all the miners out from the main mine and into the few metal mines. As for the Formation materials could you make a list so I know what we need and there basic prices and how much we need. Lastly Morg how much does it cost to buy the alchemy stations?"

"The List has already been made as I guessed you would ask and the general cost would be 100000 EP."

"It costs 1k for every basic alchemist's station and we need 30."

"Ok, I will announce today we need 135k EP and these materials for the games. On the last day, I will purchase all the materials we are short of."

Tik I want you to search through the store for any cheap materials that are on this list and try to negotiate with there owner for a cheaper price.

"Corath, How many materials did we get and EP."

"We have made about 30% of the total materials needed and out of the 30% of materials, almost all of them are either animal fur, Hide and Horns. As for the EP, we have made about 700k EP mixed between both EPN and EPP."

"That's great." Reaching out my hand grabbing a small box.

"So this is a donation box." In my hands was a small box with Effect written on the top and negative and positive written on the left and right side. Well it could be on any side as it is a cube and all it requires is for me to turn it, but from my perspective, it is like that.

After a few seconds something I didn't see coming happened My inventory became full and that's when it happened materials started to appear out of nowhere within the room quickly growing into a massive mini-mountain to the point everyone was forced to leave the room and watch as materials spilled out.

"Everyone I will need your help to move all this to the Arena."

At the start of moving resources, it was just me and the others but soon some others offered to help and we let as for I didn't care that much of a few cheap materials were stolen and I would like to believe in the people of Sanctuary until they give me a reason not to.

~~~Back to present time~~~

"Welcome everyone to the Very first of the games. A festival that will happen once a year from now to the day Sanctuary is destroyed to commemorate its founding and welcome to forget about our worries with some free entertainment. While for those who enter the games it is a perfect place to showcase your talent to others."

Looking at the arena semi packed with people all staring at me I smile at the scene it is my first time in a while I saw so many people in person while the groups are mingling better then I expected as I haven't seen really any fights break out and there are even some monsters in the seats watching me.

"You know I was once a human and most here know that. I was expecting for you all to be separated in groups, not near others of the other races and for many more fights breaking out as that is how we humans are we separate into those like us and dislike the things that are different or that goes against our expectations. I'm guessing this ability to mingle and work with others of other races is how you all managed to live so long despite the demon that is. No not demon I don't know what to call them but let's say destroyers now back onto what I was saying how the destroyers that is the human race. There hunting of you and there mindless hate against you.

You have my thanks for being able to get along and making my life easier. But with this little bit out of the way. Its time for what we are all here for the games. The First game will be Arcane mastery It may be a display of extraordinary power or maybe a beautiful display of control in the arcane ways as long as it shows your mastery over it.
