The leaves lost their colors and started falling…It's autumn…and is also the season when for many…the school starts…

Today is the opening ceremony at the SenMa Academy…

"Hello students and welcome to SenMa Academy!"

A man with the looks like he is the principal starts talking with the students…

"This is gonna be your home for the next 2 years.This is a serious academy where you're gonna learn how to live in this cruel world and help at the restauration of it!

There are two classes as you might know but just because the 2nd class can't use magic…That doesn't mean you have to think you're better.Every year we have good physical fighters that become respected army soldiers.

Without anymore explanations I want to present you this year's newcomers representative student that got the best result at the entrance exam.Tohka Kurogane."

The shy girl starts walking to the microphone…

"Hello everyone.I am so happy to be the one…"

As the representative talk with the the students we see some other figure getting on the podium…wearing instead of the military uniform…a hoodie?!

After Tohka finishes,the principal takes the microphone and starts talking…

"I am sorry that 2nd class members can't get to be representatives because their exam is way easier than magic classes one.

And there is our new student that got to 2nd exam because he couldn't get to the first one due to some personal problems...Having a perfect of 100 at the written exam and a null score of 0 at the practical one…made him get here with the score of 50…the exact score that you need to get accepted…He is Paul Aome."

While the boy with the hoodie walks to the principal,the atmosphere gets so quiet…

"Good…now that we said everything that you had to know…you all go get your rooms.Tomorrow you are free to explore the campus and get to know your classmates and the next day we start the regular school!"

Says the Principal before leaving the stage.

After five minutes,some low voice can be heard from the back of the stage…

"Stupid kid!"

Says the principal to Paul…Then we hear a hitting sound.

"Ouch!"

" Why the heck are you wearing a hoodie at a serious school opening!"

Says the principal with a pretty angry face…

"You said since I don't have an uniform yet I should get something confy …"

"Something confy but serious for this occasion!

Whatever…Take this…"

The Principal hands Paul something that look like a pair of keys…

"This is?"

" The key of your room…You will have a roommate as well…he is a kid from the normal class…And don't forget…don't do something crazy…don't show your power atleast until the practical lessons…

If you're gonna do something idiot…You're gonna get punished very well…"

Says the principal while having a diabolic look on his face…Paul looks scared…

"Y-Yes Sir!"

After a few minutes ,Paul starts thinking while walking on the corridor where his room is supposed to be…

" That principal…!

Just because he helped me…"

Paul have a flashback…we see how he was saved by the army…

"Of…I think It can't be helped…I have to learn if I want to cure the other humans from the corruption…"

Paul opens the door…

"Thinking: The lights are off…nothing here…it seems my roommate hasn't came yet…" says Paul thinking.

Paul let his baggage and lied on the bed and then starts looking at the program.

After one half of a hour Paul almost finishes to read everything about the school….but then he sees something on the next bed.

"Paul: What the..?

Who are you!?"

Paul says with an scared face

"I am Hikari Ianku…Your classmate and also roommate"

"And since when are you there….?"

" Since you came in the room…I lost my key somewhere in the room and waited you…but I fell asleep and I woke up like half a hour ago…"

"Why didn't you say anything…?"

" Umm…no personal reason…"

Paul have a weird expression on his face….For sure he is thinking that his roommate is an idiot…

"You know what?....I am gonna sleep…"

" Aren't you going to meet with your classmates?"

Hikari asks

" I could ask you the same thing"

" I don't like this kind of things…."

" Me neither…" Says Paul

Then Paul starts thinking: "Now that I'm thinking about it I didn't have any friend in the past"

" Your name?" Hikari asks…

" Hmm?"

" I am asking you what is your name?"

" Paul…Paul Aome…"

" Well nice to meet you…If you say you're gonna sleep… I am gonna do it as well…It's not like I have anything better to do…"

The next day we can see the sunrays coming through the window…We hear a yawning noise.

"That was a surprisingly good sleep…"

Says Paul

Then he starts thinking:"He isn't here"

"Well I think I have to go…it's my last free day for a while…"

Outside we can see so many people…Today is the free day when you can meet your classmates and explore the campus"

"So many people…are all of them students here…?" Says Paul

Not paying attention Paul bumps into someone.

" Ouch,ouch….."

" I am sorry…" Says Paul

" I-It's fine…"

Paul lends her the hand to get up…

The girl thanks Paul while blushing and looking down…She looks shy…

" Now that I am thinking…You are first year's representative right?"

" Yes…and you are the boy that came to second exam session right?"

"Yes…"

" Is there something wrong?"

Tohka comes closer while saying this

Paul turns his head in other direction and says

" Y-Yes"

Tohka looks at him with an astonished face

" So did you met with our other classmates…? Want to come with me met them…?"

" Sorry but I am searching for…my roommate…."

"Oh…

And also!

What type of magic do you use? "

"Magic..?"

" Yes…we are in the magic class after all…"

"I am not specialized in any kind of magic…you see I got a zero at the magic exam…"

The Paul starts thinking:"If there will be more like her it's probably that I won't be able to keep my secret…"

Meanwhile we can hear in the background something that looks like a quarrel…

We see a student apologizing to an older student…Looking at his uniform,the one apologizing is a normal class without magic…

" I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to-!"

" Look what you did to my uniform! You normal class without magic!

You are gonna pay for this!"

Says the older student

In the background the other students can be heard talking:"He made a 3rd year mage angry…

He is gonna get destroyed…

Those normal class students always get in trouble.."

"Take this you brat" Says the older student while launching a fist towards the younger one…

A hitting sound starts…

Through the crowd….Paul sees…Hikari-san caught older student's fist with one hand…Then with a karate move he immobilizes him…

Then two other older students attack Hikari-san from the back…Just then in that moment…

"…I think this is enough after all…" Says Paul

" You guys really don't want to give me a moment of peace…." Says Hikari….

Paul with a incredible speed gets to the other two students…grabs their necks and put them down…

Hikari-san seemed to know this will happen and knew that Paul will come…It might have been his instinct…or just something more than that…

Then a random voice shouts: "That's enough!"

Some students with a red badge on their uniform come to the fight's place…

"Get them…You guys come with me to the principal…"

At the principal

The problem was solved and the older students were found guilty…

Only Paul,Hikari and Student Discipline Council Leader remain with the Principal…

"It isn't even the first school day and you already get in trouble…"

"I didn't use magic though!" Paul answers fast.

"Well you are right…and also…I see you have met your roommate…Hikari Ianku-Kun…Normal students representative…I also hired him to be the one that keeps you under control…"

"Well I already found out…He isn't a good liar and I could tell that you would do that…"

Discipline Council Leader approaches Paul and Hikari

" I am Maya Sanae…The Discipline Council leader and a 2nd year student!

After I saw your abilities i would like to invite you to join…I am sure you would do a great job there!"

"Sorry but being more busy isn't something I like…I don't fit that job.." Says Paul

" If he doesn't go I won't as well…and the only thing I can do is sleep so probably I wouldn't be helping anybody…"

Then the principal intrrerupts them

" If you have finished talking you can leave. You still have a little left of this day…"

"Yes sir!"
