Team Ten and the newly returned Asuma bowed and thanked the Hokage

"The information brought back to use will save many lives. You will all be rewarded 50.000 Ryo each for the C- Rank mission, Another 1,025,000 Ryo for the S-Rank mission. Seiichi will earn 10.000 Ryo for each enemy shinobi he brought to the village, Ino Yamanaka and Shikamaru Nara will be receiving 5.000 Ryo for every enemy shinobi they brought back.

Choji Akimichi, I hope this mission has made clearly the cruel realities of the shinobi world to you. I hope that you learn from your mistakes and sincerely try to harden yourself, if not for your own life, then for the lives of your teammates and your Sensei. For if you do not, then next time Ino may not be there to safe Shikamaru from the consequences of your hesitations."

Choji's jaw clench and his fist tightened. Waves of emotions washed over him as he replied the mission in his head. Taking a deep bow, Choji replied, "I swear, I will do better, Lord Hokage!"

The Hokage slightly bowed his head in return, as tears dropped to the floor. Choji remained in a deep bow. 'The determination in the boy is evident, he will destroy worlds to protect his comrades. So, this is the will of fire? I think I like it.' Seiichi thought to himself as he watched Choji mentally reprimand himself and wallow in shame.

Asuma stepped forward placed a hand on Choji's shoulder. "You will be an amazing shinobi one day, Choji. And I promise as your sensei to train you to the best of my abilities"

Choji looks up and sniffles "Asuma-Sensei..."

The Hokage watched the interaction between student and teacher with a satisfied smile on his face

"We can all train together, Choji. You're not the only one that needs to get stronger" Shikamaru spoke up.

The weeks that followed, Asuma put all his effort into training his team. Asuma even asked the disbanded Ino-Shika-Cho, to help train their children, in order for them to understand the dynamics of their combat formation. Team Ten quickly picked up the fundamentals, wishing to never face death unprepared again. The team trained there hearts out, making their fathers proud. So proud that the each were taught a new clan jutsu.

After a long day of training, Asuma took his team out for all you can eat BBQ to tell them some good news. Watching his team eat, Asuma just smoked his cigarette and enjoyed the moment.

"So, what is it Asuma Sensei? We haven't taken a mission in weeks and it's unlike you to spend your cigarette money to feed us BBQ" Shikamaru inquired while flipping his pork over to cook the other side.

"Haha, I planned to wait until you four were all nice and full. But I guess I can tell you now." Asuma took one last puff of his cigarette, then put it out, " The Chunin Exams will be coming up soon, other villages should be arriving tomorrow and in two days, the selections begin."

Asuma explained the rules of entry and how there could only be three-man teams. Seiichi opted to form participating in the Chunin examines this year. His excuse was needing to handle clan business that had been piling up. "This will be like a small vacation. And I can always enter the next Chunin exams." Seiichi said.

Asuma didn't seem to have a problem with it and 2 days passed in a blink of an eye. Team 7 had returned from the land of the waves with major gains. Kakashi had killed Zabuza this time around. Haku was killed by Naruto, as result, Haku wasn't thee to protect Zabuza from Kakashi's lightning blade. The Bodies of Haku and Zabuza were brought to the hidden leaf village along with Zabuza's Sword, The Kubikiribōchō.

Unfortunately, the mission still wasn't enough to reawaken Sasuke's Sharingan. Though, his craving for more power had already begun. Saved by Naruto, almost killed by Haku, and the only one in the team that needed to practice tree walking. Event after event, Sasuke's pride was being brutality beaten down. The part that bugged him the most, was how Sakura insisted that he was still better than his other teammates. But he knew it wasn't the truth. If Sakura could call Naruto trash and he was weaker than Naruto. Then what did that make him.

"Yo! Seiichi! Did you hear? The Chunin exams are coming up" Naruto leaped over to the roof that Seiichi was resting on.

"Yeah I heard. But I won't be participating, neither will Karin or Kaiya." Seiichi replied with his eyes closed. Naruto's face contorted.

"Seiichi, those two will get me killed. I need my sister on my team." He said

"It can be done, Naruto. A lot of things will be starting. And you to face it without Karin. when you face the Snake that is human, you need to go all out. But Sasuke needs to be the one to defeat it."

"yes, Lord Seiichi" Naruto bowed, and Seiichi finally opened his eyes.

"It's time… Let's return to the compound"

Seiichi and Naruto vanished and reappeared in the compound. Taking his spot on the bed. Seiichi gave Naruto a shot of the serum the system had created. It altered Naruto's DNA and his Uzumaki blood Genes became more dominate.

"Good, lets head to the main hall" said Seiichi

Arriving in the main hall. Seiichi and Naruto arrived in their clan robes. The Hall was filled with both clans kneeling towards the Center Isle. Approaching the Podium Akira and Karin stood wearing their royal Uzumaki robes and crowns. Between them was a podium with a par of royal robes, crown, and a blood red pill.

Stopping at the altar, Naruto faced the clans and kneeled .

"You may all rise!" Akira's voice boomed "I've been waiting for this day for years. Today my son will receive a blood purification and officially join the line of succession, as the crowned Prince and Heir to the Uzumaki clan."

Taking the pill into hand, Akira stepped in front of her son "Naruto Uzumaki, do you swear to protect the clans and it's interests by any means necessary, even if it means death?"

"I swear"

"Do you swear to renounce all allegiances and dedicate yourself solely to the clans?"

"I swear"

"Do you swear to take on all responsibilities and duties of the Crowned Uzumaki Prince?"

"I swear!"

"Then Speak your Vow, My Son"

"I, Naruto Uzumaki, swear upon every ounce of my begin. To nourish and build our clan, so that we may once again stand at the summit of the world, without equals. I swear to cut down our enemies and sweep away all who oppose us. As your Crown Prince, I will dye the world red with blood until all know and bow before the Uzumaki Clan!" Naruto declared himself to his people and swallowed the blood red pill given to him by Akira.

The hearts of every clansmen rejoiced, their c.h.e.s.t swelled with pride and their blood began to boil. The Hall began to permeate battle intent. They would soon have their revenge on the shinobi world. And then they will rule with an Iron fist.
