Journey To the World of Film and Television

Last night I suffered from insomnia again. I fell asleep at one or two o'clock. I woke up from a nightmare in the middle of the night. I saw the time at 3:30.

I can’t remember the content of the dream. I just remember that when I woke up, I was terrified, and my heart was full of fear. Even if I comforted myself, I closed my eyes and recalled the "Dear, Loved", "You Are My Glory" I watched before. ", "The Eternal Love" and other sweet dramas, but the recalled pictures are still replaced by horrible things, and I can't fall asleep until I get up to do nucleic acid at dawn.

All day today, I feel like I'm gone, lack of energy, and feel nauseous from time to time.

I really can't stand it anymore, I will take a day off today, and I won't code at night.
