Following Zekram, Wang Lei and his maid made it to the inner area of the castle.

Zekram gestured to them to sit on chairs while ordering the maids to bring some refreshment for them.

He silently gazed at Wang Lei, his mind thinking many different possibilities of him being here before he opened his mouth and asked, "What is the reason for you being here?"

Wang Lei didn't answer right away but looked all around the castle as if reminiscing about some things before looking back at him and sighing, "Everything has changed."

"Did you expect it to not?" Zekram raised his brow before shaking his head, "Devils are no different from humans - everchanging. Only their core idea has not changed, and that is to rule. Maybe some have, but definitely not all."

"And that idea might bring them to their destruction," Wang Lei said. He looked at Zekram for a second before, "Bael Clan has also degraded… to select such an idiot as their leader; such a disappointment."

"I am old and wished for the new generation to lead the clan, but there is always a rotten apple."

"Don't play tricks on me, Zekram. I know that he was just a figurehead. The Clan is still within your control. What old bullshit? It is not even funny," Wang Lei shook his head and said.

He and Zekram had a great relationship back in the past. He knew that Zekram was an ambitious person, just that he didn't let his ambitions blind him. In the end, he always had his race in his mind.

Unlike Lord Bael, who only cared about fame and his inflated ego due to him having PoD. His first son didn't have PoD while the second didn't have the talent to wield one like Sirzech and Rias.

"I've heard that you have a descendant who didn't inherit PoD and was outcasted with his mother," after some time, Wang Lei asked while taking a sip from his tea.

Zekram's eyes glinted before he asked, "Are you interested in Sairaorg? He is indeed a good seedling."

"At least better than his father, indeed," Wang Lei nodded, "Just like you, he is also an ambitious fella. Only that he is aiming for Satan's position, while you control the Underworld behind the scene."

"Our Bael Clan is the strongest in the Underworld. With our PoD, I don't see the reason why not. Even if I don't take Satan's position, my Bael Clan's position as number one Clan can never be taken away," Zekram said while looking straight into Wang Lei's eyes.

He didn't care about Satan's position, but he was proud of his Clan's control over the strongest magic in the Underworld.

Wang Lei became silent as both didn't say anything. At the side, Leiyan was lazily eating whatever was placed in front of her while Ying'er was attentively listening to everything. It was her habit to take as much information from the other party as she could. Who knows, when, where, and what might come in handy?

"I am thinking of visiting the Realm of Death," a moment later, Wang Lei said. .

Zakram's eyes narrowed hearing him, "Do you want to pick a fight with Olympians?"

"Pick a fight?" Wang Lei raised his brow before shaking his head, "You pick a fight with someone of the same stature. Have you ever seen someone picking a fight with an ant? They are only to be stomped at."

"Your arrogance will lead to your destruction one day," Zekram sighed.

"Maybe it will, but definitely not in this world," Wang Lei smiled and said, "And it's not like I am going there to cause a disturbance. Just that they have something that I want to take a look at. If they are sensible enough, they will let me do it, otherwise, it is always not too late to flood the Mount Olympian with blood."

Zekram became silent before taking a sip from his tea, "What about the Primordial Goddess of Darkness, Nyx?"

"I'll see if she is worth my time or not. I did hear that she is beautiful. And I am missing a Primordial Maid anyway."

Zekram became silent while thinking about something. If Wang Lei went to Mount Olympian, things are bound to change - the biggest one being the status quo between the Olympians and other factions.

To be honest, he never really liked Olympians, to begin with. Wang Lei going there might be beneficial to him in some way. It would be better if he took care of them. This way, devils will have one less enemy to take care of.

They didn't talk much after that but some random things before Wang Lei left with his maids towards Lucifaad, where the Youth Meeting was taking place.

Lucifaad was the original capital of the Underworld and the Satan territory ruled by the original Satan before the new Satan took over the office.

Being the previous capital of the Underworld, it was filled with many different merchandises from all over the world. Even though not as popular and crowded as the current capital, it was still quite festive most of the time.

Most people living here were those who had some old sentimental values with the original Satans, but that didn't make them hate the new Satans.

During the previous Satan's time, at Amphitheater, a meeting would happen between the young devils of the 72 devil clan. Though the real reason was to show the authorities of Satan's descendants to the low-class devils.

After taking over the Underworld, Sirzech didn't abolish it and it still happens to this day. Even though the meaning was changed from the surface, it was still the same inside. Just that it changed from showing off to lower-class devils to reincarnated devils.

It didn't take long for Wang Lei and his maids to reach Lucifaad, just a day or two. Like previously, he still didn't use any other method than walking his way there. He seems to enjoy the feeling of traveling like a mortal, though the same couldn't be said for his maids who still didn't understand why he traveled on foot when they could just travel through space in seconds or with just their speed that was faster than the light.

"These… devils are quite excited about this Youth Meeting," Ying'er said while looking at the people happily shouting and playing.

She still didn't consider them or found it hard to believe that these people were devils. The term devil was vastly different here than in her world. And they seemed… way too lacking to be called one. This was one of the reasons she disdained them.

They looked like some kids trying to imitate their idols and yet failed poorly. A devil in her world could kill billions and would not feel anything, and here people looked way too similar to mortals who only cared about their daily lives and struggled for a better future.

'Well, they are mortals. Even though it is fascinating to see that they can live 10,000 years without any cultivation and just their bloodline. If I had the same bloodline, wouldn't cultivation make it even stronger?'

She really wanted to kidnap one of these devils for her experiment to see if she can extract their bloodline from them.

"Many people have some young devils as their idols. Being a fan of them, of course, they are excited at the aspect of meeting or at least seeing them," Wang Lei nonchalantly replied while gazing all around him with interest.

He always found these mortals interesting. They felt free and unfettered. They didn't need to carry burdens or worry about anything like Grand Schemes going on behind the scenes.

Even though their lives were 'short', they still fully enjoyed it. It was something he could not achieve. He had a goal, and he would pursue it. Even if he had to leave everything he loved behind, he wouldn't look back even once and would just keep walking.

Wang Lei shook his head and smiled, "It has been a while since I've been to a festival like this. Since we are already here, it is not bad to relax sometimes and enjoy what is presented."

"Indeed. This is the first festival for This One. Even though back in This One's time, festivals were greater and grandeur. They would last for years and the whole Prima Chaos would be filled with the air of festivity," Leiyan said while remembering her past.

Wang Lei shook his head and giggled at her attempt at comparing the festival presented by Creation Gods to that of mortals - it was a funny comparison.

Ying'er's body shook, hearing her. Just hearing her, she guessed something that she didn't want to believe, but after thinking about Wang Lei, she sighed. At this point, she wouldn't be surprised to hear that Primal Chaos was created by Wang Lei… just how close was she.

"Kyaa~! It is Rias Gremory-sama!" "Crimson Princess! Priestess of Thunder and Light!" "Look here Rias-sama~!" "I love you Kiba-sama~!" "Step on me, Akeno-sama!!"

Wang Lei, who was enjoying the festival with his maids, hearing the shouts of some questionable individuals, looked in the direction from where they came from.

He saw Rias and her peerage passing by the civilians towards the Amphitheater, the place of Youth Meeting.

Rias waved towards her fans, same with Kiba, Akeno, and Koneko. It was common courtesy to do so as it was taught to them in such a way.

Issei looked at this with excitement, "You are really popular, Buchou, Akeno-san, Koneko-chan," he said. He completely ignored the fangirls of Kiba so as to not let his fragile maiden heart hurt more than necessary.

"Fufufu~, if you work hard, then you can have your own fans too, Issei-kun," Akeno said giggling.

"Really!?" Issei exclaimed with excitement. If he had fangirls of his own, he would be closer to achieving his dream of being a harem king!

"Indeed. Kiba and Koneko have earned their respect and worship, same with Akeno. That is why you shouldn't let your emotions in the way during the Youth Meeting," Rias nodded and said, "You are this generation's Red Dragon Emperor and many people will come to greet you to know more about you. While, at the same time, many will ridicule you. If you lost your cool, it would not only create problems for yourself but also damage my reputation in the Underworld. So, please be careful."

She knew that Issei was an emotional person who acted according to his emotions. Many devils will and can exploit this weakness of his.

Issei solemnly nodded. He fist-bumped his ċhėst and said, "Don't worry, Buchou! I will definitely be careful as to not create problems for you!"

Rias nodded gratefully. As they were walking towards the Amphitheater, waving at their fans, her eyes coincidentally landed towards the white-haired youth with two beautiful women beside him.

Even though one had her face covered with a mask, she could tell (just from her body) that this woman was heavenly beautiful. For a second, she was dazed just by looking at her.

She hurriedly shook her head as a small drop of sweat trailed down her forehead.

'Who is this woman!?'

She has been to Nekopara Cafe many times, but she had never met with Ying'er since she never joined the cafe as a maid. She might serve Wang Lei, but that didn't mean that she would drop down to a level to serve some mortals.

"What happened Rias?" seeing her face and a little trembling of her hand, Akeno worriedly asked.

Rias shook her head before looking back towards the white-haired man, who waved at her before signaling her to keep quiet.

Wang Lei has informed her that he will come to the Youth Meeting on his own, so she wasn't surprised to see him here. Even though she was slightly disappointed that she didn't get to spend time with her master alone.

"Nothing. Let's keep moving. Other devils might have arrived by now, and we are already late."

Akeno nodded and didn't pursue. She looked in the direction where Rias was looking but didn't find anything out of ordinary. She shrugged before following after her.

"We are not going with them?" Ying'er asked. Wang Lei did say that he was invited by that redhead to a party.

Wang Lei shook his head, "There is no fun in that. Going there with her and not causing a problem or going there on our own and causing a problem - which one do you prefer?"

"Is that a question?" Ying'er asked with a smirk on her face. Of course, she would choose the latter. There is no fun if everything is peaceful. There needs to be enough chaos and blood to ensure her excitement.. She has enough of those boring double-masked-bootlicking parties that she used to attend in Primal Chaos.
