"What is happening here!?" Ajuka Beelzebub shouted, seeing the destruction of the Amphitheater. Being a devil himself, he thought that it was the result of fighting between the young devils. If it was, then it can cause problems to not only the young devils but to their houses - fighting in an official meeting.

"Em…" Rias and others remained silent, not knowing what to say.

Sirzech frowned. He looked towards his little sister, Rias, before prompting her to explain it.

Rias became the center of attention before she looked towards Wang Lei, who was back to 'his' seat, lazily sitting and watching them as if it had nothing to do with him.

Sirzech, Ajuka, Serafall, and Grayfia - who had come with them - all looked towards the direction Rias was looking and found Wang Lei sitting lazily, watching them with amusement.

All three of Satan's faces visibly twitched, seeing his conduct.

"... when did you come to the underworld?" Sirzech asked while watching Grayfia walking towards him. He didn't receive any information regarding his visit to the underworld.

Wang Lei looked towards Grayfia, smiling at her and gesturing to him to come towards him while answering Sirzech, "Just yesterday. I was exploring it around when I heard about Youth Meeting, it seemed fun so I came to enjoy it. What? Is there a problem?"

Sirzech shook his head before sighing, "Just too sudden. At least inform us of your visit next time so as to not cause us trouble, the council can be problematic sometimes."

Gently rubbing Grayfia head - he didn't show much intimacy with her as she would definitely ignore it or dodge his hug, she was a professional maid after all - he looked back towards Sirzech and shook his head, "If the council is that much of a problem, then just kill them and be done with it. Why be their ŀȧp dog when you don't like them?"

"If only it was that easy…" Ajuka sighed and mumbled.

"Why not? Just some old fogies who think they have the whole world under their grasp while not realizing the depth of the water they are treading on," Wang Lei said, "Is it that hard to kill them? If someone stands for them, kill them too. If someone comes for revenge, kill them too. What is hard about it?"

Sirzech frowned. His idea and Wang Lei's have always clashed since back from the Civil War. Even back then, Wang Lei never cared who he was killing or the consequences brought from it. He would just kill, kill, and kill anyone who stood in its path, no matter of gender or age.

Though it would work essentially, Sirzech knew that it would not in the long term. Tyranny would never last, history has told them such. And he didn't like to rule with tyranny, to begin with, so he used a more amicable approach with all of this.

Seeing the awkward atmosphere, Ajuka coughed before asking Wang Lei, "Did you cause all this destruction? If yes, can I ask the reason for it?"

Grayfia went and stood back with Leiyan and Ying'er, who carefully scrutinized her, while Wang Lei smiled, "Sairaorg and I were playing and it went out of hand, nothing major. As for the damage…" he snapped his finger, and Time Laws started to wave all over Lucifer before everything turned to normal, no damage or anything.

Sirzech, not wanting to talk about the previous topic, looked at everyone before saying, "Though some difficulties occurred, we can go back to our Youth Meeting. Other higher devils should be here in a movement so please go and adjust your clothing or make-up."

Normally, they would have come after other devils had shown up, but after hearing the news of the destruction Wang Lei caused, they'd decided to come first to check the source. Now seeing that it was Wang Lei, they just shrugged it off - not that they could do anything.

The young kings nodded before leaving one after another. They all had something going on in their minds, and they needed some time to settle their thoughts straight first.

"Did you really need to create such commotion? We almost thought that someone attacked this place," Ajuka said as he made his way to Wang Lei and sat beside him before sighing. .

Wang Lei shrugged his shoulders, "I was just having fun."

"And it almost cost the life of the most promising youth," Ajuka mocked.

Wang Lei didn't reply. Ajuka was right, he almost killed Sairaorg. But he regretted nothing, after all, it was just a fun fight for him. If Sairaorg died, it was his inability to see and perceive the real danger before acting.

"Lei-chan! I heard you've trained Rias and Akeno before? Even Akeno-chan's mother was trained by you!" Serafall, like a cheerful person she was, asked. Completely ignoring the stiff air and the other two Satans.

"Trained? No really," Wang Lei shook his head with a light smile, "I only opened a door of possibility for them, how they entered and the work it took for them was all their hard work - I had no hand in it."

"Yeah, yeah, that! The door of possibility!" Serafall nodded as if understanding the most profound meaning of life before she looked back at him with a twinkle in her eyes, "Can you do the same for So-tan too? I heard that you've won in a chess match with her and even kissed her."

Though her voice was cheerful, her eyes were definitely not so as she talked about the kiss, "Since you've already accepted her as your wife, then it would not be a problem for you to teach her a thing or two, right?"

Wang Lei made a thinking face before smiling, "Maybe I will, maybe? I don't know. Rias and Akeno kissed me for giving them the opportunity, what will you give me?"

Serafall raised her brow before smiling, "But you've already kissed So-tan, no? You should repay her for the kiss you stole. And it was her first kiss, even though I didn't have the privilege to enjoy it!" She gritted her teeth in indignation, regretting her past self for not taking such action and just stealing it away.

"Hmmm," rubbing his chin, he looked at the sky before smirking, "But I've also saved her life during the Kokabiel incident. If not for me, you wouldn't have been able to see your So-tan."

Serafall became silent before her eyes glinted, a 'masterplan' - or at least she calls it - formed before she looked at him, her finger on her glossy lips, and asked, "Then… Do you want me to give you a kiss?"

Behind Wang Lei, Ying'er's face twitches as she smilingly looks at Serafall. Her smile was cold while her eyes were filled with silent killing intent for the girl that was trying to seduce her master.

'Humph! Even though I was not able to seduce him, does she think she can?' she sneered at the poor attempt of one of the Satans.

"You kiss me?" Wang Lei looked at her from up and down before nodding, "That is not a bad idea; in fact, how about you also marry me with Sona? That way, your sister would not have to be separated from each other, no?"

Sirzech and Ajuka tried their best to ignore those two while also listening to the conversation with the utmost attention.

Ying'er crescent brows frowned, her face changed into displeasure before she humphed and looked away.

Serafall definitely caught off-guard but not for long as her face composed itself pretty fast as she smirked at Wang Lei's proposal.

"Are you sure? If I do that, I might steal Sona-tan from you."

"You can give it a try," Wang Lei replied while giggling, "But those who once became mine, never think of even leaving me."

"Why is that?" She asked.

"I am just that handsome," Wang Lei said with a smile before closing his eyes, seemingly falling asleep.

Everyone's brow twitched. His narcissism didn't know any boundaries. He was handsome, sure - but definitely not heavenly handsome for people to leave everything behind and follow after him.

If Ying'er tried, she was sure that she can find hundreds of more handsome males than Wang Lei in Primal Chaos or even in this world.

But of course, no one would say that to his face.

All had many different questions, the most prominent being the existence of Wang Lei sitting beside the three Satans. Even more so, he was sitting in just an informal way that made those royalties scrunch their faces at the disrespect he was showing. He was even sleeping and didn't care about them in the least.

Even when someone tried to talk with him, he would just ignore it as if he never registered the existence of the person in front of him.

The second thing would be the three beautiful women standing behind him, especially, of course, Ying'er - who stole the most attention, even more so than Wang Lei. But just like him, she also ignored them much to their increasing displeasure of Wang Lei.

As every devil was presented, Sirzech stood from his seat and addressed everyone, "I welcome everyone who has gathered here today on behalf of the youth meeting. Due to some… circumstances, we had to delay it a little further than the appointed time. I hope you will forgive me for it," he looked towards Wang Lei before continuing, "We also have a special guest with us. Sadly, due to some reasons, we cannot display his identity. But I would like you all to rest ȧssured that he is not a danger to us and is definitely qualified to sit with us. Now, if there is nothing else, we will begin the Youth Meeting!"

Everyone clapped after Sirzech ended his speech. Though some older devils were dissatisfied, they didn't voice it out in front of Sirzech… for a time being.

After that, without any interruption, the meeting started. There was nothing much in it except the Youth Devils introducing their peerage and talking about what they've been doing these days. The only person who didn't have a peerage with him would be Sairaorg, but that didn't deter the meeting and it went smoothly.

Wang Lei didn't bother himself with the meeting as stayed 'sleep' throughout it. Ying'er and Leiyan also don't seem to be interested in it and just quietly stood behind him, same with Grayfia.

"I am glad to hear about you. Why don't you all share you dreams and goals with us, sicne we are already here and all," Sirzech said.

Wang Lei finally opened his eyes and looked at the devils while yawning loudly, "Finally… I was getting seriously bored."
