The split second before Isaac was pierced felt like forever. Eden saw in slow motion the spears made of bone leaving Satorus's hands and piercing Isaac. Three spears broke through Isaac's shield of light spell and impaled Isaac, two in the shoulder one in the t.h.i.g.h. If it had been a fatal strike, the judge would have stepped in to protect Isaac.

In the background Instructor Azazel smirked,'merely a speck of a dust... ". Instructor Azazel was able to calm down the momentum of Isaac and that of Oak Academy.

Isaac who was impaled, felt himself flying backwards. He fell off the stage and was pinned to the ground for the bones went right through him.

The spectating crowd was shocked by the pure power of Satorus. Should this have been in the the higher ranks of the Coliseum, Isaac most likely would have died before he realized what happened.

"This kid Satorus, he's this strong, and hasn't even formed his circle yet. Maybe the Golden Arch should throw out support behind Satorus. Then again... I don't think King Hearth would pick a bone elementalist as his successor." chuckled Sophia who was sitting amongst the crowd. "Despite his strength, we can probably rule this one out. I wonder where this kid will be listed at within Ezel's ranking report."

Headmaster Oak and Adara were silent as they saw Isaac lay on the Coliseum floor unable to get up.

"Winner! Satorus! Eldritch Academy! Light Elementalists!" shouted the judge. "Please attend to the participant!"

Headmaster Oak jumped down to check up on Isaac as soon as the winner was declared. If one was to jump into the Coliseum arena before the Judge announced a winner, there would be repercussions from Crux City.

Headmaster Oak who was kneeling by Isaac glared at Satorus, fury in his eyes, however, he did not act upon it. Satorus merely scoffed at the pair and walked off the arena to report his win and collect winnings.

"Isaac my boy, are you okay?" asked a concerned Headmaster Oak.

"Damn that Satorus, I didn't think he'd be that strong, I'll get him next time." a fury was in his eyes. Isaac who wanted to prove to himself that he wasn't trash and validate his own self-worth by beating Satorus, was angry at himself for not being strong enough at this moment.

"Get well Isaac. I promise you! The next time you two face off you will have the upper hand!" said Headmaster Oak firmly. The light elementalists finally made their way to Isaac.

Eden who watched the fight was awed by Satorus's power. If he had fought Satorus would this have been the same end result? Would he have been speared just like Isaac was? Then he began to doubt Oak Academy's ability to get to the top. Oak Academy was new blood, Eldritch Academy, although not one of the four Kings, was a superpower in its own right. Eden was beginning to doubt his own ability.

'I know Headmaster Oak said for me to conceal my moonlight trait, but can I win without using it? In the Hog Forest, I used my moonlight trait to fight off the beasts, my fight with Adara, I couldn't even taste victory without using my moonlight trait. I must get stronger.' thought Eden.

Satoru's overwhelming victory made all the Oak Academy students question their strength and ability.

The light elementalists who healed Isaac stated that luckily Isaac's wounds weren't as heavy as originally thought he would just need a weeks worth of rest before he can actively resume his training and combat practices.

A day later, Eden was training within the training grounds with increased vigor. He started to pick up a training tactic that Headmaster Oak taught him. Shadowfighting. The concept was to use ones imagination and insight to fight a vision they had of an opponent. For the current Eden, the strongest fighter within his age group that he has seen was Satorus.

Eden who was performing shadowfighting would cast his plant spells, Entangle! Leaf Barrage! In Eden's mind he was using his spells as a diversion to get close enough to strike with his sword. However, he in his mind, Satorus would still strike out with bone spear and impale him just as he did Isaac in the arena.

Headmaster Oak who was watching Eden asked,"Eden, who are you envisioning in your mind that you cannot beat?"

"Headmaster, it is Satorus. The way he striked out at Isaac left an impression on me. I don't think that I could beat him should we fight without revealing my moonlight trait." replied Eden.

"It does look like Satorus is one of the stronger elementalists we've seen fight in person. He will be a tough opponent for many in this upcoming academy tournament. However, it doesn't mean you should be demoralized fighting someone like him. You might fight him and you might even lose to him, but you shouldn't let this fear take you over and demoralize your spirit. Just give it your all in the arena when you go out and leave it all out there. You Eden Durreye, are going to be the leader of representative team at the academy tournament. You are strong and you need to continue to display your strength when the rest of the team is down. You are our academy's pillar. You need to continue believing in yourself even at your weakest moments!"

"Thank you Headmaster Oak. You are right! I can't sit here and be scared of stronger opponents! Every fight is decided when the Judge says so!" Eden was regaining his sense of self back.

'This kid, I can't give you all the answers on how to beat your opponents, you can only learn by fighting, falling, and getting back up again." thought Headmaster Oak.

Eden and Headmaster Oak went to the Coliseum in order to determine their next scheduled fight.

When they reached the attendant Gase, he informed the pair of their next matchup.

"Satorus, Eldritch Academy. One Week."
