Knight Kings : 1st Encounter

"Promise me you will protect him," said a woman.

"I promise."

Next thing he knew he stabbed his sword to the woman's heart. Soon enough he heard a scream.. a hateful scream

"NOOOOO!!! I HATE YOU!!"

He saw a malice look on a young boy. He lifted his hand to pat the boy but a bunch of water hit him hard.

At that very moment Kazuto woke up with soaking wet clothes. He heard some of surprise cry around him before he saw a beautiful pair of eyes.

"Kazu, wake up. Don't use your power here." there was no sign of his best friend waking up. "Kazu!" he called a little bit louder than before.

"Ssst.. quite down." protested a classmate

"I'm sorry." Shin Ha aswered while his hand still shook his sleeping friend hardly.

"Hey, is it just me or this room is getting colder?"

"No, I feel it too. It's cold and frightening. What happened?"

The classmates around them started to whisper each other. He left no choice. He used the darkness to hide his true power and created a big water ball above them.

Unfortunately, it was too big so the water not only hit Kazuto and Shin Ha but hit others too. Some of the classmates ended up wearing soaking wet clothes.

The lights on instantly along with the paused video. Shin Ha felt relieved when the black energy from Kazuto couldn't be sensed anymore.

"What happened there?" asked the mentor.

Shin Ha hoped his friend could help him to explain about this, but the man did not move instead gaze on something intensely.

What was he looking at? Before he could find out, the mentore called his name.

"Shin Ha, explain this."

"It's.. a water ball showed up out of nowhere fell down upon all of us." said he.

"That's right. We don't know where the waterball came from." continued one of his classmate

"Obviously, one of you pulled a prank." the mentor looked at his student suspiciously.

"How could we? We're only C level at max. To create a waterball like this with no water, at least they have to be in B level."

"No, it must be an A level."

The room became crowder as the arguments kept being spoken.

"What happened?" at last, Kazuto spoke to him

"You used your energy in your sleep hence I had to do it in order to wake you up." he whispered back.

Without words, he stood up and spoke in heavy voice.

"Could we get change first, Sir Hak? I'm sure you don't want any of us get a cold."

"Y..yes.. of course you could."

Shin Ha raised an eyebrow. Is it just him or their mentor was afraid of Kazuto. Not that surprised him. Everyone in BAA always got scared of wolf clan when their sleep got disturbed.

After got the permission he wanted, Kazuto walked away followed by Shin Ha and others who wanted to get changed. In the midway, no one knew that Kazuto took a glance to the side.
