Knight Kings : 1st Encounter

Energy of Knight Kings would never choose a married bride or have someone else in their heart. As it will risk the KK's life, a KK had to be becareful before put on a sign on respective bride.

They would have to find out first if their feelings could connect with the bride.

In her case, she fell in love with Edward in the minute their eyes met. She dared put on her sign on his shoulder because she was certain Edward would love her back.

As in Kazuto's situation was different. Kazuto never planned to put on his sign, but an urgent situation forced him to do it.

Wheater she liked it or not, Niken could not escape from him. Even if Kazuto would not meet her per her wish, she, Scarlet Fiery would do anything to make Niken accept her fellow KK.

But, for now, she would not do anything that make the girl scared.

"Can I ask you a favor?"

Niken could hear the desperate sound from her voice. She did not know what the favor was, but she was sure it was something about the man who made her his bride.

"Please don't.." begged Niken instead agreed her request.

"Please... when he show up in front of you, try to give him a chance. Please, I beg you." Or else, I would kidnap you and force you to meet him in person.

Obviously, Niken had no idea what was Scarlet thingking.

Even though no respond from the girl, Scarlet was being gentle and considerate. She gave her many delicious food and changed their s.e.n.s.i.t.i.v.e topic into something else.

"Have you ever heard about Nishian Island?"

"I don't think I have. What kind of island is that?"

"I heard all of time controller were born from there. I assume you are one of them perhaps."

Niken shook her head, "I, myself even don't know where I came from. I... We are orphan since five."

"Wha... I'm sorry to hear that. It must be hard on you guys."

"Not really. We barely remember who our family or why are we abandonded. Besides, everyone in the orphanage were very kind to us." said Niken tried to not be too sad. "Could you tell me more about Nishian, please?"

Their conversation got better as Scarlet kept talking about Nishian. They were getting more comfortable each other and recognize as a friend.

It turned out Nishian Island was led by an empire. Indeed all time controller were born in there yet not all of Nishian people could control the time. Only those who gifted that have energy to control time.

They were some type of level. The lowest one was moving object from the old place to new one or the other way around.

The second level was the gift that could stop a movement of small object. Like a running water, clock or machines. But these level could not stop time entirely.

The special gift was could stop time entirely. Human being, things around them totally stop. Yet, Knight Kings could move in their frozen time.

The highest one and the most powerful gift were belongs to the royalty. They were called Time Masters.

Time Masters not only could stop the time, they could control all kind of element in their dimension. They could trap the enemy and defeat them easily.

Not to mention, only Time Masters who were able to make a person move around as their wish in their dimension. Even a Knight King would not be able to escape from their power.

"I never knew that we have different level in controlling time. I never show off my ability before."

"Why? Your power is special. I'm pretty sure you will get in at least in B-class. You are strong."

"No, I'm not. Every time I use my power, I ended up faint or can't move for days."

"Is that an after effect?"

"I don't know. I never met someone who have same ability as mine. Besides, I don't have any kind of ambition in getting stronger. Please don't let others know my true ability."

"I won't. I promise. Aside us and other Knight King, no one will know."

Niken could heaved a relieved sigh. The truth was, she once had known a time controller from her brother. She was a friend of Richard. He looked for information about time controller together with this friend. Then he could meet another and many more a time controller.

Right before Richard introduce her to other time controller, one after another the time controller were either gone or be killed.

Therefore, Richard stopped to inquire some information. He forbided her to use her power openly.

As result, she never practice her own ability and no one in this world aside her and her twin brother knew about her secret.
