Leading system

Bikash had already decided how he was going to do this. He would first of all hire 50 people who will be work under Sandesh, Ajay, Indu, Rohit and Priya. The lawyers had already been moved inside the company residential quarters and provided with some basic training in the pods to ensure that they could take care of themselves.

Each of them would have 10 people under them. They would work with these 10 people for a year and then go onto the next phase of the hiring plan that was hiring 10 people under each of these 50 people, which meant that by next year there would be 555 people excluding Bikash.

Bikash had already planned all the things he needed to do. He carried them out systematically. On the second day of Nepalese new year, he had invited 100 people by tracking them through the help of the quantum computer AI.

Among these 100 people he had sent invitation to, 87 of them came. He had sent invitations to people from Nepal only as he wanted the vice leaders and group leaders to be from his country. There were about 30 girls in this group of 87.

Bikash had booked a hall. It had space for all of them to sit and a separate place for interviews too. Bikash had invited 20 people for the management work among which all of them came. After all the average salary for these people when working at a bank was about 400-500 dollars and the salary of 2,000 dollars was too big of a temptation for these guys.

He had invited other people too such as people with talent but in rough conditions which made it easier to persuade them into joining.

He wondered how he could check the truthfulness of the candidates. He asked the system," System, is there a way to know whether someone is lying or telling the truth ? "

Bikash knew what a lie detector was by he didn't know what the truth telling serum was. So he checked its description and was amazed at the result.

Description : Once this serum is injected in a person's body, he or she would answer every question with complete honesty for the next 1 hour.

Bikash bought 100 of these serums and was eager to find out it's effect. He setup a camera to record everything of the interview process in the interview room.

The first guy came in. He sat down and frowned when he saw a guy younger than himself as the the interviewer of the job. Bikash noticed the frown but didn't say anything.

He vanished from his spot and reappeared beside the guy. The guy was too shocked to see Bikash do this and failed to react even slightly against the truth telling serum that he had been injected with.

Bikash started questioning him. He frowned upon finding out that this guy was an agent from CBI. He obtained all sorts of information about the works of this organization and their plan of infiltrating Snow blood mercenary group.

After this, Bikash interviewed everyone while injecting them with the truth telling serum. He then found out that 13 people from different organizations such as willy5, FBI, KGB, MI6,etc were present here.

After all was done, Bikash sent the video of the other organizations to their respective headquarters. The headquarters of these various organizations were in turmoil because of these videos. They were worried about this sudden darkhorse that had appeared out of no where.

Bikash had thought that this would put an end to these organizations from coming to him but contrary to his expectations, they sent various agents to investigate the owner and members in the mercenary group. Bikash was not worried about this and went on with helping the new members move in.

Among the 50, ten would work under Priya to handle the management work. Priya took them to the residential quarters where the lawyers were currently residing.

She had took them there to get the contracts signed. These people were offered salary of 2,000 dollars per month along with residence at the HQ building.

The other 40 people were also divided into groups of 10 and took to sign contracts. These contracts stated that they had to be confidential about what they saw here and they couldn't quit this job.

Bikash had thought of a perfect way. The most exceptional from the security company would be moved to the mercenary group. The ones at the security company had a salary of 5,000 dollars whereas those at the mercenary group would have 10,000 dollars of salary.

All of the new recruits started training in the game pods and all. They were really stunned by the technology of the company.

It had already been 5 months since the recruitment of these new soldiers. This was when KGB sent agents to infiltrate the base.

They used parachutes to land inside the wall. There were a lot of trees and bushes, so they had thought that they could just hide her but to no avail, the viper and hummingbird drones were equipped with sonar like equipment along with heat detection and movement detection function.

Each and every one of those agents was surrounded by at least two drones and was turned into a mutilated corpse after being shot at.

It looked very gore. Each and every agent was killed withing 30 seconds of their landing. The ones at the KGB base who were constantly in touch with these agents knew that this was a lost case. There was no seeing them again.

The more painful thing was that the avenger weapon system that Bikash had spread over the company grounds had even shot down the Aircraft that was carrying these agents.

The KGB guys knew that it was pretty impossible for weapon system missiles to reach this height but they were stunned by the capabilities showcased by the Snow blood group.

Next day, Bikash also sent an warning video saying," Don't mess with us or we will wipe you out. "

Since all of this had happened, the people at the KGB headquarters didn't dare to take this threat lightly and stopped probing the Snow blood group.

Bikash had also registered the mercenary group into the darkweb and had been accepting various protection in journey and assassination missions. The success rate of Snow blood mercenary group was 100% which was really nice for a new group.

They were pretty popular as no one knew where they came from. In actuality they would use one of the aircrafts purchased by Bikash from the store. This aircraft was a perfect stealth machine which made no noise and was capable of hiding itself from any detectors or radars.

These missions would also give him points ranging from 100,000 - 1,000,000 , based on the difficulty of the mission. As for the money he couldn't care less and had told Priya to handle all these stuff.
