Bikash walked towards the general's office. Bikash was thinking how to know if someone was a spy or not and was loyal or not. Bikash then thought of the truth telling serum.

" System, is there anything I can buy from the store that works like the truth telling serum and help me test the loyalty of other people ? ",he asked the system. After all, this OP system was no joke. 'Encounter a problem? Ask the system to solve it and done.' This was the basic understanding of Bikash of the system he had gotten.

The first sentence made Bikash frown whereas the second sentence made him a bit happy and he praised the system in his heart as there was nothing this system couldn't do.

Bikash quickly bought the function and didn't mind paying the 10 billion system points. Since this was a system function so he could use this in the other worlds too so he was kind of ecstatic.

He went outside the room. He could see the worker robots working here and there in order to clear the blood stains on the floor of the headquarters. He checked the system to see the time required to finish building the military base out side the city.

There was roughly two says remaining till the completion of the base. Bikash didn't buy anymore worker bots as he thought that this would be enough for now.

Bikash went to find Carmen who had gone to his apartment back in the city. Bikash had already told Carmen to join him, so Carmen had gone to get his clothes and other stuff.

Bikash was walking around the city and was using a face mask to hide his face. Ever since the robots had started the reconstruction plan and started moving the destroyed cars and dead bodies outside the city, more and more people had started to come out of their houses. Various shops for food and water were operating.

Various shops and shopping malls could be seen opened. The prices of goods were high but still no one dared to steal or commit any sin. Bikash had already relieved the Soldier AI's from taking the mechs and frigates and blowing them up and had given that duty to the worker bots. He had assigned the nine soldier robot groups consisting of 99 Soldier AI's to patrol the whole city.

Bikash had anticipated this market price spike so he had bought an extra 100 intermediate Soldier AI robot and dispatched them to shops and shopping malls or any other businesses that were open for business.

Bikash soon found Carmen. He was with two soldier robots of intermediate level which bikash had assigned as his guards. Carmen saw Bikash and recognized him even with the face mask. Carmen walked up to Bikash and greeted him. Bikash secretly checked the loyalty of Carmen towards him and was happy when he saw the result.

" Carmen, how much time does it take for reinforcements to arrive from either Xamoid or Elodros's side ? "

" Actually, they should have come by now. But since the weapon you used took out all communication devices at once, they might be just waiting for the troops communication. Normally, in such cases they will send reinforcements in 4-5 days. "

" So we have 3-4 days to make preparations. "

Both of them then went towards the military HQ inside the city. Soon the day passed by.

Next day, 50,000 people were waiting patiently in the open training grounds. Bikash then took out his mike and said," Since everyone is here. We will start recruiting. Person with token number 1 come to the tent. After he comes out of the tent, number two will go in and so on. "

Bikash walked inside the tent after saying this. Bikash then activated his Loyalty function. The whole thing took half a day. Bikash realized that he still had quite a bit time, so he called another 50,000 people.

Process went on till dusk when he stopped after 'interviewing' 100,000 people. Next day, the same process repeated itself and Bikash finished the 'interviews'.

Bikash had permanently recruited 5300 people. These people had over 90% loyalty which was probably due to the display of power he had shown. He had also recruited 8,682 people who were on probation as these people only had 80% loyalty. Bikash would promote them after they reached 90% loyalty.

Bikash had already recruited people. The day after the recruiting was all done, Bikash called all the recruited ones to the training grounds. Bikash pulled out his mike and said," The ones who have been permanently recruited and those under probation form two different lines. "

The currency of the galactic world was galactic dollars which was equal to 100 Elodros dollars. Bikash had already checked that he could exchange 1 system point for 100 galactic dollars. Bikash then took out a suit case filled with money. This suitcase had 43,260,000 galactic dollars. Bikash had Carmen stand in front of the line with the people on probation and hand out 5,000 galactic dollars each while Bikash was standing infront of the permanent member's line and was giving them 10,000 galactic dollars each.

The recruited people were ecstatic and were praising themselves for believing in their new lord. The average monthly income of an family of four in Elodros was 1,000 galactic dollars. So this kind of money was a serious boos to the lifestyle of the people and made them praise Bikash more and more.

The military base was already completed but Bikash hadn't gone there and neither had Carmen. They were busy with the interview and all and didn't have time. Today, Bikash visited the newly made military base.

Before coming here, Bikash had ordered the free worker bots to take down the HQ in the city and turn that area into a park and place to grow fruits and vegetables. He had bought the necessary materials and left them there.

Bikash was here a at the military base for two reasons. The first one being checking the base out and the second was to buy frigates and mechs for the army that was recruited by him.
