Why is the water around us is shaking...

Is it an earthquake?

But no... an Earthquake has a constant vibration... but this one, it is like a battle...

I looked at through my window... and see a fight...

A man with white hair is trying to advance thousands of soldiers...

He has a long sword and blue eyes...

I can't move an inch...

Alduir?! What is he doing here!

"Euclio-sama!" Abes come to my room after he slammed my door...

"Alduir..." I said...

"The second! he is coming for your head!" Abes said...

I looked at my army...

"What was that vibration before?" I asked...

Abes looked away...

"Abes! Tell me!" I said...

"He just killed an entire legion by himself!" Abes said worriedly

Now I looked at the battlefield...

I can see Hercule there with his seahorse...

"Tell the troops to moved back... I will meet him by myself..." I told Abes...

"No... Hercule asked me to escort you away from the palace..." Abes told me...

He come closer to me... and drag my hand...

But I deflect his hand...

"No... that is an order..." I said to Abes...

"Euclio-sama... he only aim for your head... tens of kings had died by his hand in the past... but you won't be one of them..." Abes said...

After Abes said such thing... I hear a loud applause from the battlefield...

They are fighting above our kingdom, so we can see the fight...

And what I see is...

"Tousan?!" I said in surprised...

King Feurius Point of View

What is going on...

Why in a sudden, that Alduir aim for my son...

I come forward with Hercule beside me... and my soldiers behind me...

"What do you want from Euclio?" I asked Alduir...

"His head..." Alduir said coldly...

"Tell me Alduir... why do you come to our Kingdom and killed thousands of our army..." I asked him

History said, that he aimed only for the kings not the soldier nor civilian...

"Because you got a good defense, I wanted to test it..." Alduir said...

He supposed to be an assassin not a soldier...

"Go back to the surface, you won't be able to defeat us..." I told Alduir...

And of course, that is just a bluff...

He laughed at me...

Then he direct his long sword at me...

"I could destroy this city at once if I want to... but I am acting kind right now... your son, or your people?" Alduir asked me...

This man... he is insane...

"Feurius-sama! We can fight him if you are with us!" Hercule said to me...

I let a sigh... we can fight of course... everyone can fight, but can we win?

"Alduir... let me ask you one last question..." I told Alduir...

"Go on..." Alduir said

"Why does Navroth aim for my son... not me?" I asked Alduir...

Now Alduir give a thought...

Alduir the King Slayer, not the Prince Slayer... he should be aiming for me instead of Euclio...

"Hmmm..." he said while thinking...

"Navroth said that he is a threat to her kingdom... which is why I must rid of him..." Alduir said...

"How about me?" I asked...

I am a bit curious about myself in Navroth's eyes...

"You are a coward... and Navroth said defeating you are easier compared to the Maxwell... and that Euclio boy, is the mastermind of Maxwell's plan..." Alduir told me...

I looked at him in surprised...

"Feurius-sama is not a coward!" A soldier shouted...

Now the soldier become busy... and they shout a battlecry...

I also prepared my staff...

"Everyone! Prepare yourself!" I shouted...

And everyone is preparing their weapon...

Now... silence is happening...

No one is moving... until...

"Wait!" a person behind me...

When I looked behind my back...

"Tousan..." a boy called my name...

"Euclio! What are you doing!" I yelled at him...

And he laughed?

"It is my business with him..." Euclio said to me...

"He wants to kill you!" I shouted...

"Yes... or else, he will kill all of us" my son said to me...

"Still! You are my son, and no one can ever touch you..." I said...

I then face Alduir... he looked bored...

"Are you done with the family business there?" he asked me...

But both of us nodded...

"So... fight or give up?" Alduir asked...

"Fight..." I said

"Give up..." Euclio said

Now both of us looked at each other...

And Alduir hit his face with his own palm...

"Tousan!" Euclio yelled

"Hey! Stop yelling! Hercule! Bring him back to the palace!" I told Hercule...

And Hercule nodded...

"Tousan! Do not sacrifice more of the soldier!" Euclio shouted...

He then pulled by Hercule back...

"Euclio-sama... let's listen to your father this time..." Hercule said from distant...

I feel a bit sad somehow...

He will be a good king... I believe one day... which is why he must not die today!

I face Alduir...

"I will use my maximum power... I hope I am not scaring you..." I said to Alduir and he smile...

"Sure... tenth..." he said to me...

Tenth... that is the first time I hear from other people...

Yes... since Zerotus's death... I become the tenth...

"Abes..." I called his name... he is behind me...

"Yes... Feurius-sama..." Abes said...

I am now understand, why does Navroth aim for Euclio... not me nor Euclio's elder brother... it is because... Euclio is a true king...

"If I die here... make sure that Euclio become the next king..." I said to Abes...

Now Abes looked surprised...

"My eyes were blinded... I am sorry..." I said...

No matter where I hide... no matter the peace you seek is found... a war will always happen...

There is no such thing as long lasting peace...

"Feurius-sama... stay alive!" Abes said and I nodded...

And we have only a percent chance of winning...

They shouted another battlecry

The soldier is now has the highest morale ever! Even I never see something like this since the Great War 2, all of their armor are shining, because of the effect of the power up magic...

"Isolation Tactic!" I shouted...

And the soldiers are surrounding Alduir... they moved very fast with their seahorse... and of course with[SWIFT] as well...

It took a minute to surround Alduir with my massive army...

These number of army was used to take down a kingdom... and now, we are trying to take down a person...

"Now!" I shouted...

And we make an Octagon Barrier Magic...

Expert Tier of Barrier Magic...

The more side it has, the stronger the barrier is...

Alduir looked impressed...

He tried to move outside the barrier we made by coming closer to me...

But...

"Mages!" I shouted and... hundreds of mages behind my back shoot a [WIND] attack and [WAVE]... and pushed him back far... further...

And when he was about to touch the opposite side of the barrier...

The mage from that side shoot [WIND] and [WAVE] as well...

In the land... [WAVE] is not really a good move, since there is no water around...

But in water... [WAVE] is much powerful compared to [WIND] in pushing the enemy...

All of the side keep using [WAVE] and [WIND]... and as a result... he stand right in the middle of the Octagon Barrier we made...

We can do it...

But...is he fighting seriously... or did he really underestimating us...

We must not give him a rest...

We are concentrating him on the middle point...

"Execution Squad!" I shouted...

And now... the musket troops come...

This weapon was invented by the Euron Kingdom, one of the 3 ancient kingdom... thank god we found one of their artifact... and we could developed our own weapon...

This weapon is very strong... it could pierce the iron armor...

And Alduir? He isn't using armor... just a white robe...

Thousand of Musket come forward... and...

"Fire!" I shouted...

"BOOM!!" A loud voice from the musket can be heard... and it was all directed to Alduir...

All of us looked at him... and he blocked everything with his sword...

He blocked thousands of bullet... with his sword...

Everyone looked down...

He is indeed strong... no one ever survived that...

"Now is my turn..." Alduir said with a smile...

And then, I can see a brown and yellow orb flying above his head...

Earth and Holy...

"Nullifier!" I shouted...

And the Nullifier chant their magic...

Thank God I used my relationship with Aerios Kingdom and succeed taking the information about Nullifying Magic...

When the Nullifier launches their magic... it does not affect him...

"What?" I said in surprised...

"Enhancement Magic... Barrier Magic..." Alduir said to me...

D-Does it mean... that our attack magic is useless?

The only thing that we can do is physical attack... but physical attack is his specialty...

Magic... there must be a limit for the barrier magic...

And he was pushed by my [WAVE] and [WIND]...

"[ICE]" I said and casted on Alduir...

The water around him begin freezing... but he destroyed it with his long sword...

Yes... his barrier magic is not that strong...

We can win...

"MAGES! ATTACK!" I shouted...

And now people beginning to shoot him Water magic attack, Earth Magic attack and Wind magic attack...

No fire underwater...

And I can see he is dodging the attack...

I know it... he is not really resistance toward magic...

Telling us about Barrier Magic is just a bait so that we come closer...

During our attack on him using magic, Alduir suddenly slash his sword to one of the barrier... and...

It cracks...

"What?" I said in surprised...

"That is not a physical attack!" Hercule said beside me...

"Yes... that is an Elemental Fighting..." I said...

I looked at his blade, and it turns yellow

But then he slashed it again toward my side...

I stayed since I know that it is an Elemental Fighting and won't pass the Barrier Magic...

Until...

It passed the barrier magic...

"Air blade!?" Hercule shouted...

"Shield!" I shouted... and the thousands of defenders come forward to block the air blade...

And it stopped the air blade...

That was close...

He is tricky...

Air blade is a strong physical attack...

We keep concentrating him in the middle of the octagon...

Until... he spin his long sword around... creating a distortion in the water...

It now created a whirlpool... and making everyone s.u.c.k.e.d into the whirlpool he created...

I can hear shouts from the soldier...

"Retreat!" I commanded...

That is not a magic...

He is using his sword... that is created by his physical strength...

A big whirlpool is created... it is even bigger than the Barrier itself...

The mages and soldiers are retreating...

Which is a mistake...

Alduir come to the soldiers... and start killing...

A mage was about to push him... but then his sword elongate... and pierce the mage...

Then he turn his long sword around and kills hundreds of the soldiers and mage at once...

I also see a high rank soldier fight with him... but they do not stand any chance...

When my soldier do a move, Alduir move five times already...

They are not able to defeat him if they do not think 5 step ahead

"Hercule!" I shouted...

He is fighting against Alduir right now...

And Hercule is the best warrior we have in the entire Qiteron Kingdom...

He is able to read Alduir movement... and survived more than ten of Alduir's combo...

So I support him for sure...

"Create and Manipulate Ice..." I said and the blue spherical orb glows...

I looked at their movement...

And I see that Alduir found a chance to kill Hercule... but...

"[ICE]" I said... and block his attack by freezing the water in the area where Alduir was about to attack...

Alduir moved back... and he stare at me...

I give him a smile...

I bet he is pissed of...

"Feurius-sama! Thank you!" Hercule said after returning to my side...

"That is my job... but now... let me tell you, Alduir is not invincible... he is weak against magic... it is just that his movement... and his reflex..." I said...

Hercule nodded...

"Everyone... stepped back!" I shouted... and all of the soldier stepped back except me and Hercule...

"Let us join the fight!" Abes said...

"Euclio?" I asked...

"With the refugees... he is safe..." Mebus come forward as well

"Mebus?! You should be with the refugees!" I said...

"No... I should be on the King's side..." Mebus said...

I nodded in understanding...

Hercule is a strong Ares Swordsman...

Mebus is also a strong Valeon Swordsman...

While Abes is a mage... not stronger than me... but he is able to use Dark Attribute...

I never see Abes fight...

No one ever sees him fighting before...

The soldier around us looked excited...

"Now!" I said...

Hercule rush toward Alduir... but Alduir do the same... and...

Alduir hand moved much faster and about to pierced Hercule... but again... I freeze the water around the area where Alduir about to attack... so Alduir pulled back his sword or else, his sword would be freezing...

And Hercule is able to attack him...

I looked around... where is Abes?

"[PUSH]" Alduir said and he aimed his sword to me from distance...

In a sudden... it elongate really fast...

But Mebus block it with his shield...

Mebus is using a heavy armor... and those armor is my gift to him... all of the material is made of adamantine...

And so does Abes's Staff... and Hercule's Sword...

There is a ten percent of winning...

When the sword elongate, Hercule come closer to Alduir and about to kill him...

But in an instant, the sword shrink, into a normal size of sword, and he block the attack that was given by Hercule...

Abes... he is gone... he should be planning something...

But I don't know what he is planning... all I can do is to help him by giving a chance to attack...

"Again!" I said... and both Hercule and Mebus nodded...

"[ICE]" I freeze the water around him... making him to move around and avoid the attack...

But now... I remember about Abes... he is a dark mage, and I believe he is invisible right now... I am afraid to attack him right now... I could attack Abes out of a sudden, since I don't know where he is right now

So I stop attacking randomly...

Alduir become further...

"[FLOWCONTROL]" I said...

And I control the entire wave in Qiteron Kingdom...

Alduir looked at me speechlessly...

I can move anyone inside this kingdom... since I control the flow of the kingdom...

"Feurius... I never see you fight this seriously... even during the great war..." Alduir said...

"Hah! Those old days... I had strong allies back then... but now..." I said...

"That's because of you left your allies..." Alduir said...

I nodded...

"And I realize that as a mistake... thank you for coming..." I said

He looked a bit pissed of...

"[HEAVEN]" Alduir shouted and out of a sudden...

This place turned out to be very bright...

"I-I can't see!" Hercule shouted...

"Either do I!" Mebus shouted...

Yes... this is so bright... I can't see anything...

The entire ocean is become very bright...

"Those who open their eyes will be blind automatically..." Alduir said...

That might be true...

I can't see anything...

But then...

I heard a voice...

"[DARKNESS]"

That is... Abes's Magic...

The brightness is absorbed... and now... it become really dark...

"Cih... this is why I hate Holy and Dark attribute... so annoying..." I said...

And I can hear Abes laughed...

"[NORMAL]" Abes said... and now... everything is back to normal...

I looked at Alduir... and he looks confuse...

"[ICEPRISON]" I casted around Alduir... but he break it easily with his sword...

This is too hard...

Ice is not a strong element... but it is a wide area usage...

I could freeze the entire ocean between Dwarven and Human continent if I want... but...

Alduir will still be able to destroy it...

Wide attack doesn't mean a strong attack...

"Provoke him to attack you..." Abes said whisperingly...

Abes? So...he is planning something already...

Alduir can't see Abes since he is using [VANISH]

"Hey... Alduir... what is your sword made of?" I asked him...

That is a very weird question to provoke...

"Is that important?" Alduir asked me...

"Of course! I want that sword..." I told Alduir...

And he is provoked...

He directly rush toward me in a very fast way...

Easy...

"Feurius-sama!" Hercule shouted...

Even in this water... Ocean Race should had the advantage... but he moves faster than any of us...

"I can't!" Mebus said while trying to come by my side so that he can protect me...

Should I displayed a shock face?

Maybe I should...

When I displayed a surprised face... Alduir smile...

He is still coming to me...

After seeing his smile... I smiled... since that is funny to see him smiling when he is running to a trap...

Then he realize something wrong... but...

It is too late... his sword s.u.c.k.e.d to something...

I can see a flying black orb...

His sword is absorbed...

And Alduir decided to leave the sword...

Now... he has no sword...

"This should increase our winning percentage by 50%" I said...

But then he created a sword out of light...

That is cheating!

And then it shaped a sword and it hardened... the sword that he has been using...

That is... he is using the earth magic to hardened it...

So... that is how to make the sword...

I think only Nico and Jeremiel that are able to create that...

When I am thinking such thing, Alduir is moving to me once more...

I-I'm in trouble...

"Feurius-sama!" Hercule shouted...

But next to me is Mebus... and he block it with his shield... but then Alduir shrinked his sword, so that he come closer to Mebus, and kicked him...

"Mebus!" I shouted...

"Don't you think that you should worry your own life..." Alduir said and he is in front of me...

"[ICE]" I said

"[LIGHTSPEED]" He said

And it broke my ICE shield that I created in front of me to protect myself...

Now...

Is it the end of me?

"[ACTIVATE]" Abes said...

And suddenly... Alduir is pulled back... and the black orb that were used before... can be used again?

Alduir looked surprised... and...

"[PUSH]" Alduir said while aiming the sword to the black orb... and the black orb is absorbing the sword... again...

But then...

"[LIGHTSPEED]" Alduir said and the black orb break...

Hercule come closer and fight close combat with Alduir... but after several second, it is Alduir's turn to attack, he change the situation really fast... but then Mebus joined the fight once more...

But still... Hercule and Mebus was kicked away really far away...

Both of them knocked out...

Hercule and Mebus... they are not able to fight now...

It is Abes and I...

"This is one of the great battle I fought..." Alduir told me...

What can we do...

"Abes! Fall back!" I shouted...

And he nodded...

He return to my side at once but...

"If you move a second... I will kill you" A whispered heard...

Alduir is by my side already...

"F-Feurius-sama..." Abes said speechlessly...

I can't even talk right now...

What...

How can he move so fast...

That is the power of the 1st Stage of Holy Elemental Fighter, speed boosting... they will move as fast as light speed....

It is my loss... at least Euclio is alright, I am fine with that...

But, at a sudden...

I feel the water vibrating...

What is this feeling...

I feel a really heavy intimidating aura... like Alduir's...

Who is coming...

Even Alduir is not focus on me anymore...

"[CRYSTALIZE]" I said...

And from my neck... I freeze my self...

My entire body... is frozen... so that I am impenetrable...

I hope so...

The battlefield become very wavy...

The soldiers looked confuse... especially after King Feurius froze himself...

Alduir released him or else he will froze as well if he touches during the freezing process... but Abes took King Feurius body after the crystallization process done...

He then return to the soldier...

"Ask the Fire Mage to warm his body..." Abes said while giving King Feurius body to the soldier...

Everyone is still surrounding Alduir...

And They don't know who is coming...

After King Feurius's body was retreated... someone is coming...

A tall buff man... he looks like been training his body for hundreds year... he looks very muscular, even Hercule is no match with that man...

He is using a golden sword...

That is Maxim...

Maxim Point of View

So, that stupid old man survived...

Fiuh, that reduce my work...

"You! Again! How do you know my place!" Alduir shouted...

Haha! Alduir's voice is trembling...

"Hello again fellas... this time you won't escape me..." I said to him...

I looked behind my back...

And see a hundreds of thousand army are preparing to fight...

"Yo... who is in charge here?" I asked the entire army...

Then a man with light blue hair color come forward... he looked like a noble...

"My name is Abes Terax the leader of City of Politic in Qiteron Kingdom..." that man said...

"Good... pull back your army... I will fight him..." I told Abes...

"N-No... but you don't have any idea who he is!" Abes said...

"He is the second..." I said...

He looked surprised...

"Then move back!" I said...

He looked at my eyes...

And he realized something

"M-Maxwell?" He asked me...

"Yo... I am..." I said while holding my sword on my shoulder...

And I can feel someone running away...

"[DARK ARENA]" I said...

And the floor become very dark... also every wall and rock...

Everyone looked confuse...

"Who are you?" Abes asked me...

"Maxim... Maxim Maxwell..." I said

Now his face looked like he just saw a ghost...

Haha! I love that face...

"Go! I will kill him this time..." I told him and he nodded...

"Soldiers! Retreat!" Abes shouted... and everyone starting to fall back...

Now I looked at Alduir... he is a bit desperate...

"You can't run..." I said with a big grin...

DARK ARENA the spell to nullify light magic... Holy Magic can't be use at this place, right now... including Teleportation Magic...

"MAXIM!" He shouted at me angrily and begin to charge at me...

"[LIGHTSPEED]" He said and with his Elemental Fighting he come toward me...

I looked at his cloth... and his enhancement magic had wore out... I believe that stupid old king did this to him, he is stronger than I thought...

"Ru! Sak!" I shouted and his orbs are deactivated...

And his speed is return to normal...

"[PUSH]" He said... and the sword elongate...

But I grab the sword this time... and...

"[ABSORB]" I said...

And the sword is absorbed...

He can't use Light Magic as well...

Dark Attribute... the strongest magic attribute... unlike other Maxwell, they have Light Magic, but I have Dark Magic...

He is coming at me... and I prepare my sword...

"[DARKSLASH]" I said and it hit his c.h.e.s.t...

He moved back and hold his c.h.e.s.t...

I can see he is bleeding now...

I bet that hurt...

He is weaker than me... slower than me... he can't run now...

The end of the second

"I guess... this will be the end of our battle for now..." Alduir said to me...

For now?

Does he have something behind his sleeve...

He then take out an accessories...

I looked at the accessories and... it is shining...

Enhancement Magic?!

"You!" I shouted and run toward him...

He smiled at me

And suddenly, a light shot from above... and hit Alduir...

Within a second, he is gone...

"ARGHH!!!" I shouted in anger...

T-hat is the closest moment...

Next time... I will be killing him immediately... I swear!

I was given the fifth or sixth chance... but I threw it away...

"E-Excuse me... Maxim-sama..." a boy come closer to me...

I looked at him...

"What do you want..." I asked...

He is a blue haired boy with blue eyes... and I looked at his sword...

"Are you Maxim Maxwell?" the boy asked me...

I nodded...

"Can we gives you food at least to repay our debt?" this boy asked me...

"What's your name?" I asked him...

He is guarded by Abes... it seems like this boy is very important...

"My name is Euclio Qiteron... son of Feurius Qiteron..." He introduced himself...

"I see... then let's eat..." I said to him...

Maxim Maxwell... he is alive!

I know it right! I hope Nico is here... I win my bet...

He is following us right now... and I escort him to the dining room...

And there is something bothering me... he keep... looking at my sword... is there something wrong with my sword?

When we arrived at the Dining Room... all I can see is that the food has been prepared...

He choose a sit... and eat instantly...

First question is...

"How do you breathe underwater?" I asked him...

I never see a human race or any race beside Ocean Race come inside the Ocean Kingdom...

He then looked at me with bloodthirst...

"I-I am sorry... enjoy your meal please..." I said...

Everyone in this room prepared their sword already... but then the bloodthirst is gone...

And everyone become relax...

"Let us eat too Euclio-sama..." Abes said...

I nodded...

And the three of us is eating

Without him, all of us has been dead...

I have a lot of question for him...

When I am done eating... he is still eating his food...

He sure eat a lot...

I can't stop him... he just saves our kingdom...

We waited for him for quite a long of time...

"Done... how do I breathe here? Enhancement Magic..." Maxim said...

"I see... and how do you know that we are in trouble?" I asked...

"Wait... before you attack me with a lot of questions, let me asked you a question..." Maxim said...

I nodded...

"Can I see your sword?" Maxim asked...

My sword... I know right... he has been staring at my sword for some time...

I show him my sword... along with it scabbard... Ocean Protector

He then unsheathed the sword from the scabbard, and he sees the blue sapphire made sword...

"I've seen the red one..." he said while returning the sword to the scabbard...

"N-Nico?!" I asked him...

And he nodded...

"So you are Nicolas's most trusted friend..." Maxim said...

Trusted?

I am touched...

"So, I know about this fight from Jeremiel..." Maxim said...

Jeremiel?

"Jeremiel Maxwell?" I asked...

He nodded...

"You meet him?!" I asked him in surprised...

"Why you looked so surprised? I've seen him more than 4 times already..." Maxim said...

"C-Can I see him?" I asked Maxim...

He give a thought...

"I guess that's fine... I will be leaving now, you should come with me..." Maxim said, and I nodded...

"E-Euclio-sama? Are you sure?" Abes asked me...

"Yes... don't worry, it is Nicolas's father..." I told Abes...
