A Wild Goblin Boss appeared and struggled free from the music of the zither, charging at Feng Yao.  Feng Yao revealed a faint smile as her zither playing slightly changed…...

The zither music in the Wild Goblin Boss’ ears suddenly became faint.  Slowly, he felt the sound of the zither become softer, his footsteps became heavier, and his line of sight become blurrier…..Until it unknowingly collapsed to the ground, not wanting to get up again.  Even after it was attacked by countless Wild Goblins, it did not want to stand up at all.  It just wanted to keep on sleeping…..

As soon as he logged on, he heard a wild roar that terrified him.  He didn’t need to think to know that there had to be extremely terrifying monsters fighting nearby.  He had wisely chosen to return to the city, but something strange happened!  (Town Return Scroll: Can be used while not in combat to instantly return to the assigned city.)  So he quickly looked for an exit, but he found that other than the direction of the roaring, all the other paths were dead ends.  What was even stranger was that even sending messages to the outside world was not allowed.

The shocking sound became even louder and even the cave came close to collapsing from the vibrations.  Feng Xiao was feeling unwilling as he used the town return scroll several times, but he finally gave up.

With just a roar, it almost instantly killed him…..The monster inside here, just how strong was it!

After that shrill roar, the sounds of battling finally faded and the world fell into a strange calmness.

A pair of giant purple disc like eyes were staring right at him.  In front of him, there was an impressive looking giant beast!  The giant head looked like a dragon’s head with a visible dragon’s beard and dragon’s horn, but in the center of its head, there was a strange giant purple gem that was releasing a faint glow.  The four columns that he had seen before was actually four giant limbs.  Looking at its entire body…..Feng Xiao’s heart couldn’t help beating fast…...

Perhaps…..perhaps it was…...

Elk’s body, horse hooves, lion’s tail, and tigers head…...That dignified pressure, the aura of a king.  All of this was pointing to a sacred guardian beast from Chinese legends…..

Qilin!

Without having time to talk to the Qilin, Feng Xiao excitedly opened his Spirit’s Eye and looked at the giant beast…...
