Back once again in my warehouse. I know I didn't actually have to do anything, but that was kind of unpleasant. I basically just arrived had over 20 years of memories shoved in my head. Including years of drug addiction and physical pain. I know another packet will be waiting for when I go to the next world, but I need a bit of decompression time. So I spend the next three days just hanging around with the pokemon team and Manny. There is not much to do in my Warehouse though, so I decided to end my break a day early

Heading up to my desk I see the next packet, but I also see an ominous red letter. Inside is a short paragraph telling me that in future jumps my end jump date will take into consideration any activities that significantly alter the passage of time. Such as time travel or intentionally induced comas. The next part of the letters says that because my last jump was so easy my next jump needs an increase in difficulty. My next jump doc.u.ment includes several options that I am forced to take.

Oofh that's going to be bad. But I guess my last jump was shenanigans. Loading up on drawbacks, but then sleeping through the entire jump. Hopefully whatever I'm forced to take isn't too bad. I then look at the obnoxiously long packet under the letter. It seems I'm going to My Hero Academia. I look through the packet and It's actually not that long. I mean 3 quarters of it is just describing different Quirks. Before I go any further though I look to see what selections I've been forced to take. The first is Quirkless. Which somehow is as bad as possible. Any quirks I select won't manifest until after this jump which is about what I was expecting, but I'll also face regular discrimination and people can tell I'm quirkless at a glance. Being forced to have no superpowers in a superhero setting is not a great start. The second forced drawback is a custom one called Ruin. I can't take any companions or pets with me. I have no access to the warehouse or alt-forms. I can't take any of my belongings into this jump. I am barred from purchasing any Items with my budget as well. Then at the end of the jump, I can't take anything with me no items, pets, or companions. That is just a lot of rules, but I guess the silver lining is that I don't have to take the drawbacks for free they're still increasing my budget. I already have 2 bad drawbacks, but I'll need all the points I can get so I take the Tragic Back Story which adds a tragic backstory to my origin. My origin was also forcefully selected for me. I'm going to be a hero hopeful. A student whose goal is to make it into a prestigious hero academy. I guess there will be no sidelines for me. On the upside this will give me a chance to refine my abilities. All of my abilities so far have been given by perks. I haven't had a chance to fully explore them or their limits. I also haven't incorporated my abilities together. I think I'll use this jump just to really work on my foundations. As a student, I'm 14 years old and located in Musutafu Japan the location of the story.

Because of my background, I get two perks for free. It Might Be Destiny increases the chance I run into someone at an important moment. Push Through allows me to ignore and work through self-inflicted injuries. With my freebies done I now have a rather extensive budget. I know I can't benefit from it now, but I decide to buy a quirk for future jumps. I select creation which allows someone to turn the fat into their body into any other substance as long as they understand the material composition. I could modify it with other quirks, but I'd prefer not to mess with it accidentally. Plus doing that will cost more. I then get the perk Do You Ever Do Anything Uncool which has me make larger impressions on people and for those people to over-perceive my good qualities. Herotaku is the next perk I choose. At a glance it lets me identify a person's quirk or superpower, their strengths, weakness, potential uses, and other pertinent information. The final student themed perk I select is Plus Ultra which massively increases my ability to formulate plans turning even the worst situations to my advantage and make the best of any situation.

I now have all of the student perks I like selected, but I have still have near half my budget. I consider getting other background's perks, but then I have a thought. Then I realize I don't know how to do it. I think for a moment then try something. I take the red letter and write a short question on it. I wait a moment then a new packet appears. Or should I say Old packet? I wanted to add to my base body mod but didn't have the packet to do so. Without a quirk, I'll need every physical advantage I can get. A lot of the perks are helpful, but it is expected that you will select a quirk of some sort, but I can't do that. So I'll make my own quirk. I use the remaining budget to set all seven attributes to level 4 maxing them all out. Putting me at least at the level of an olympian if not a superhuman in every conceivable way. Strength capable of lifting three times my body weight. Endurance capable of running all day without being tired. Speed equivalent to a motorcycle. Dexterity capable of wall running and rolling from far falls. Flawless skin and a perfectly proportioned body. Senses so good I am able to see and hear outside the normal spectrum of light and sound. Plus my peak flexibility and metavore eating efficiency. On top of that, I still have my giant's strength, psyker danger sense, and all of my heroic SPECIALs. With all of that in mind, I feel much more confident about this.
