It was slaughter as the screams sounded everywhere through the city.

Back in the Black World, the creatures coming from the vortexes didn't manage to breakthrough the primary walls of the the territory.

Like Ethan had told her, Cecily controlled Endi and Takamura perfectly making it so that the humans and horse beasts in west and south side, respectively, fighting up in the front. Never the less there wasn't any causality among them as each time there was a such a situation, Takamura or Endi would intervene saving all of them.

Most of them had a new respect for their life as they thank Ethan and the rest in the hearts. There were some that realised that they weren't necessary fighting upon seeing Endi black vines and Takamura astonishing speed, but before they could even think any more, screams sounded in the distance.

Turning to look they found that it was also in the same direction where Bright Hope City was.

Looking at the rushing creatures again, they guessed that without Ethan and the rest protection that they would also have the same fate as the people in Bright Hope City.

Thinking of this sent a shiver down everyone spine as all of them felt a wave of worship towards Ethan group.

After a while the creatures number coming from the vortexes hadn't decreased and instead their Rank was higher as most of them were at Rank 5. Making it so that everyone from the Horse Beast and Human Tribes to back down. Even the black ants were the same as they wouldn't amount to much in face of this high Rank creatures.

Meanwhile on Ethan North side, a few changes had occurred on the Golden Vortex as it's light was slowly dying down.

Feeling the changes of the Golden vortex, Ethan stood up from the wall looking closely at the Golden vortex with his Sharigan.

Ethan: "What the hell is going on now?"

Cracks started appearing all over the golden vortex as the mighty aura it had previously was no longer there.

Seeing this Ethan didn't felt relieved as he thought of a possibility of this happening.

Ethan: Cecily.

Cecily: Yes master?

Cecily that had been at Ethan side using her powers to manage Endi and Takamura on the other sides. She immediately stepped forward bowing a little when she heard Ethan voice.

Ethan: Do you think you can manage to lock down on that vortex with Endi vines?

Cecily: Hmmm.... it's too far high and away. The power behind the vines wouldn't amount to much, besides at the same time that happens the power on her vines in the other three sides would decrease a lot.

Ethan: ….... never mind then. It was just a feeling.

Jack and Veronica guided the horse beasts and humans back to the floating castle where they organized everyone to go back to their sides in the territory.

With the ranks of the creatures there was no longer a need for them to remain in the front lines at the walls. Even then with their courage and bravery, Veronica gave them each of them a little amount of points for their efforts.

Rias was also returning back from her side. She and the rest of the group weren't one bit of tired as the creatures that came out from the blue vortex really belonged to the sea, making it so that they were slower on land reducing enormously their battle power. Together with how strong their group was, the effort they put in to handle the sea creatures was little to none.

It just showed the prowess and combat ability of Endi. Each of her vine possessed the might and strength of a rank 5 creature. Even if the creatures coming out of the vortexes were of Rank 6.

Suddenly in the north side an explosion sounded, turning to look they just found a golden sun in the distance.

Mike that was on top of the floating castle also was gazing at the golden sun, while doing so he couldn't but curse.

Mike: Shit. What is it this time?

On the north side of the primary wall, Ethan was covering his eyes while trying to gaze at the golden sun that was in the same place as the golden vortexes previously.

The intensity of the golden sun was increasing by the second as it was also emitting a terrifying heat burning Ethan clothes to dust. At the same time his skin started hitching as the temperature was too high even burning his body.

Ethan: Hmph

In reaction to this Ethan activated his Mangekyou Sharigan. Doing so his The Ruler ability also was activated causing all the damage he was receiving from the burns on his skin to turn into an healing effect.

Soon his body was healed from the burns. Seeing this Ethan couldn't but smirk what the astonishing effects of his ability.

Even his eyes no longer hurt while looking at the direct golden light of the golden sun. Using his his Mangekyou Sharigan to scan over it, he found that the golden sun was nothing more than an image, per say.

In the middle of the 'golden sun' was a strange round object that Ethan couldn't see what it was with the strong golden light covering it.

Ethan: What the f.u.c.k? "Wait. The vortexes are basically a pathway/road created between each world. Meaning that not always what may come out of the vortexes would be monsters or creatures. Objects and other kind of things can pass through the vortex on the other side and come here."

Ethan: Cecily.

Cecily that was stunned at the sight of Ethan n.a.k.e.d in front of her, was awakened by his voice lifting her head she looked at him with a deep blush in her face.

Ethan: I will be back.

Saying this Ethan jumped up high as he started falling towards the 'golden sun'. As he was getting closer and closer to the 'golden sun' the temperature was rising. Although The Ruler ability prevent any damage to happen to Ethan by transforming it into a healing effect, the discomfort of extreme remained there together with the difficulty of breathing.

Ethan: "F.u.c.k. What kind of heat is this?"

Without hesitation, Ethan activated his Susanoo, making a black and blood-red skeleton appearing around him.

Even though it was still a little bit suffocating inside the 'golden sun', the situation had improved greatly as Ethan was able to at least breath now.

After a while Ethan was standing in front of the strange round object that supposedly was the source of the 'golden sun'.
