Ethan: Welcoming our guests.

A shiver ran down their spines at these words with the dark smile plastered on Ethan's face. Their worries over what was going on immediately disappeared, replaced with pity for the ones causing trouble outside the Outer Walls.

The time they spent in the Black World wasn't for nothing. The three of them were very intelligent and smart, especially Itachi and Shisui, as Obito was more of a late bloomer. Talking and obtaining information from anyone in the Black World, they learned a couple of basic rules.

Never. Ever. Stay on the bad side of Ethan.

Of course, it was something told to them by his friends and subordinates, but it was better to be prepared than sorry. Even if it was an exaggerated way to view Ethan, it was way better to consider it the truth than false for them regret it.

There was no medicine to regret.

On top of the North Gate from the Outer Wall, Mike stared down below where numerous military jeeps and vehicles were surrounding them from everywhere. It was an incredible force to be reckoned with.

???: OPEN THE GATE!

A soldier stepped forward from the military convoy towards the Outer Wall made of steel while yelling loudly.

Mike frowned a little at the lack of behaviour and regard from the soldier as he narrowed his eyes slightly. A strong aura was released from him crashing down on the soldier making him stagger.

Mike was, currently, the strongest of the Black World and he wasn't someone that the army or the country could want match up.

BOOMM

While Mike was dealing with the ones in front of him, across the Outer Wall the army attacked using rockets and machine guns to destroy the wall.

Although nothing worked as the walls were too tough and each time a missile was going to strike it, black vines rushed from everywhere protecting the wall from the attack.

Hearing the noises coming from everywhere and knowing the situation, the expression of the soldier that yelled earlier fell. Lifting his head he glared fiercely at Mike.

???(Soldier): OPEN THE GATES! NOW!!!

Ammo was an extremely important resource, especially for the army so if they could solve this problem without wasting any would be for the better.

Mike: So you came?

Raging a little inside, Mike was about to release even more of his aura when he felt a familiar presence behind him.

???: Of course. How could I allow you to have all the fun? Hehehe.....

Mike: Sigh...

In response to the laugher, Mike sighed as he slightly turned his head to the side looking from the corner of his eye behind him finding Ethan with Bai Hu and Blacky on his shoulders and beside him were Obito, Itachi, Shisui and Cecily.

Mike: ….. and who is the new little guy?

Mike didn't even notice the others beside Ethan as he felt a deep fear in his soul towards the ghostly creature with the human skull.

Ethan: Oh, this one?

Smiling, Ethan patted the skull of the ghostly black creature softly.

Ethan: A new partner of mine. What do you think?

Mike: His energy and aura are a little strange and dangerous.

Ethan: Hehehe.... if I tell you what he is you will be shocked.

Mike: Name?

Ethan: I haven't thought of one till now... hmm..... how about Shi?

Mike: ….. you are awful at giving names.

Ethan smiled while sticking out his tongue in response to Mike's commentary. The ghostly creature, on the other hand, hummed softly as if agreeing with the name.

Meanwhile, the soldier that had been previously yelled, was almost fuming. Just as he was about to open his mouth and scream, the ground beneath him trembled a little.

Lowering his gaze he was so terrified that he couldn't move.

The soldiers in the military jeeps and vehicles looking at this scene were stunned. A thick, black vine had speared through the soldier from the ground.

It didn't end just with that as countless equal black vines surrounded all of them.

A murderous feeling filled their bodies looking at this scene together with the sight of the body of their comrade falling to the ground completely broken apart. It was safe to say that it would be impossible for bygones be bygones.

As long one side lived, the other wouldn't be able to rest properly.

Their insides took a turn as they gazed to the top of the North Gate of the Outer Wall finding Ethan looking down on them with a wicked smile. Their overall body constitution had improved with the rise of the ranks allowing them to see further and better, making it so that even though they were standing at a few meters from the Outer Walls, they were still able to see perfectly the face of Ethan as if he was close to them.

Ethan: A good chance to make some experiments.

The smile on Ethan's face grew widely as he slightly waved his hand at Cecily, who immediately nodded her head.

The countless black vines rushed towards the soldiers, that were already waiting with their rifles ready to fire towards them.

Shirk

It didn't stop there as the shirk of a bird rang out in the sky, lifting their heads, a big green bird flew in the sky with lighting crossing through its body from time to time.

Even though Endi's rank was a high one compared with the soldiers, it's vines were still getting shrewd by the strong gunfire stopping the vines from approaching them.

Ethan: …. this is taking far too much time. Little ones.

Glancing shortly at Bai Hu and Shi, the two little creatures jumped/floated out of his shoulders, as he began stretching his muscles.

Ethan: As for you.

Looking from the corner of his eye behind him at Obito, Itachi and Shisui he smirked a little.
