Chapter 32 - Vera

-----------------------------------------

After walking for a while they came to a terrifying sight.

There was insects corpses everywhere. Looking better they could numerous of limbs belonging to humans in the middle of those corpses. Right there, standing on top of a mountain of insects bodies was a young man sitting calmly cleaning the sword in his legs with a piece of clothing that previously was white had turned red filled with gore.

Ethan: You sure took your time. Start your job before we move again. I recommend you to hurry up otherwise you will be left behind.

Rias: Yes.

Rias didn't say anything more as she moved to the corpses of insects extracting crystal after crystal from their heads.

Meanwhile Vera stood stunned in her place gazing at the sight of Ethan cleaning his sword.

Ethan: And you are?

Vera: Ah, I am sorry your grace. My name is Vera. I wish to have a couple of words with your grace if possible.

Hearing Ethan, Vera woke up from her stunned state walking to Ethan bowing a little while speaking.

Rias: "There is certainly something going on. Back then with the pressure he emanated causing everyone of us to feel cold like we were on a frozen cavern. Could it be something he gave us? No. It couldn't be. There was nothing wrong with what he gave us."

On the other side Rias extracting the crystals from the insects bodies couldn't but think about the scene happening in front of her eyes.

Meanwhile Ethan lifted his head looking at the beautiful woman called Vera. She had a yellow dress that accentuated her voluptuous figure. She seemed around 30 years old. With a nice pair of huge b.r.e.a.s.ts and huge a.s.s.

Ethan: Alright. But before that I want to know something.

Vera: Yes my grace. Everything.

Ethan: Do you know of any special building in the surroundings and where I may find a map of this region and world?

Vera: Yes my grace. I understand the conflict you must be going through. Descending to save us without even knowing where.

Ethan: "Descending? Oh, f.u.c.k me." Just get stop with all of that blabbering and tell me.

Vera: I am sorry for my impudence, your grace. If I recall correctly there should be a special building to the north side of the city. It is an abandoned Mansion at the top of a mountain. It used to be home of the lords of this land back in the past.

Ethan: Hmmm..... what about the map?

Vera: That is a more easy and simple matter, your grace. I was born in this region and know everything around here like the back of my hand. If you would allow me to be at your side I could help you more than a map.

Ethan: I appreciate your kindness but I still want a map to use.

Vera: Yes, your grace. There is a Shopping Center a hundred meters from here that possess a shop specialized in landmarks and history. It should possess a map there for sell.

Ethan: Thank you for the information. You can now speak.

During the time the two of them were speaking, Ethan didn't stop from cleaning his sword every corner while Vera stood up in front of him. On the side Rias had finished collecting the crystals from some time.

Vera: Thank you, your grace. Excuse my rudeness but are you an angel sent by god to save us from this disaster?

Saying this Vera eyes glowed a bit.

Ethan: No and don't know what you are talking about. I was sent here by a God but I sure as hell am not an angel.

Vera was a little disappointed hearing Ethan until he mentioned the part he was sent to her world by a God.

Vera: "Like I though. Sir is truly is humble. He must be an angel sent by God to save us." Your grace could you please allow me to accompany you in your journey. I can cook, clean and other house domestic chores that may come in need in future.

Ethan: "Ai..... my head... it looks like I met a crazy one. Although it doesn't seem a bad deal." Fine, but stop with the talk of your grace. I am no saint for you to call me that.

Vera: Yes, your gra---sir. Could I please call you sir then?

The adoration in Vera eyes intensified hearing Ethan as she rapidly answered him almost mistaking in calling him again 'your grace'.

Ethan: Yes.

Finishing speaking, Ethan couldn't help massage his head while standing up. Seeing this Vera immediately walked to his side extending her arms forward.

Ethan: Huh?

Vera: I can see that sir is tired. Would you like to rest a little while I massage you?

Ethan: No. There is no need for that. Never the less thank you for your gesture.

Vera admiration and adoration only grew every time she heard Ethan talk.

Vera: Very well. Do you wish for me to transport your mighty sword to spare you of it's weight?

Ethan: There is no need for----------

As Ethan was going to finish he could see from the corner of his eye tears forming on Vera eyes.

Ethan: Nevermind. Here.

Feeling the headache increasing, Ethan looked to the side at Rias who wasn't furious at their interaction but instead had her back faced at them while giggles were coming out of her.
