Compare with before the time they took to enter the forest was around half. The reason why they couldn't reach there faster was also the same reason why the jeep could continue keeping up with the heavy truck.

With such size and weight, what Ethan was doing could already be considered crazy. No one could do such thing as he was doing. All because of his strengthened physical and Sharigan allowing to perform such actions.

After a while they arrived at the mansion where it was currently being siege by countless ants. Never the less none of them could even approach the walls. Mike and Veronica were able to protect one side. Rias and Vera were in charge of another one while Cecily using her power over the land was in charge of the two remaining sides and helping Mike/Veronica and Rias/Vera.

Ethan immediately stepped on the accelerator crashing into the black ocean made of the ants. The truck ran over everything in it's path. The jeep that was following right behind did the same.

It was the easiest and better way to deal with numbers like the ants as where the two vehicles passed through death followed right behind. Never the less, not much time passed before those spots were filled with ants again.

Ethan: The two of you get out and go support Mike and the rest.

Ana: Yes.

Nodding their head, the two of them opened the door jumping off before rotating their body in mid air landing softly on an ant killing it with their dagger.

Josephina: Pff... it is way better to be here.

Ana: I agree.

Meanwhile the truck didn't stop for one second as it continue running over everything.

Mike and the rest that were protecting the mansion had noticed the truck and jeep since the beginning as they guessed who it was because of being familiar with the Heavy Truck.

Around 30 minutes later.

Ethan: "I am running out of fuel... at least the ants number have decreased slightly."

Holding the wheel Ethan guided the heavy truck to strike the highest number of ants before it stopped.

Getting out of the truck Ethan swinged his sword cutting down the ants rushing at him. He was the one that was killing the most of them. Although it was with the use of the truck it still made him old the grudge and hate of the ants.

On the other side, Kyle, Clyde and Layla were currently protecting the jeep where Carlos and Mile were terrified and regretting choosing to come along with Ethan group.

Because of the truck and jeep slaughtering the pressure on the sides of the mansion decreased giving them room to breath and control the incoming ants.

After a while there was countless corpses of ants covering the ground with everyone breathing heavily for air. Only Ethan was the one better because of being a Pseudo Rank 4, and engaging with combat by arriving later and the use of the heavy truck.

Ethan: Puff..... Layla!

Layla: Yes lord!

Layla that was crouching down immediately stood up when she heard Ethan voice.

Ethan: Bring the two doctors with you. Josephina and Ana! You take care of the ants.

Josephina/Ana: Aye.

Finishing speaking, Ethan walked to the mansion followed by Layla, Kyle, Clyde, Carlos and Mila. Meanwhile Mike, Veronica, Rias and Vera also came into the mansion. All of them gathered in the living room leaving Josephina and Ana alone to handle the thousand of ants corpses.

Mike: You sure took your time getting here.

Ethan: I came here as soon as possible.

Mike: Hehehe.... don't be so hang up. I am just joking a little bit with you.

Ethan: Sigh... let's focus for a little. For starters, this is Layla, Kyle and Clyde. New members of our group. Then we have Carlos and Mile who are doctors. This is our little group. Now, Mike take Layla, Kyle, Clyde, Veronica and go help Josephina and Ana handle the bodies, crystals and rearrange the defensive measures.

Mike: Okay. We still need to talk.

Ethan: Let's leave that for later.

Mike: No problem. We have nowhere to run.

Ethan: Vera take this chance and guide the two doctors to Hugh for them to observe his condition. Also the two of you need to give me a report of the utensils and materials you need for your operations and work.

Saying this Ethan waved his hand at Vera before pointing at Carlos and Mila.

Rias: We have made some progresses on the field of farms. No much less has been done with the potential of reporting.

Ethan couldn't even say anything as Rias touched his face softly while reporting their achievements over the few days Ethan had been gone.

Ethan: Hmmm... tell me about the farms.

Rias: We found that the vegetables we planted are already showing signs of an extreme growth. At the same time we also saw that there is occurring a slight mutation on them.

Ethan: Maybe because of the apocalypse outbreak. All kinds of lifeforms have been influenced by it.

Rias: So the earth and now the vegetables..... what will be the result of all of that?

Ethan: We just have to wait and see. My ability won't be useful in this situation as it shows only the a small description. It won't show me what those vegetables will transform into.

Removing her small face from Ethan face, Rias took a step back as her gaze never left his own.

Rias: So keep watch over them.

Ethan: Yes. Arrange that. Have someone park the truck and jeep inside of the walls then go help them sort those f.u.c.k.i.n.g ants.

Rias: Yes.

Ethan: Cecily.

Seeing Rias leave the living room, Ethan slumped to the couch as he called out for Cecily who immediately appeared in front of him. She continue not being able to display her figure but it could see that she had recovered a lot.

Cecily: Master.

Ethan: I am pretty sure that you wouldn't call for me just because of these insects, right?

With their contract, Cecily and Ethan had a sort of connection. Although it was currently weak they could send signals to the other. That was the reason why Ethan rushed back to the mansion.

Cecily: Of course not my master. The ants wouldn't be able to cause much destruction anyway and I could somewhat manage it.

Ethan: Then what?

Cecily: I felt a strong aura in the distance. I guess that it could be around a Rank 3 creature, perfect for master finalizing and reaching Rank 4.
