Rias: Okay.

Ethan: What about you Jenna?

Jenna: It's something more private..... lord.

Ethan: Okay. Is there anything else that any of you want to talk with me?

Rias: I just have another thing.

Ethan: What is it?

Rias: Since Vera and Cecily don't let me go there. I would like to know Josephina and Ana states.

Ethan: They are enjoying their time in prison.

Rias: Ethan isn't there any way for you to...

Rias couldn't continue as a strong pressure fell on her looking around she found Vera and Cecily glaring at her.

Ethan shook his head from side to side as he waved his hand dissipating the pressure on Rias.

Ethan: Continue.

Rias: Isn't there any way for you to pardon them?

Ethan: Why should I do so?

Rias was slightly stunned as she looked at the serious face of Ethan. Was this one of their colleagues from school?

Rias: What has happened to you, Ethan? They are our friends.

Ethan: Friends that were tricking us and hiding crystals from us. They are already lucky to not have die an agonising death for their crimes.

This time even Vera couldn't but frown at Ethan words, as she looked at his face to see if he was kidding or something similar.

Gloria and Jenna didn't concern themselves much with this issue as they simply ignored it while Cecily with her connection through the contract was able to discern what Ethan was thinking.

The same thing could be said on the other way around, as Ethan shoot a short glance at Cecily.

Cecily in response just smiled.

Rias was stunned hearing Ethan as she glared at him. Breathing to calm herself Rias narrowed her eyes looking at Ethan.

Rias: Isn't there anything that they can do to get out of the prison?

Ethan: No.

Rias: What about me?

Ethan: Huh.

Rias: Can I do anything to reduce their 'crimes'?

Ethan: Hmmm... that is not a bad ideia.

Everyone: Huh?

Everyone was confused about Ethan words, except for Cecily that smiled more brightly.

Ethan: I am going to implement a points system. Together with it there will also a clear status implementation and many others. Our group is growing bigger by the day. There is a need to implement rules and hierarchy.

Vera: Some of the newcomers won't like that.

Ethan: I don't give a f.u.c.k about their opinion. In case they wish to leave then they are allowed to do so. In fact this will also solve the problem of the humans behaviour.

This time Ethan smile turned into a devilish one sending chills running down everyone back, even Cecily that knew of Ethan plans couldn't help but tremble. It wasn't something but rather uncommon.

Cecily: Master you should also name our little group with this events.

Ethan: Hmm... confirm it with Hugh and Mike but I think that the [Black World] is good.

The next day.

Everyone of their big group was told to gather in front of the main gate from the fort surrounding the floating castle.

Vera together with Rias, Veronica and Martha were standing in front of all of them. Behind them was Hugh looking fiercely at everyone in the crowd making them to daring to open their mouth.

Vera: LISTEN UP! As of today a new list of rules will be introduce. Each and every one of you will have to oblige to them otherwise punishment will follow.

The horse beasts didn't think much of it as the same applied to their previous village and older members from the group were already expecting for something like this to happen. As for the Ant Queen she was the only one allowed to not attend this meeting as she would obey every order from Ethan either way while the black ants would follow the same path of obedience as she was the ANT QUEEN.

Meanwhile the group of humans were displease as they enjoyed the freedom of doing whatever they wanted everytime anywhere. There was so much the little Vera and the others could do to watch over them, so there was always some that escaped and f.u.c.k.e.d things up. For example was the case of some humans tormenting the horse beasts.

In that case Ethan didn't need any evidence because of Cecily that could 'see', 'feel' and 'hear' everything inside of the main walls.

???: THAT ISN------- ARGH! HA!!!

The man couldn't continue as a overwhelming pressure fell on him sending crashing to the ground crying in pain. Every human looked in fear at Hugh that stood like a general in battle as he was releasing his aura.

Ethan: "Humans are the weakest race as they don't excel in anything but that is also their strength."

Ethan in his room was looking through his window at the meeting occurring below at the main gate.

Ethan: "Our body and mind can adapt with all kind of powers. Loyalty and obedience doesn't exist forever. If possible I would prefer to have everyone in the group to be loyal and quiet like the horse beasts... sigh..... who am I kidding if there were too much of them, then the chance of them revolting against us would increase."

Finishing thinking Ethan returned to his desk as he looked over the paper on it.

Ethan: "It's impossible for anyone to submit willing under someone else if they can have that position themselves. Well in the case of bad herbs start to grow in our group we just have to cut them off."

Back to the meeting at the main gate of the fort from the floating castle.

Vera: It's not negotiable! Anyone that is displeased with our methods then they can leave. We won't stop no one. You just have to ask for us to do it, otherwise I don't recommend our walls as our little pet is always hungry for meat and blood.

A chill ran down in back of anyone that had the thoughts of escaping during the night, as they turned back gazing at the black 'snakes' moving slowly on the walls.

Vera: I won't dictate all of the rules! SO HERE!

While speaking Rias, Veronica and Martha slapped the papers on their hands on the wall of the fort.

Martha: They are too be obeyed.

Veronica: It's something that we recommend.

Rias: You can't even imagine the punishment that will fall on each of you.

Vera, Rias, Martha and Veronica left as they finished speaking, leaving Hugh behind as he looked over to any trouble that may arise.

The ones at the front stepped forward as they started reading through the contents on the papers.

1. A benefits/points system will be introduced. Everyone that joined recently will beginning with 0 points. Status can be acquired with the increase of points. Points have a multitude of uses, from spending them to transfer them and much more.

2. Everyone shall have equal rights as long they have the same status. Status shall influence the rights one has.

3. Everyone needs to register their information in our data base to be allowed to remain in our base and be part of the points/benefits system.

4. Each race will have a set value of 100 points. There will be benefits or consequences for the members corresponding with the amount of points each race has.
