After a while, in the meeting room on the second highest floor. Ethan, Vera, Rias, Veronica and Martha with each of the girls assistants were there, except for Josephina and Ana that were still in the prison. Hugh and Mike were also there as information is never too little, especially when it concerns something like the system they are trying to implement.

Ethan: I am sorry for disturbing you, but we need to complete the points system.

Veronica: We don't know what the hell you intended with that system, so neither of us managed to do any work on it.

Ethan: No problem. My ideia is too make so that every kind of effort that contributes to the whole group in general is rewarded. For example, at the end of each month every individual can bring a batch of food, spreading from vegetables to cattle and other kind items like milk in the future and such. By doing so we will reward them with points.

Martha: Isn't that a little bit insufficient?

Rias: People won't make any kind of effort in exchange for points that don't have any valuable.

Ethan: That is why we will make it this way. Vera.

Vera: Yes, my lord.

Vera immediately stood up and went to Ethan side as he called out to her.

Ethan: Distribute this among everyone.

Saying this, Ethan gave a pile of papers to Vera.

(Author's Note – The reason why they have paper is that going back and forth to the Bright Hope City, Ethan didn't only brought with him members for their group but also utensils that they would need in their daily lives.)

-1000 - Every member of the race loses their rights as a creature and are to become slaves

every time. Either be it babies, young, middle age or old people.

-100 - No gain amount of points. Example - 100 gained points turns into 0

0 - Gains 3/4 less amount of points. Example - 100 gained points turns into 25

25 - Gains 1/2 less amount of points. Example - 100 gained points turns into 50

50 - Gains 1/3 less amount of points. Example - 100 gained points turns into 67

75 - Gains 1/4 less amount of points. Example - 100 gained points turns into 75

100 - Gains normal amount of points. Example - 100 gained points turns into 100

200 - Gains 1/4 more amount of points. Example - 100 gained points turns into 125

500 - Gains 1/2 more amount of points. Example - 100 gained points turns into 150

1.000 - Gains 2x more amount of points. Example - 100 gained points turns into 200

Individual:

- 1.000 - No rights and belongs to people.(Slave)

- 500 - Equal to the slave except for it's name, retaining it's pride.(Serfs)

- 100 - Less rights than the citizens. They normally work on farm lands.(Peasant)

0 - They have the basic rights.(Citizen)

100 - Increase slight in status and rights.(Knight)

500 - Proprietor of a village.(Lord)

1.000 - Proprietor of a city.(City Lord)

Ethan: This is just the basics I have been working on. Much work would be need through the future. The amount of points one gains, furthermore more uses for the points like transferring them to another person or using them directly in exchange for items, status, bloodlines, offices, (…).

Rias: What about us?

Ethan: What do you mean?

Rias: Do we also have to gain points?

Ethan: No. I may not know you well as I do Hugh and Mike but I wouldn't hesitate face you with my back open. With that said, the original members of our little group and Vera, and except for Josephina and Ana will have infinite points. At the same time I would like to announce me, Mike and Hugh as the leaders of our group, Black World. Is there any objections?

No one said anything as everyone in the meeting room already treated the three of them as the leaders of their group.

Veronica: What about those things you mention? The Transfer and Using Points part?

Rias: How can we make an evaluation based on the little information we have?

Ethan: Oh, I forgot. Black World will have different departments that will deal with different problems. Veronica, you will be managing the Economic Department. The two of your assistants will be in the same department as you.

Veronica: Fine.

Ethan: Martha, you will be in charge of the Health Department. Carlos and Mila will help you managing it.

Martha: No problem.

Ethan: Vera. Yours is more complicate. It's considered the General Department that will deal with a variety of issues that aren't manageable by the other departments.

Vera: Thank you, my lord.

Ethan: Rias. You also will have a department, but as your assistants aren't still available to work. You can help the rest of the departments for anything that they may need.

Rias: You could just relieve the two of them from prison.

Ethan: Hahaha..... I may trust all of you but I am not merciful to betrayal.

Veronica: What about you? You manipulated Hugh and Mike to awaken their bloodlines. Can your 'crimes', per say, be considered less than Josephina and Ana keeping some crystals in their pockets for their own good.

Ethan: Hahaha.... sigh..... you are really something Veronica. Okay. Josephina and Ana can be released from prison, but they have to be plummeted to the brink of death by Hugh and own a favor to Mike, that will enable you to do anything he asks of you.

Martha: Wait. But Hugh didn't plummet you to the brink of death?

Veronica: Neither as Mike asked anything of you.
