The other people in the room look at Shu with a shocked expression before they nod their heads. At first, they were surprised that Shu did not take the new state army leader's position. They will accept them as their leader, but they know that Shu cannot be a perfect leader for them.

I don't know if it only affects a potion to heal a person or the medicine rune can affect all potions Tuta creates.
