Love: Beautiful Or Painful

Next morning I woke up and got ready for work, as it was Monday it was quite busy working day. As I left for work and started working on my project, till afternoon lunch break I wondered why isn't Jay calling me?

1 PM. I got a call from an unknown number. As I picked the voice on the other side sounded in panic or fear, "Are you Mrs. Pinault?! I'm Adam Jay's friend he is in the hospital!" hearing this I almost lost my consciousness...

I hurried my way to the hospital's emergency ward. I saw a man standing in a business suit with blood stain, it was Adam. I went near him and asked," Where's Jay? What happened to him? and how?" Adam replied," Jay was on his way to the office as he faced an unexpected accident... the doctors told they have to operate him, if this operation fails...."

"No...no this can't be true Jay can't leave me like this we-we were a-about to marry, he bought a home for we-we planned the wed-wed-wedding also..." I started crying out in regret that I should've been with him all the time he even asked me to stay, but it's all my fault I left him all alone...
