Love Is My Saviour

A week has passed. Belle was back in the comfort of her family. They just had celebrated Dan's birthday. Belle was tired from all the planning and celebration. She had told her best friend Jamie and her assistant Cass about Alex. Both of them were on the prowl to keep him away from her.

Alex still constantly tries to get in touch with Belle but she ignores his calls and messages. Whenever he comes by the office, she will slip and hide away. Cass will divert all his calls away.

It was time for her to pick up and move on. At times she did wonder about Jay. She missed him but every time he comes into her mind, she will shrug it off.

Although her cafes were growing and her career was becoming more successful, she decided that she would full forcedly indulge in it.

She targeted to expand her cafes into 50 outlets and be one of the most sought after cafes. With planning n place, she also knew she had to socialise with other business personals. She disliked going to such events as most of them go there to flaunt their wealth.

8.00 pm on the 31st of January. Hotel De Marc. Invitation to Mr and Mrs Cruz 25th wedding anniversary. Mr. And Mrs Cruz owned Jewels For Life, one of the top jewellery companies in the world. No matter how reputable they were, they were both very down to earth. The stumbled across Belle's cafe and fell in love with it. Since then, they held most of their events and had multiple joint collaborations together.

Well, the event was a couple of days away, Belle decided to give them a surprise gift. She would personally bake a cake for them. Belle adored both of them like her parents. Sometimes they would have her over and fuzz over her like their own child. They didn't have have any children of their own but they treated her like their own.

She picked u the phone and made arrangements with their assistant and her own. She began planning how the cake was going to turn out. It was going to be a huge surprise for them.
