Love Will Lead You Back

"I'll handle it, don't worry. I'll talk to Gu Feng about it." The smile she gave Ji An was like it will be guaranteed job for her.

Ji An hasn't told Sofia that Eric is not her real dad. She felt that she needed more time, but she will take her to see Eric tomorrow morning and she doesn't want to delay it any longer. They haven't seen each other since they arrived in Beijing, it has been 2 days.

He didn't have to go to his business partners office anymore since all the doc.u.ments were already signed. Eric was just staying so he can have some time with Ji An and hopefully meet her mother. On his third night in Beijing, he went to a bar to have some drinks, he was getting bored on his own. After having a lot of drinks, he was already at his limits when a woman approached him, she seemed to be as drunk as him.

"Hey, hey, hey... Hello handsome." With a smile on her face, "I speak little English." she gestured with her thumb and index finger. "I'm Lori. You are?" she sat on the chair next to Eric.

He smiled back at her, "I think you are already drunk miss, you will not remember me in the morning let alone my name." he laughed and continued to drink his whiskey.

"No, no, no... I'm lonely." She sighed, "Stay with me, okay! Tell me your name." she was absolutely drunk, upset and feeling downright sad.

Though he thought it was silly and stupid he still held his hands and shook it, "I'm Eric. It's a p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e to meet a beautiful woman like you." 

She smiled at him and looked straight into his eyes, "Do you want to sleep with me?" she blurted out thoughtlessly.

Eric nearly got choked with the whiskey he was drinking, he was surprised with her statement, "What? Are you out of your mind?" 'I'm drunk but not drunk enough to sleep with someone I just met. And my wife will not like it if she ever finds out.'

As he was lost in his thoughts, Lori suddenly kissed him but he pushed her a little in shock. Lori passed out shortly after, luckily he managed to catch her in time before she completely fell in the ground. 'What the hell is this? Where will I take her?' "Miss? Wake up!" 'Jesus!'

He decided to take her to where he is staying and laid her down on the couch. He was a bit drunk as well so he went straight to his bed and lie down, eventually falling asleep.

Later on that evening, Lori woke up, she was in need to use the toilet. When she was done, she went to the bed where Eric was sleeping.

The only light in the room was coming from a lampshade beside the bed which is very dim. She saw a man in the bed, she smiled triumphantly, "Cheng Ze,* she uttered, *I knew it! You eventually gave in to me. You're mine tonight." She took her clothes off and laid down on the bed with Eric, kissed him and started to strip his clothes. As she kissed his c.h.e.s.t, Eric felt someone touching him and it woke him up only to find a woman on top of him and kissing him flirtatiously. He  didn't question who she was and kissed her back and that kiss lead to another. After they satisfied themselves, they  both went to sleep. 

Eric was awoken by the sound of the doorbell ringing continuously. "Ahh... My head hurts." He stood up and staggered to walk to reach the door, "Who is it? Too bloody early!" 

Upon opening the door, Ji An greeted him with a bright smile, "Good morning!" Sofia was hiding behind her, "Guess who I brought here?" Little Sofia then came out behind her. Ji An looked at him and covered Sofia's eyes, "Maybe you should put something on first though. You are practically n.a.k.e.d Eric!"

Eric couldn't believe Ji An was there early in the morning. Her words made him realise that he was not alone in the room. "Oh, f.u.c.k!" 

Just as he said that Lori stood up from the bed without her clothes on, "I want to throw up, my head hurts. Who's at the door babe?"  Spoke in Chinese, as she walked straight to the bathroom not far from the bed.

Of course, Ji An clearly understood what she said in Chinese. She was flabbergasted by the whole scene. "Eric? Did you find yourself a woman?" She said with a smile on her face, "I'm happy for you, but I think Sofia is not ready for this kind of scene. We'll come back when you both sorted yourselves out." She was still covering Sofia's eyes and head to the lift.

"Mummy, why we didn't go in? Daddy's there."

"Well, daddy has a guest and I think we shouldn't disturb them. We will still see daddy later. Okay?" she explained.

Sofia looked at her and nodded. "Mummy, do you remember the handsome man?"

"Handsome man?" she seemed a bit confused at first then realised she's talking about Cheng Ze. "You mean from the restaurant last night?"

She smiled and nodded. "Do you remember his name?"

Ji An pretended that she can't remember. "I forgot! Why do you ask?"

"Nothing! I just want to see him again. He said he can be my daddy too. Isn't it nice to have two daddy." she held her two fingers up showing her mummy two fingers.
