Loving Him

MARINA'S POV

I was looking for something to wear in the cabinet when I found an envelope. I took it and looked because the handwriting seemed so familiar to me, and when I saw it, it was my handwritten in the envelope. I opened it and I saw two papers, the first was my letter of his career and the other was my last letter to him. The letter is almost as bad as it has been read a few times and the letters seem to be unable to read since they seem to be wet with tears.

My heart shattered and tears run down in my face. I thought Adam was throwing it away but he kept reading it. I searched for the ring I returned but it was gone. I jump from my place when someone opened the door and I look if who it is could and it was Adam, staring at me with pain in his eyes.

"You found it?" he asked and I just nodded and left the letter in the cabinet.

"Where's Helios?" I asked changing the atmosphere between us.

"Marina, look at me," he says and lifts my chin only to meet his eyes.

"I love you with all my heart Marina, I know how many times did I tell you this and maybe you don't believe me anymore but I love you, Marina," he said and before I can speak up, he walks behind my back and sling a necklace in my neck and it was our ring, our engagement ring that I was searching earlier.

"I want this to give it back to you because the center of this necklace is in your heart where my heart is," he said that sorts me to smile.

"You still didn't change Adam, you're still corny," I said that makes him chuckled.

"Just admit that you still love it," he chuckled that earned him a smack to his arms that he g.r.o.a.n.e.d dramatically.

He got on his knees that I didn't expect and had something in his pocket. It was a red velvet box and I was shocked when he opened it. It was a beautiful diamond ring.

"Will you marry me?" he said as he looks at me in the eyes. I was startled by what was happening and suddenly someone was shouting behind me.

"Yes mommy yes pleaws," he said while pouting his lips and holding his hands firmly.

We both laughed as we saw Helios.

I look at Adam and I saw in his eyes that he was so sincere and nervous at the same time while waiting for my answer.

"What are you waiting for? slid that ring unto my finger and kiss me," I said and his eyes were like fireworks and he slid the ring into his finger and pulled me into his arms.

He kisses me tenderly and almost forgot that Helios is just behind our back.

As we look at him, he was covering his eyes with his two hands and his mouth formed an O.

"Helios, baby come here," Adam said

Adam lift Helios and with his other hand wrapped around my waist.

"Uhmmm about the wedding, there is something you need to know," he said and I look at him frowning

"And what is that Mr.?"

"Our wedding is on next weak already, 14 exactly."

"Next week?! That fast? Wait did you plan this already?" I said and he just smirks.

"Don't worry love everything is settled," he said and kiss me on my temple.

"I want to cut the cawke daddy," Helios said.

We both laughed at his silliness and kiss him both on his cheeks that he giggled.

October 14, Wedding Day at the Garden of Love

I looked in the mirror again and looked at myself. I was smiling as I looked in the mirror, this was the day I was looking forward to getting married to the person I love and love me too. A tear escape from my eye and I wipe it away using my free hand as I was holding my bouquet.

I cannot express the happiness I feel.

"Marina, dear," Mama Lucia called me and she was surprised as she saw me.

"Stunning gorgeous my sweetheart, you are a beautiful bride," she said and I smiled.

"Thank you ma," I said and she embraces me.

"No, thank you dear for having you in our lives," she said as she embraces me and pulled away in a minute.

"Now let's go sweetheart, Adam's waiting," she winked at me and I just laughed heartedly.

As I walked in the aisle, a music played that makes me emotional while I'm walking and saw Adam standing there smiling at me with such love on his eyes.

'The strands in your eyes that color them wonderful

"I require and charge you both, as ye will answer at the dreadful day of judgement when the secrets of all hearts shall be disclosed, that if either of you know any impediment, why ye may not be lawfully joined together in Matrimony, ye do now confess it. For be ye well assured, that if any persons are joined together other than as God's word doth allow, their marriage is not lawful"

"Adam Freniere thou have this woman thy wedded wife, to live together after God's ordinance in the holy estate of Matrimony? Will thou love her, comfort her, honour, and keep her in sickness and in health; and, forsaking a others, keep thee only unto her, so long as ye both shall live?" father asked to Adam

"I do," Adam answered while looking at me

"Marina Daugh Welch thou have this man thy wedded husband, to live together after God's ordinance in the holy estate of Matrimony? Wilt thou love him, comfort him, honour and keep him in sickness and in health; and, forsaking all others, keep thee only unto him, so long as ye both shall live?" Father asked me

"I do," I smiled at Adam and he returned the gesture

"With this Ring I thee wed: In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and the Holy Spirit Amen"

And rain falls angry on the tin roof

All that I have, All that I am, All that I will ever be is yours. Forever," he vowed whole heartedly as a single tear run down on his cheeks and he immediately wipe it away smiling at me as he slid the ring into my finger.

"Forasmush as Adam and Marina have consented together in holy wedlock, and have witnessed the same before God and this company, and therto have given and pledged their troth, and have declared the same by giving and receiving a Ring and by joining hands; I pronounce that they are Man and Wife, In the name of the Father, and of the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen. You may now kiss the Bride.

I cannot explain every second that passes, only smiles and tears come out. I looked at the people who were invited and I saw my son not losing his smile on his lips as he looked at us.

I also saw Keiro thumbs up to us and I just smiled. But there was a vacancy in my heart because I didn't see my sister, Mirana. I called her that day and she said, she can't make it even though she badly wants to come on my wedding. She wishes me a happy married life and while she's telling me those words I can feel her, broken and even though she denied that she's not crying, I can tell that she's in pain because she's my sister, my twin.

I am so happy because my beloved married me.And I wish that this happiness will stay longer together with our child and our future children.

"Thank you for making me the happiest man in the world," Adam said as he kiss my cheek again.

"You are now Mrs. Freniere," he said and I chuckled as he nibbled my ear.

"I am now," I smiled and captured his lips.

"Get a room you two!" Keiro shouted and we laughed.

"Mommy! Daddy!" Helios shouted and Adam lifts him and they nose to nose each other that makes Helios laughed.

"You know, if I shall get married, there's just one vow that I shall tell to her and she should answer it with 'I do," he smirked and Adam arched his eyebrow that I find it s.e.xy.

"And that is?" he asked.

"Do you promise to love, honor, cook for, clean up after, surrender your share of the blanket too, relinquish the remote to until death do you part?", he stated and Adam just laughed loudly that catches the attention of others.

"Why didn't you tell me that earlier, so I can come up with an idea?" Adam said and I elbowed him

"Kidding love," he winked at me.

"Sure you are"

"You know mommy I want to get mawwied too," Helios said and I look at him in disbelief.

"You will get there baby," Adam said and I smiled.

I am so happy to have them both in my life.

"I love you most", Adam pulled me into another kiss
