Lucky: Boltori And The Prince

I woke up to the sound of birds. I looked over at the clock to find that it was well past 10 o'clock in the morning. So I wasn't woke up to a raging woman. I looked at my phone to see an alert from Maverick.

It was an article. Aryan called a press conference that morning to confirm the rumors about me being there, her the boltori, and then announced our engagement. I smiled as I watched the video. She was clearly smart when it comes to this sort of thing. So this was her revenge. Well two can play that game. I hoped out of bed and called Maverick. I had him arrange a press conference for me.

I quickly got dressed and headed to the waterfall where the press conference was held.

When I arrived Maverick escorted me to the front and quieted the crowd.

"I'm sure everyone here is bursting with questions. So I'll answer a few before I have to go pick up my lovely bride to be." I addressed the crowd.

"When will the wedding be held and where?" a random reporter yelled.

"The wedding will be held May 21st, one week after graduation. It will be held at our castle, Curston Castle."

"What do you have to say about the recent attack on Ms. Mazeson?"

"The man got what he deserved." I exclaimed.

"Why did you kill the acclaimed abuser in the attack on Aryan?" one reporter said as the crowd went silent, "Is it because he attacked her or was it because he was her ex-boyfriend?"

"I killed the man because he threw a woman, Aryan to be exact, out of a ten story window under the notion that she was a human. When I arrived to the scene, he was bragging about how he killed her because no one, at least not of supernatural decent, could survive that fall without life threatening injuries. Then he had the balls to disrespect me. The younger generations of this world need to be taught proper manners." I explain with a completely silent crowd.

"Why the sudden announcement of your engagement?" another asked trying to change the subject.

"When Ari went to the Other Plain, we met since she was training with my best-friend and it was love at first sight. Our parents thought it was best if we kept it a secret for a little while. One last question." I said with a giant smile on my face.

"There is a rumor going around about you two already having a child is that true?"

"Hate to spoil the news but not yet. We wanted to wait till after school was finished to remotely think about having any. Thank you all for attending today." with that said, I walked back to my car.

Maverick hoped in with a smile on his face.

"You know she is going to kill you right?" he said very cheerfully, "I cannot wait to see it."

"I should be killing you." I said speeding off towards the school. I gripped the wheel tightly just thinking about those two in bed together.

"She told you didn't she?" he asked with a sigh. I could sense that he was very nervous.

"Yep while drunk too." I laughed coldly as we pulled into the schools parking lot.

"What are you going to do about Azul coming back? You cannot keep her forever. Once she finds out the truth, she is going to be pissed. I wouldn't doubt if she tries to kill you." Maverick says as he hops out of the car, "I hope you know what you are doing."

"Me too." I reply as I get out as well.

As class was let out for lunch, everyone kept starring at me and whispering. As I turned towards the cafeteria, Kacy stopped me by grabbing me and pulling me towards the entrance. She had a death grip on me dragging me along. She stopped just shy of the main entrance doors and started to tell me about the press conference Jacetin held.

"So um Jacetin held a pres conference and told everyone you guys are getting married on the 21st of May and that you two fell in love in the Other Plain and that you two aren't gonna have kids til after you are married." she rushed out in one breath. Hearing that pissed me off. "Oh and he is here to pick you up for lunch."

I looked outside to see him leaned up against the hood of his car watching me. I could see reporters in the parking lot and students gathering in wait to see the couple. So this is how he wants to play it.

"Kacy I need your help really quick." I said running into the bathroom.

I peeled off my shirt and bra leaving me in just my jacket that was barely held together in the middle by a button. I exchanged my pants for my skin tight leather skirt with rhinestones and tassels decorating the seams. I kept my sky high leather heels on. To finish off the look I let my hair down out of its bun to allow the messy waves fall down my back. I walked out of the bathroom. I put my sunglasses on as I sauntered out of the school and up to Jacetin. As I reached him I jumped up into his arms and planted a giant kiss on his lips.
