Magical Cosmic

"Heh… what a magnificent thing this was!" As I exclaimed, a floating vehicle entered my vision.

The vehicle was a big hoverbike, it was shaped like a flying motorbike without any wheels. It had a futuristic design all over the side while it also painted black with a bluish pattern. There was a plasma engine protruding behind the vehicle while some kind of an electromagnetic anti-gravity machine was below.

It's been four days since the Equipment Hall finished being constructed, time sure flew fast just like water. There were finally 100 robots made. Although the miniature nuclear fusion generator hasn't been finished yet because of the slow procurement of precious metal.

My eyes surveyed the surrounding, the robots were busily moving around and constructing a wall equipped with all kinds of advanced weaponry. A few days ago, the green blob had corroded some metal cables; therefore, the building of the wall can't be delayed.

As I was surveying the place with a satisfied smile, sounds of fast rhythmic footsteps appeared from behind. It then stopped as the voice of an elderly man emerged, "Young Lord! I had finished the task!"

I had my body turned and saw Brown panting before he continued, "Milord! I never thought that the base of operation that teleports me and the Little Miss was actually a Magical Ship." Hmm? Magical Ship? What's that?

"Well, this is the first time you came out from the ship since I had been giving you a difficult task."

"No, milord! It's my honor to do the task and it wasn't difficult at all since the thing called ballpoint is a genius invention." Then, Brown took out a few books and gave it to me.

I had asked him to write down all knowledge, common sense, and the things that he knew about this world to a paper. It's not like that I couldn't find the knowledge myself somewhere else but since there's a chance, why not?

"Y-Yeah, it's a good invention. You have my gratitude for your hard work."

"I'm glad to offer my service." Brown bowed slightly with his left hand on his c.h.e.s.t.

Suddenly, a figure of a pure little girl came out from the ship and approached me. She then harrumphed and puffed her cheeks.

"What happens, Lillie? You seem to be in a bad mood." I inquired after somewhat a bit suspicious.

"Hmph!" She held her arms and looked away, dissatisfied for some reason. Did I somehow offend her? Ah… I forgot to give it to her…

In response, I took out a small pouch from the dimensional storage before grabbing something within. Then, a small colorful crystalline candy wrapped in plastic came out from the pouch. I approached the annoyed Lillie and gave it to her.

"Here! Sorry, it's late, I've been busy for the past few days."

Seeing the colorful candy, Lillie which had been furtively peeking immediately snatched the candy and exclaimed, "What's this colorful stone? So pretty…."

"It's candy, a crystal candy or some sort." Good thing that I had bought some at the Blue Moon Station.

"A candy? Hamp! Hmmmmm!!! it's melting the moment it touches Lillie's tongue!" As if consuming a mind-blowing pleasurable drug, Lillie's eyes closed as her cheeks blushed with p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e.

Well, as expected for people that never taste candy before. Moreover, this wasn't a normal sweeten candy made millennia ago but a refined one.

After enjoying the candy, Lillie approached me and said with a reddened cheek, "Lillie forgive Victor then."

My head nodded in acceptance before turning to Brown and asked, "Brown, what's the closest town to this place?"

"If my assumption is correct, it should be the town of Anarla, located to the east 100 kilometers away. Milord!" The town of Anarla? I remember seeing that on the 3D map that ATHENA show before.

"Is that so? I'll be going there now to do some inspecting so—" Just then, Lillie suddenly interrupted, "Bring Lillie with you!"

"No, little miss! That would be dangerous, it's better to stay he—" Brown tried to explain but Lillie was insistent, "I want to go with Victor and sightsee the town!" She then gazed at me with a puppy eye.

Ah… Since when she became so spoiled?

"Sigh… fine, but you need to wear this." My hand grabbed out a contact lens case from my pocket before giving it to her after opening it. The lens had been prepared beforehand for this kind of situation. I also had prepared a few other items for covering up identity.

"What's this circular transparent object? Its pink color is beautiful." Lillie said as she was taking the lens.

Thereafter, I taught her how to use the lens. To my surprise, she managed to learn fast and inserted it in her first try. What a genius! Anyway, she won't be taking it off soon as it could stay like that for years without any side effects.

Her initial black and white pupils changed into crystal pink color. Although the blend of her heterochronic eyes before gave an impression of bewitching, the pink color enhanced her purity and elegance.

Brown couldn't help but exclaim upon seeing such a change, "As expected of milord, having such an incredible Magic Tool."

"Victor, how does it look?" Inquired Lillie.

"Yeah, it's cute. You look just like an angel, Lillie." Blurted me, mindlessly.

"Eh…" She blushed. "What is an angel?"

"Ahem! Milord…. I think it's enough." Brown which had been holding himself back from the side butted in with a dark look on his face.

"Ah-uh… I'll be going then." I reached the hoverbike and got on it, not before taking some robots to my dimensional storage. My eyes then scanned the ground and said, "Lillie… Wait, how come you're already behind me?"

"Hehehe… it's a secret." She laughed childishly.

My head shook before I started the engine and the hoverbike float 2 meters above the ground. The sound of engine roaring emerged from behind.

"Milord, is it a good idea to go to the town alone? Furthermore, I never seen a Magic Ship like this before." Brown's eyes widen after gazing at the floating bike.

"Hmm… rest assured I'll be back in the afternoon. In the meantime, you supervise this place!"

"Yes, I will meet your expectations!" Brown bowed before taking a step back.

I didn't scared that he'll betray me or anything as ATA was overseeing this place. This will also test his loyalty.

"Good." After saying that, I checked the system hologram to find any anomaly. Afterward, my head turned to Lillie. "Now Lillie, hold on tight!"

"Like this?" Immediately, I felt a tight grip on my stomach.

"More loosely… Ah, whatever!" The hoverbike then roared as it ascended to the air.

"ATHENA, show me the exact location of Anarla town."

Then, an emoticon of cheerful face suddenly appeared on the smart helmet. ["Here it is, Master~! Wish you a safe trip!"] Replied ATHENA cheerfully.

The A.I. enhancement does indeed give a boost to ATHENA's interactive. Previously it never shows an additional speaking line and emoticon face. It's not that it cannot but I remember that it was disabled.

As the hoverbike began to move at an insane speed, the scenery surrounding me started to move faster and the wind blew my face. Therefore, I activated the shield which made the air friction became non-existent. Lillie was gazing at the scenery below and I could feel her hand clenched my suit.

"Are you scared of heights? You don't need to worry; I'll save you if you were to fall."

"No… Lillie isn't scared." She shook her head but the lie can't be hidden by the shaking on her shoulder. But as time passed, I could see her fear lessened and began showing amazement.

Since the shield made the air friction non-existence, the hoverbike was moving at the speed that rivaled a jet airship. The anti-gravity also made the bike to float smoothly without any disturbance whatsoever.

"Wow! The trees below are so small and they're moving so fast." Lillie exclaimed in astonishment.

As time passed, I could see a river in the distance. It was the east branch of the Brightmoon river. I noticed that there was another grassland across it.

Hmm? Is that a farm field?

After going for about a few minutes to the east, farm fields were finally visible from above. Although the size wasn't that worthy to speak off, it gave a feeling of a Fantasy world.

I wonder what it feels like to stroll in a pathway between a farm field? Definitely will give a feeling of satisfaction.

["Master! Should I activate the invisible mode? If we were to fly so openly, it might attract unwanted attention."]

"Hah? Oh, yeah! That's what I'm gonna do anyway."

Not long after, I could finally see two big hills in the distance. There was a small town located in the middle of the two hills. It had 5 meters tall tightly guarded wall, with lines of people that were trying to get into the town.

Guess, I'll descend in the woods near the town to not attract attention.

Subsequently, the hoverbike descended not too far away from the town before we got off and it was stored in my dimensional storage.
