Ken eyed Peter with a questioning look, the former observing the latter in a state of utter wary.

"You know about them?"

Peter nodded as he begun to explain about the species that is said to be a powerful dark entity feared by many.

"Yeah. A Demon Vampire, a Demon who was turned by a Vampire, thus becoming a being one of terrible darkness unmatched by few. It is said to house as one of the strongest demon species since they both gain the powers of both Demon and Vampire alike, making them a force to be reckon with."

Ken Mercer took note of the information given to him by the Shadow Assassin.

Sure, he had heard of Vampires, creatures who feed on blood as their way of survival.

But a demon who become a Vampire? That's something new.

The Circle even so shows no fear as they readied themselves into battle, each assuming their magic.

Peter Earlsong conjured his arsenal of Shadow Daggers, his main weaponry and is well complemented by his underhanded use of his Shadow Magic to bring confusion and mayhem to his enemies and ultimately using stealth and agility to finish them off.

Minato Fuyuzaki summoned a single sword from his FACTORY OF BLADES, a golden holy sword with blue runic designs on the blade that is specifically designed for slaying demons, a weapon called GOLDDAWN, THE UNDYING LIGHT.

Anastasia Dragonheart as usual brought out her Draconic heritage, the ultimate Flames of the Dragons, DRAGONFIRE. Golden flames of extreme heat coursed into her very palms as they radiate with temperatures similar to the scorching sun.

Glacia Winters being one with the ice gathered up her mana that made the atmosphere freeze with extreme cold, the plaza now chilling with the cold of Winter as her FROST RELEASE radiate with temperature equivalent to the unforgiving region of Wintershreak, a place long forgotten in the bowels of history where the Undead Liches were sealed into the mountains.

And lastly, the Master Magus himself, Ken Mercer prepared his latest spell recently earned from the Library's Inner Sanctums.

"DARK PROTECTION"

The spell took effect in an instant, a shield of impenetrable darkness was conjured in each and every one of the Circle members.

"Interesting, you have managed to solve your Demonic Possession issue." Miabi commented with an amused smile, obviously knowledgeable about the spell that Ken casted. Then she added but this time with a tone rough and darker tone.

"Not that it would change anything though."

With a snap of her fingers, a legion of demon possessed girls wearing maid costumes suddenly appeared from the bushes, each one of them having yellow colored slit eyes, like a lizard which indeed marks their current demonic condition.

"What the?" Ken's eyes widen in astonishment at seeing the familiar faces of the 25 women in front of him. In fact, those are the girls that were chasing him around the Academy just a few days ago.

"So, it seems that the spell you casted on them is for brainwashing huh." The copy magus added.

"Bingo, and it seems that you have gathered more allies during my absence." Miabi stated as she noticed the two additional members of Ken's Circle.

"Yup, and we're bringing you down Warlock chick!!" Ken answered with determination.

Without further ado, Miabi ordered her legion of demon possessed maids to charge at the Circle causing them to scatter around the plaza.

Peter and Glacia faced against 20 of the maids.

"A p.l.e.a.s.u.r.e to work with you." Peter smirk as he acknowledged the ice magus who coincidentally positioned herself with him.

"Likewise. Although I heard about your sadistic nature so try to go easy on them, will you?" Glacia said as she summoned up her Ice magic.

"No promises~" The Shadow Assassin answered her playfully readying his daggers.

Ana was shaking with excitement, her dragon blood boiling at the prospect of finally getting her revenge which in her case luckily, she and Minato get to fight against 5 maids and Miabi herself.

"The famed Dragon child and the Sword Emperor. Really I'm flattered." The Warlock said with a mock tone as she grinned evilly at them.

"I'll get back for what you did last time bitch!!" Ana glared at her with rage as she assumed a partial state of Dragonus, with her tail and wings being summoned.

"I heard all about what you did Ms. Aventus. For that we'll stop you." Minato said with a serious tone as he gripped his sword arm tightly.

"Wonderful, shall we dance?"

Ken Mercer eyed Vlad in front of him with extreme caution and alert, having the privilege of facing a Demon Vampire for the very first time.

"So, it's just you and me." The copy magus merely stated.

"It would seem so." Vlad simply answered in response with an indifferent tone.

The two combatants maintained in their respective positions for a while, both of them anticipating who will make the first move.

Being the impatient one, Ken initiated combat by summoning up DRAGONFIRE and shot a fireball at Vlad.

'Vampires hate fire, even more so if powered up further by the flames of the Dragons, so eat Dragonfire freak!!' was Ken's thoughts when he casted the attack.

Vlad simply dodge the fast blazing projectile with quick agility. Then, he goes for the offensive as he summoned a dark red demonic scythe that seemed to be made out of blood and aim straight at Ken with lightning fast speed.

In quick response, Ken managed to deflect the incoming slash barely by conjuring an ice sword made up of FROST RELEASE."

'Phew, I'm glad that Glacia's magic has so much application." Ken thought in relief.

"Interesting, you are indeed the Magus of Infinity." Vlad said with interest.

"What vile magic is that Demon?" Ken eyed the bloody scythe wielded by Vlad, weapons still locking each other.

"Ho? You wish to copy my Blood Magic human?" Vlad raised one of his eyebrows, intrigue at this prospect.

"Maybe." Ken smirk, docking to deliver a side slash but Vlad with lightning reflexes pulled out away immediately.

Blood Magic, the art of Blood manipulation.

It is one of the magic exclusively wielded by Vampires.

The magic is capable of shaping blood as the Vampire wills it.

The most exceptional of practitioners can even control the blood coursing in their victim's veins, turning them into puppets that abide their every bidding.

Although such a powerful magic yields a very high price. Casting it requires a ridiciously high amount of mana and with the added liability of increasing a Vampire's thirst as they used blood as a medium after all.

This is why Vampires don't want to resort such magic if possible, relying on their physical advantages like enhance strength, lightning speed, seemingly endless supply of stamina, and exceptional durability.

"Analyzation Complete, Mechanism Granted, COPY SUCCESS."

In all its bloody glory, a red scythe similar to what Vlad was wielding was conjured at Ken's left hand.

The Demon Vampire's eyes widen with astonishment.

Not at the weapon though... Such matter is not of significance at this moment.

Vlad was definitely loss at words.

"It can't be..."
