A few days later I left towards Wasteland of Death, I have around six months to make this happen.

Not that am planning to spend that long hunting a bird.

The distance between Capital and Wasteland of Death is quite far, so instead of walking I was running, while I could have asked Cang Yue to give one of her family birds, but I would rather continue my training.

A few weeks later I was finally at the place, and it one of the most unique places I have ever seen so far...

it's like this place is in eternal autumn, dried yellowish-brown grass, and trees without leaf's...

The best part? I can already hear howls of beasts inside there.

'Heavens is he insane?! This place is death lands of cultivators...' Chu Yuechan spend all those weeks observing Jian Feng, what so far she saw, made her realise that he is much more powerful then she suspected before, His control over Profound energy is something she never seen before, but what is most impressive we're the flame he wields.

As someone who fought Divine Pheonix Empires cultivator before, she knows Flames of Pheonix.

But even theirs fails in the control department compared to Jian Feng's.

What she saw from Jian Feng is nothing short from magic!

From using Flames in the form of animals, to making swords of fire and using them in battle,

To shooting beams of energy which can erase Profound beasts, from his finger...

Even she can't do that to Beast similar level to her own, while Jian Feng erased an Earth Profound beast!

The more she saw him in action the more she was fascinated by him.

As she continued to watch him, she saw him enter Wasteland of Death.

She saw no hesitation in his action!

She personally, even at Throne level had moments of hesitation entering this place!

Thinking for a moment, she thought returning to Frozen Immortal palace, But then she looked at him in distance, snapping fingers... and beast in front of him simply stopped running, then exploded in a mist of blood and bits and pieces are flying all over the place...

'Did he just snapped his fingers and the Earth Profound beast just went...boom?'

Chu Yuechan has seen many things in her 46 years of life, but killing Profound beast similar level to your own with a snap of a finger?

'Frozen Immortal Palace can wait a little longer...' She made her decision and continued flying after him.

But the more she saw him in action, the more his powers are in their own realm, especially once he starts using Formations alongside his flame or heavens forbid Sword Intent attacks.

Personally, she doesn't know if she could win against him, if it's in the raw power department, then it's obvious outcome, but if he wields formations, which can force her to see illusions, she already saw him once turn a pack of Earth Profound wolf's on each other.

It was... brutal.

This place has much more Profound Beasts then I originally thought, Much more Earth Profound beasts as well, but no Sky Profound beasts yet.

As I was progressing through the Wasteland, and another pack of Wolf-like creatures tried to pounce on me.

Only to be taken out by simple formation which turns their own Profound energy against them, someone which doesn't have properly formed minds yet, it a very easy thing to do that.

And now they went... boom...

'You still find more ways to take them out, Master...' Ying'er comment.

'I have to do something Ying'er its gets boring after a whole week of doing nothing but killing...' she started laughing hearing that.

'So inventing more ways to kill is something different?' I shrugged hearing her.

'I wasn't thinking about end result Ying' er, I was thinking about learning the way to control their Profound Energy since I can sense how they move inside these beasts, and it was crude to point of being disgusting, so I wanted to control that, I once I saw its possible, I used their own profound energy to make formations inside of them and then I made them go 'boom'.' I could feel Ying'er inside the pearl shutter.

'That's very horrifying way to die...' The blonde said after a few seconds of silence.

'Yet very effective way to end them, but I really doubt it will work on regular Cultivator...' Then my eyes widened as I looked in the distance as I saw thunder in the sky...

Then I heard thunderclap...

What I saw was unique... As the sky is clearly clear of clouds, yet there is one cloud in the sky which has constant thunder dancing through this cloud.

'And here is target number four...' I said with a grin.

Then I felt a familiar presence, in my range of profound energy-sensing.

'What she is doing here?' I asked Ying'er

'Oh, you finally sensed her~~~' I rolled my eyes hearing her.

'So you knew?' I asked looking towards the sky where this ice lady is.

'From the moment you left her in that alley, she followed you~~~' great... a got a stalked, a pretty one, but still a stalker...

Then she obviously notice me, noticing her, so she descended down.

As she was descending Ying'er started to speak.

'She saw a lot of your abilities master...' I grunted in agreement, thinking what to do with this cold lady.

'what are planning?' I smiled, as at that moment I decided what I am going to do with her.

'There is a saying 'the curiosity killed the cat', but in this situation it will be 'Curiosity which tamed the cat', I am going to make her join me, In other words I am going to seduce her...' Ying'er quieted down after I said that.

A few moments later, the fairy from Frozen Immortal palace was in front of me.

"Are you sure...you planning to attack that?" I stare at her with deadpan eyes.

...

She says that after not seeing each other for what 2 and a half months!?

No 'hello', or 'what's up?', this woman needs a lesson on socialising between humans A.S.A.P.

"Yes, I am pretty sure, that the reason why am here..." She moved her head to the side, in some sort of confusion.

"But it's a Sky Profound beast which killed hundreds of Cultivators..." She said the obvious information available on this Profound beast.

"I know and that's why I am hunting it down..." I said as its the most obvious thing in Primal Chaos.

"But enough about this... Ice Lady..." I walked closer to her, almost in her personal space, If the rumours about Frozen Immortal Palace Fairies are true, then she would have blasted me away by now.

And, yet she didn't, in fact, that veil barely hide her obvious blush.

"You have seen a lot of things which you shouldn't, we going to talk about that over diner when that bird brain over there will bite its dust" I pointed at the thunder clouds in distance.

"For now watch how professional hunter does its job..." I said to her as I walked forward.

First thing I have to do is to find land where to set my traps.

Walking for a few hours I founded what I wanted, two small hills close to each other.

So the first thing I did, was to lay reinforcement formations on these to two small hills, they will absorb Lightning and operated like 'Lightning rods'.

Next was the main formation between these two small hills, which will summon chains which will absorb Lightning as well as chain the beast down.

The best thing is everything here was easy to deploy, because just how much Profound Energy was available in this place, no wonder this place is paradise for Profound beasts.

To put the cherry on top of this, I put the same formations on the side of the small hills, so when beast get trapped, there will another two more attacks from sides.

"What... did you just deployed here?" The Ice lady just brought me back from deep through, in fact, I completed forgot that she was close to me...

"Something which will get me that Sky Profound beast to its knees" I turned towards her.

"And then the only thing I will need to do is to poke its head with my sword..." She looked at me, then at the twin hills, then back at me.

"I will... like to see that..." I smirked hearing that

"Oh, you shall..." I walked behind one of the hills, and started deploying formations for a temporary camp.

Half an hour later, a small camp was done with a table and two chairs, and a tent, taking an idea from HP universe, my tent was at least the size of a living room, not at the level of HP franchise but enough for me.

"Right I am going to change into the clothing I prepared for this hunt..." I said to the Ice Lady and walked into the tent, while the woman was still gaping at the boundary I just deployed with few hand waves, after all, its kind of funny why she gaping...

I mean there is a pack of wolves, who tried to attack us, but then we just 'vanished' in front of them and now they looking confused and looking around where their prey just vanished...

After I changed my battle gear I looked at Ice Lady, she was still looking at the wolves with interest as well as semi-ready for battle, even if the beast is Earth Profound it can still hurt if not careful enough around them.

"Well I am ready, I want you not interfere in this alright?" She looked at my eyes for a moment.

"Very well..." She slowly nodded.

"Good... let me show you something... this... is something only someone who achieved apex in Profound energy manipulation and senses can achieve..." I said with smirk...

As winds started to gather around me...

The Icy Lady eyes widened as she sensed all the Profound Energy around us rushing towards me.

Then what she sensed blow her mind away as she took a few steps back...

My Cultivation level started to rise from Forth of Earth Profound to Nine Of Earth Profound.

Next was Golden tornado of Sword Intend consuming me...

Ending with Crimson flame explosion...

When she saw me there was sweat running down from her forehead.

"What...is this!?" She gathered herself together and asked...

"This form has few names like 'Extreme Awakening' to 'Golden Asura'," I said to her as I flexed my hand, adjusting to power increase.

"Your voice...and your cultivation how is that even possible..." I shake my finger at her, something like 'not so fast' motion.

"You already know enough of my secrets to be my wife, don't cross those last boundaries because you won't be able to escape me, dear... I don't even know your name..." Hearing that her blush reached another realm on its own.

Was it from Embarrassment or something else, I don't know, but she obviously attracted to me?

"It's Chu Yuechan...and I have to apologize, but your powers, and what you did to me, was too much and I wanted to know more..." She said honestly, but I can see it's quite hard for her to speak this way, I wonder if her position is high in her cult?

"I see... I can teach some things, I can even help with cultivations as well...but first I have a bird to kill..." I said to her at the same time I activated Third Fire.

Engulfing myself in Hell-Fire Tiger flames, with the echo of tiger roar I jumped into the air and accelerated towards Silver Thunder Hawk.

Flying at top speed I was at Bird's location in less than an hour.

I pulled out my 'Pill of Annoyance', But the first thing I did was to land, Since I have no idea how fast that bird can cast Lightning.

I will face him from ground obviously.

Next moment I assumed throwing position, and threw them at the bird's thunder cloud.

Very next moment like bombs they exploded inside the bird's cloud...what followed next was...

*ANGRY BIRD SCREECH*

A shockwave of static electricity washed the whole field as Thunder cloud was gone, in its place was around twenty-five to thirty metre Bird with metallic-like silver feathers, with lightning dancing around this massive bird, the best part was that all that annoying substance is still around this bird and its probably driving him nuts...

"YOU human! YOU Will die! This One shall tare you piece by piece!" The bird released another angry screech as the itchy stuff was in its face, eyes and everywhere.

The Silver Thunder Hawk, Seeing me literally just yawn at him, was last straw as it started headfirst dive into me.

What I did next was obvious... I ran...

With Sky Shaper movement technique I was, fast, dropping in some zig-zag movement into it, and I was able to piss off the Bird even more as it has to stop with its advance and change directions.

Without even realising that I am driving him into a trap...

Around forty minutes later, I just passed through the middle of two familiar hills...

Very next moments three Crimson coloured formations flashed into life, and sounds of chains erupted from them, accelerating into very shocked bird...

Binding around it...

And starting to pull it down...

Silver Thunder Hawk seeing actual danger instinctively started releasing its Lightning...

Instead of destroying the chains, the electricity travelled into ground.

Very next moment I appeared in front of it and Threw very 'harmless' pill into its face, it exploded into pink mist, a few seconds later the Silver Thunder Hawk ... collapsed on the ground.

Seeing Hawk collapse like that I pulled out my Tiger Bone Sky Sword, and pointed the blade tip at the Hawk eye...

"Fourth Sky... Breaking Void..."

*SHINNNG*
