"So why we are in the middle of nowhere?" Ling Yun asked me as he was looking around.

I followed his gaze as I saw rolling Grasslands as far as I can see, behind us is a medium size forest in cultivator standards, and to our left is a regular size river in cultivator standards, meaning it's at least as wide as Amazon river back in my old world...

"This is were we going to live for the next three years," I said with a casual shrug.

"What about lodging or food?" Ling Yun was not too shocked hearing that, still he asked about basics...

"Glad you asked, here you go..." I gave him a simple scroll, which he immediately checked out...

"These... are plans for a...house?" He asked.

"Correction Ling Yun... it's plans for your house!" I pulled out more scroll and gave it Fen Juechen, then to Xiao Kuanglei, Ling Jie as well.

"Your first training is to build your own house... You all know how to destroy and it's time to learn how to create..." three guys were gobsmacked hearing that, only my minion was not shocked or anything, he simply accepted it.

"But don't worry... I am doing something myself as well..." I showed them my own plan for a... mansion...

Unlike my house in Phoenix village, this one is much bigger and at the same time wider, and the greatest part is that it will be built on Profound energy vein.

Same time I will be able to deploy much bigger and complex Formations for training without worrying that the Phoenix Spirit will interfere or affect it in some way...

They were gawking at me as they saw what kind off designs I had in my hands...

I walked to the side for second and summoned a workbench from my pearl, with all the tools needed to build a house or a mansion.

In meantime I, of course, being a great trainer as I am, I summoned several tents for boys to live in, in the meantime.

"And what will we do?" Qingyue asked me as she walked next to my side.

"Well I have some stuff for your brother to do, to awaken his Profound veins, and you, my dear can oversee that... what do you say?" Qingyue mouth for second opened than closed.

"Of course... what do you want me to do?" I pulled her and Yuanba aside, Qingyue's brother before that was gaping around.

I quickly set up a few Formation for him and locked him up in there.

They all say he needs to be dominant and all that BS to unlocking his veins, well that is only for people who wish to follow the long and boring route, not me...

All I Have to do is to trick his subconscious that he achieved what he needed to unlock his veins...

And *BAM*

I have a follower with War God veins...

He will be a perfect heavy hitter general type in my growing Army...

Once I left Qingyue with this small mission, I turned myself towards other ladies which are the pair from Frozen Cloud.

"Well you two I have something special for you girls..." I fished out a small booklet, and showed two both of them.

"There is a list of herbs you can find in this forest, all of them are not too rare, they will be needed in a future training session..." Both of them seriously nodded at me and quickly left towards the forest.

Moments later both Chu Sisters appeared next to me.

"We shall watch over them if it's fine with you?" I nodded at Elder Chu, and moments later both of them were gone.

Then My gaze went to Demon King who was sitting on a boulder, cross-legged and enjoying the 'show'...

In other words, he is watching how both Ling sibling and The lone Xiao are trying to understand the house plans...

For a moment I looked at my wife.

"Dear can you go and prep our tent in the meantime?" Cang Yue nodded at went up to set up our special tent.

Why I am going through all this? Well because its fun, second because we are far from any Civilization, I can do all sorts of wacky stuff here, one of them is delving into Space Laws...

Thanks to stuff I got from Sword region they have delved into the portal...gateway thingy they used to travel to 'Illusory Demon Realm'

It takes a lot of time to build it, but that's not what I want...

What I wanted is the runes and formations they use to build it...

And since I have them, I can start creating my own branch of teleportation and space manipulation...

"Well let's start then as we are wasting daylight!" My words attracted the guys who were started arguing about certain thing on the scrolls...

"Prince! How we suppose to do this? I have no experience in this!" Xiao Kuanglei said to me.

I hummed for a second then, and then waived my hand and formation came to life, lighting up areas, more specifically where they need to dig their foundations for their houses.

"There area's you see are where your houses are going to be standing, as you can see they are not too big, that is if you can impress me and add something to them, then I shall reward you for that..." Their eyes lid up hearing that Especially Ling Jie as he was saying something about elements.

"All you need to do dig foundations for now..." I summoned four Earth Profound shovels and handed over to them.

Once they notice what they holding in their hands did their eyes went wide.

"Are these..." " Sweet heaven!" "T-this" " Only my master made simple mortal tool into something incredible!"

"Alright enough gaping! go to work!" Moments later they went to their designated spots and started digging.

Funnily enough few hours later it turned into competition...

Well, they having fun...

Once they started doing their own thing I started focusing on my own little mission...

Of course I will do it much faster then they can possibly do...

Laying down formation in the area where the mansion is going to be, I simply lifted my hand, and 'block' of earth slowly moved up into the air, with another hand motion, this 'block' of earth simply stopped existing.

Next, I moved high into the air and, scanned the area for boulders which was not hard to do, as I found them in the bottom of the river.

'Well, well, I guess my teammates and disciples are going to have some fun getting them out from the river...' I chuckled with amus.e.m.e.nt.

'Yes, I do believe it will be good training as well...' I nodded at my blonde companion, who is chilling in pearl...While the Blonde 'goddess' didn't really dislike or liked her temporary body, she prefers to be at my side constantly.

So yeah, at least I got some test results after the wedding, and I know where to improve my 'Homunculi' art...

Focusing back on a matter at hand I started lifting up rocks and boulders from the river with my gravity formations, literally making them weightless and with simple push they going up,

One by one, I eventually had a pile of rocks, which I took them back into my construction site.

Over there I started shaping them to what I want and by end of day, the Mansion Foundation was done.

The reaction of digging guys was utterly priceless...but same time it was a good thing as they worked even harder after seeing that I did...

Next day the returned to finish digging while I focused on chopping down trees...

Once again I employed my formations, and by midday, I had everything I needed.

In fact, I even asked my girls what they want to have in this mansion.

One of the first requests which came from Ying'er and Cang Yue at the same time was Hot Springs, Qingyue and Chu Sisters by now were back with Frozen Cloud duo, they raised their eyebrows asking what is these 'Hot Springs' to which Princess smiled mysteriously, and told it one of best bath time in the world...that alone attracted their attention, and they asked this to be added as soon as the mansion is finished...

Well, I can't argue with them when give me that puppy eye look...

'When did Qingyue taught them!?'

He looked at his shovel which is A Earth Profound! and Earth Profound shovel!!!

Not only that but he can feel these shovel actually forcing him to waste even more Profound energy! that why Fen Juechen is not even using it!

"Esteemed Senior why you even here?" Xiao Kuanglei decided to use this moment to catch his breath, but he was seen through it with ease by the Sovereign Profound expert.

"Junior if you waste time I will ask Junior Demon to put Gravity formation on your house..." Xiao Kuanglei face paled hearing that and he quickly returned to work...

Demon King chuckled and continued watching how these kids breaking a sweat.

Old Yun is already getting ideas on how to use certain idea he learned from Jian Feng in his own army once he is back in Illusory Demon Realm.

By the evening of the second day, Xiao Kuanglei was done with digging, he slowly left from the hole he dug up.

He started laughing thinking what incredible thing he accomplished!

But then he looked to the side and saw Ling Jie and Ling Yun bring massive boulders on their backs...

'When did they reached this point!?' Xiao Kuanglei started to get up on his feet, and saw Fen Juechen who by this point was already melting his own rock and creating foundations for his house.

'Damn that fanatic! he doesn't even look winded, and he is not even used his cultivation before! What kind of mad training did he went though!!!' Xiao Kuanglei, slowly got up on his feet, his expression turned serious

'That's it! I will show them the power of Xiao Sect! and it's second young master Xiao Kuanglei!!!' Then He looked at the boulder on which The Peak Sovereign Expert was sitting.

But before he can ask...

"Junior this boulder is mine...if you want one get it yourself!" Xiao Kuanglei deflated hearing that.

The Demon King chuckled and continued watching the progress of Fen Juechen.

Old Yun was quite impressed by the Fire users dedication, no wonder he is Late Throne! with such drive, he will achieve much!

After checking out Fen Juechen his eyes went to the Junior Demon's location he could only shake bis head how absurdly fast the building is growing, already he can see mansion frame appearing.

The design of this building is nothing he has ever seen before, It will be only two floors high, but it will much wider than usually he seen in Illusory Demon Realm...

'Well, the upcoming three years are going to be interesting...' The Demon King chuckled thinking what kind of absurd things will Junior Demon will come up...
