October 14 Monday Garden of Love

MARINA'S POV

I touched the fabric of my gown and a tear escape in my eyes and I instantly wipe it away using the back of my hand. I didn't seem to believe that I was wearing a white gown that was almost touching my body. Again I looked at myself in the mirror, smiles drawn to my lips and at the same time opened the door and saw the woman who I had so longed to see, my twin Mirana.

"Marina!" I immediately stood up from my seat. I can't believe she is here today. For several years we had not met my heart was pounding as she slowly approached my direction.

"Mirana you're so beautiful," she said as she reached out in front of me. She immediately took my hands and kissed them and to my surprise, she suddenly pulled me into a tight hug.

"I miss you so much Mirana, my twin," she said and I immediately embraced her and cried. It has been several years since the day I made a scandal. I was lucky because even though we lost our parents, I had a partner like her.

"Good thing you're here Marina," I said as we let go of each other.

"It's your special day and both of us are having an October 14th wedding and here at the Garden of Love too. How are you? How's my baby? Zeke?" she questioned I didn't know what to answer first, nor could I say the words in my mouth. All I can feel right now is that my heart is filled with so much happiness. It never crossed my mind that I would lead in this situation despite what happened before.

"Mirana"

"I'm happy you don't know how happy I am. It used to be our dream, to marry someone who loves us so much. just the same location and the same date, "I said as my tears continued to flow. I don't care about my make up anymore.

"You're still beautiful even you wear any make-ups don't worry about your make up. Marco planned all of this," she said as she wipes my tears away.

"Even though our mom and dad passed away I am still grateful that I have a twin sister. This is what they wanted I know that. Every day and every night I spare time to pray that someday this day will come I will see my twin sister happy and contented on her own life. That you can see in your heart what you already have who love you," she embraces me again when suddenly the door opened.

"Ladies it's showtime. Mirana, come here a minute, your make-up ruined. Your crying again come on cheer up it's your wedding day. It's your wedding day gorgeous even though you have a puffy eye you still look dazzling dear," Briana said the one who fixes me.

"I'll go out," Marina said as I kiss her.

"Ready?" asked the two men who would open the huge door. I nodded at them.

I closed my eyes and heard them open the door immediately as the fresh air met me. Suddenly as I opened my eyes my heart started pounding so fast. All their eyes were on me as if in awe, others were in tears including Layla and most were smiling. I also see Zeke with a smile on his lips and excitement in his eyes. And I saw at the end of my destination, the man I am going to say my 'I do' I was going to be with just a couple of hours, minutes and seconds would tie the two of us together.

As I step my foot and begin to walk a song played that makes me even more emotional.

Wise men say only fools rush in

I look at Marco and tears are forming in my eyes.

"Falling in love with you," I imitated relating to the song.

Shall I stay?

A few steps away I was close to his stand. I was surprised to see his face, was he crying?

"Marco Freniere thou have this woman thy wedded wife, to live together after God's ordinance in the holy estate of Matrimony? Will thou love her, comfort her, honor, and keep her in sickness and in health; and, forsaking others, keep thee only unto her, so long as ye both shall live?"

"I do," Marco answered still looking at me.

"Mirana Vaughn Welch thou have this man thy wedded husband, to live together after God's ordinance in the holy estate of Matrimony? Wilt thou love him, comfort him, honor and keep him in sickness and in health; and, forsaking all others, keep thee only unto him, so long as ye both shall live?"

"I do," I smiled at Marco and he returned the gesture.

"With this Ring, I thee wed: In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and the Holy Spirit Amen"

"I Marco Freniere, take you, Mirana Vaughn, to be my beloved for the rest of my life. As I stand by your side, it is with the knowledge that our lives together will realize the promises that we have made today, and it is to this future that I humbly submit. Despite the entire thing I've done to you, you still forgive me and love me and I am so thankful to have you as my wife. I will help you raise our children to become loving people, and support you in the fundamental role of parent. In this beautiful garden, I dedicate myself to you. Although our lives may change like the seasons, I will love you. As our love grows like a seed to a beautiful flower, I will love you. When the winds of doubt blow through, I will love you. We will stand together, strong, nurtured by each other love until the end. All that I have, All that I am, All that I will ever be is yours. Whatever I have you must have too.

Thank you for giving me a chance in your life, both of you with our child Zeke. You don't know how much I love you. I love you Mirana more than ever in my life. I will be a worthy husband to you I will cook for you, do the laundry, do the dishes, I will take care of Zeke our son, give you flowers every day, court you every day I will tell you how much I love you every day. Seeing you smile is one of the greatest joys in my life. I promise I'll do everything possible to always keep you smiling, and fill our lives with as much laughter and joy as possible. I promise to spend my days making effort to deserve you. You are the only woman I need," he vowed wholeheartedly as a single tear run down on his cheeks and he immediately wipes it away smiling at me as he slid the ring into my finger.

"Forasmuch as Marco and Mirana have consented together in holy wedlock, and have witnessed the same before God and this company, and therto have given and pledged their troth, and have declared the same by giving and receiving a Ring and by joining hands; I pronounce that they are Man and Wife, In the name of the Father, and of the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen. You may now kiss the bride.

I don't know but everything went into slow motion. Gradually he approached me and raised my veil. It seemed like everything was slow motion and I could hear nothing but my heartbeat. He touched my cheek and slowly moved closer to my lips. When we let go of each other, we immediately exchanged I love you. Suddenly a woman appeared and wearing a red gown. I didn't know her but she seemed to know us. And by her looks, she looks sophisticated and elegant.

"Ashly," Marco said softly, and I immediately glanced at him. Look at me Marco, please.

"It hurts me so much for I am not even invited to this funeral. Let me mourn. I'm dressed for your funeral dear Mirana, "she said darkly and without a moment she raised her hand pointing at me and holding a gun she smiled and pulled the trigger.

"Mirana!"

And everything went black.
