Marry Before Love

“Brother” a timid voice sounded behind him. He, who was worshipping relatives with Cheng Yuan in the old house, looked back and saw Qiao Shu standing there.

  Not far away, after seeing him, he showed a shy smile “brother-in-law”.

  Qiao Shu takes his mother’s surname, but he is very different from Cheng’s mother, whether it is a restrained temper or a harmless personality, at least that’s what it shows.

Cheng mother when he came to propose marriage on behalf of the Cheng family, Qiao Shu also said something to him that he thought was inexplicable at the time. Later, he realized that the other party should be thinking to remind him of Cheng Yuan’s true thoughts.

He was only blocked by Cheng’s mother, who tried her best to promote this marriage. She was probably afraid that Qiao Shu would ruin her plan.  

Seeing each other once again after the wedding, when the newlyweds returned to the old house, Qiao Shu quietly stuffed him a pamphlet in the dark of night. After slipping away, he opened it when no one was there, only to find that it was a relative of the Cheng family, a photo with a name and a brief introduction.

He didn’t know how Cheng Yuan felt about this illegitimate younger brother, although it was okay on the face. But as far as he is concerned, Qiao Shu is really good to him , even though he has such a mother, so he nodded to Qiao Shu in response, and turned to follow Cheng Yuan to go elsewhere.

He didn’t see Qiao Shu’s reluctant expression behind him, and he took a few steps towards him subconsciously, but soon they were separated by a heavy crowd, so Qiao Shu hesitated for a while but still took the cup and found a small corner to cuddle himself.

When Cheng Yuan went to the old man’s study to talk about things in the evening, he really waited for a sneaky Qiao Shu who knocked on the door. He looks like a thief ，looking at the person who had no ways to get in, remembering the text message the other party sent to him, so he pursed his lips.

“You said you have something to tell me, what is it?” When he met Qiao Shu’s clear almond eyes, his tone was a little more gentle than when he was dealing with others, and then he saw that Qiao Shu raised his finger and gave him a soft hiss.

 Qiao Shu gently pulled his sleeves and turned around in the room. He frowned, but thinking that the other party had helped him, he didn’t say anything. It seems that nothing has been found. Qiao Shu stepped close to him, and the warm fragrance mixed with citrus smelled. He subconsciously wanted to step back, but then Qiao Shu came closer and whispered.

“I found my father’s medical report in my mother’s room”. The heat blew into his ear with Qiao Shu’s words. “My mother has been out recently, you should know what you’re doing, you have to be careful about her.” Qiao Shu retreated to a safe distance after speaking, looked at him and smiled, and then took out a box from his pocket. A little box was placed in his hand, and he walked away lightly.

He paused for a while, then said “He’s gone”. Then a hidden door in the room was opened, and Cheng Yuan walked out and waited. Cheng Yuan, who has been waiting for a long time.

Yes, Cheng Yuan has been here since before Qiao Shu came in. Although he has some confidence in Qiao Shu who helped him, but he does not believe him unconditionally. So the first time Qiao Shu texted him, he showed Cheng Yuan his cell phone, then hid the bug that Cheng Yuan gave him, and waited for Qiao Shu to come. He just didn’t expect Qiao Shu to blow himself up when he came to the door, giving him such a big news.

Looking at Cheng Yuan’s solemn face, he knew that the he heard Qiao Shu’s words, and now the most important thing is to find out whether the news is true or not.

He watched Cheng Yuan tap on his mobile phone, thought about it then opened the box that Qiao Shu had put in in his hand.
