Master Of The Omnitrix

Chapter 34 - F.u.c.k The Prime Directive

Author's Note:

See I wanted to show some of the Butterfly effects I said like making friends and being a business partner with Billy Billions.

Billy Billions was basically a kid having a massive freak-out after barely surviving, so he's just lashing out- as ya do.

So I gave him a chance in the story.

Interlude

Billy Billions

To achieve the impossible, one must sacrifice sanity and stability.

That nonsense was said by none other than Benjamin Tennyson.

Flashback

It took Ben 6 hours to finally complete a piece with Ben carefully watching over his every move and asking questions at times about what he was doing. He answered him without stopping and finally my first device was completed.

"And this is? "

"Universal comms. It functions as as a locator, a communicator, a Universal translator, a Radiation detector, weapon enhancement, has Internet access, can overide electronic locks and can self destruct.

...

What.

I stared at it then at him for a few seconds. "You added a Self destruct?"

He just shrugged, "Well, who know when it might be useful, besides it will not damage anyone. It just destroys itself."

End of Flashback

"Initiating Start-up procedures."

"Miniature cold fusion reactor cores are powering up."

"The Arc reactor temperature is rising." The Gasses in the Arc reactor needed to be heated up. A lot. That is what takes up. Most of the energy. It needs to get hot... Really hot.

I kept my eyes in the readouts. Everything seems to be alright so far but this was not the dangerous part.

"Model G capacitors are charging up."

Model G. Graphene supercapacitors able to store far more energy than a regular supercapacitor due to the way it was made. Graphene loses its strength if It was more than an atom thin, but it still retains its electrically conductive effects, but the true power of graphene will only be accessible with level 6 tech. Where I would be able to arrange parts not just on the Nanoscale but the atomic scale.

I could feel the heat radiating from the ARC reactor even when it was insulated so much as the gasses inside it began to glow red hot and was now white from how hot it was.

The readout now gives a temperature. 2574 Kelvin and climbing. Looks like the new reinforced insulated glass was holding out well. Reinforced with osmium tungsten it would hold out quite well for the temperatures and pressures we were about to subject to. However, it won't last for long as it was still glass. It only needs to last until the reaction starts, once the reaction starts that means the gas has turned into a plasma. Besides, it won't be transparent for long.

"Covering ARC reactor!"

Ah, there it is. The reflective cover is going to close around it. It would prevent too much heat from leaving it as well as protect us from going blind from how bright it was becoming. As soon as the cover shut I felt cool, the wave of heat no longer on me. Hell, I heard some of the research staff sighs in relief.

"Pressure is rising, 125 PSI, 130, 135, 140!"

"Temperature jumped! Now at 4500 Kelvin and climbing!"

The reflective cover also reflected the emitted heat and back inside as the transparent glass was only there to make sure that any problems were caught on early if they existed. How everyone around him wasn't blind was a mystery to me...

Reflective glass.

It reflects back to heat up but just letting enough light to let people know that it's active and it is cool as f.u.c.k.

That mother f.u.c.ker.

"G-Caps fully charged, temperature stable ad 6273 Kelvin Pressures stable at 800 psi. "

Plasma is electrically conductive which also means it could be affected by a magnetic field.

Some scientists gave me a small nod.

It's was time.

"Close the Bypass! And prepare to activate the Electromagnetic containment field" He barked out.

I began to hear an electric hum.

"Electromagnetic containment field activated. Pressure in core rose by 0.84PSI, but surface pressure is now at 14 psi."

Good that means it was now the electromagnetic field was keeping the plasma from touching the edges of the glass.

"Discharge capacitors in 3, 2, 1. DISCHARGE!" As soon as I fished heard an Electric w.h.i.n.e. Right now all the G-Supercapacitors just discharged all at once, releasing all the energy they had gathered into the magnetic containment field generator or which then caused it to compress the already heated and compressed plasma into ridiculous levels.

Levels of pressure and temperature usually only found within the core of a star.

All of happened in an instant as the w.h.i.n.e died down to its regular hum.

"Core temperature at 68,420,284 degrees Kelvin. Pressure at 127,027 PSi."

"The circuit is closed, reaction looks stable."

"Well," I began as I finished reading the information on the screen, I didn't see any problems. "Congratulations, the reaction is indeed active, and self-sustaining. We're all green across the board."

The room was silent for a few seconds before nearly everyone burst into cheers.

Ben POV

I was perhaps the only "inventor" in the world who doesn't have to submit an application to a review board for approval.

So instead I submit my blueprints or show the finished product to Billy for approval.

I wonder what he is doing.
