MCU: The Inheritance Of The 3 Sannins

I am currently in New York, right in front of me is the New York Sanctum of the Masters of the Mystic Arts, with me is a little girl.

"Come on Ava, try to hold my hand", I said to the little girl beside me. She tried a couple of times to try to hold my hand but it failed every time, due to her hand phasing right through me, because of these tears began to form in her eyes.

I went down on my knee and said to her, "Don't worry, try again".

After looking at me for a while, she tried again, this time is she succeeded in holding my hand.

After my job with Sitwell, there was chatter in the S.H.I.E.L.D. database, it talked about an anomaly in Argentina. The moment I heard this I immediately went there, there I found Ava Starr, the future Ghost. I took her before S.H.I.E.L.D. could get their hands on her.

After the incident that caused the death of her parents, Ava was always in constant pain. I was able to alleviate her pain by using my chakra but it could only do so little. Even if I use seals to try and fix her it would be extremely hard for me to do so, the problem is I don't know how to approach her situation, she is basically connected to the quantum realm. So that's the reason why I'm bringing her to the Masters of the Mystic Arts. I believe the people who are trained to manipulate dimensional energy are the best candidate to fix her problem.

I wanted to make her my disciple, but I'm not that evil to not care about the pain of a little girl. Besides if she is able to use the phasing ability without hurting her, then that's a bonus in itself.

I knocked on the door of the sanctum, for while no one answered us. I knocked again and I said out loud, "I want to meet the Ancient One".

Shortly after this, an elderly Asian man opened the door, he looks to be in his 60's. At first, he scrutinizes both Ava and me, this made Ava extremely uncomfortable which prompted her to grab the side of my pants.

After a while, he motioned as to enter, Ava and I entered the sanctum. Ava was looking around and she had an intrigue expression. I for one had seen the place due to the movie so I wasn't as awestruck as young Ava.

"I wish to speak with the Ancient One", I said to the elderly man.

The man nodded and he pointed as to a door, "go to that door, and keep going straight". After saying that he went to the nearest couch and began sleeping.

I looked at Ava and said, " Come now Ava, let's go".

The two of us entered the door, on the other side of the door, we were transported to a room, I could see 2 similar doors to the one we entered through. In the middle of the room, I could see the famed Eye of Agamotto.

"Don't let go of my hand, okay? I believe this place is big, and it would be problematic to find you in this place," I said to Ava, and she nodded in response.

We kept going straight and we saw sorcerers readings tomes, and sorcerers training hand to hand combat. Some of the sorcerers glance at us, some didn't even bother to offer us any time of day.

After a while of walking, we eventually found the room where the Ancient One resides. She is currently having a cup of tea with 5 people. The moment the Ancient One spotted us she said to her fellow masters, "It seems we should continue this another time, I have a guest".

Her fellow masters stood up and left the Ancient One to be with us. One of the 5 masters who left the Ancient One's meeting stared daggers at me.

'Wait I know that person, she was one of the 3 people I defeated a while back', I thought to myself.

"Come, let us drink tea", the Ancient One said.

I seated myself while Ava seated beside me while the two of us waited for the Ancient One to finish making us tea.

She placed the hot cup of tea in front of us and offered us to drink it, Ava and I both oblige.

"I like it", I said to her. While Ava rapidly shook her head indicating that she did not like the tea one bit.

"The secret of the tea is the honey, you can only get this type of honey in a mountainside of Nepal", the Ancient One said.

"I need a favor from you. This is Ava, an accident happened and now she is somehow connected to the Quantum Realm, this will on occasion cause her pain. Now, I am not an expert on dimensional anomalies but you are, I was hoping that you will help her", I said to the Ancient One.

Ava looks at me and then the Ancient One with hope in her eyes. As of right now, the pain she is experiencing is only mild but the older she gets the more the pain will increase. I wanted to remedy this problem before it gets any worse.

The Ancient One looks at Ava for a while, and then she stood up and went out of the room. After a while, she brought a fellow Master of the Mystic Arts and said, "This is our newest, Master Hamir, he will be the one to diagnose your problem first, while Ethan and I continue our talk".

The moment I saw the person following the Ancient One I felt he was familiar. Only after hearing his name and seeing his hand, that was missing did I recognize who the man was. In the Doctor Strange movie, he was the elderly master who Strange taught was the Ancient One upon entering the Sanctum, but right now the man was still fairly young.

"Go now dear, I will follow you after my talk with the Ancient One is over. I promise it won't be long", I said to Ava.

Ava reluctantly followed Master Hamir out of the room.

"Since she is already connected to a dimension she is bound to become a powerful Master of the Mystics Arts", she said to me with a smile on her face.

"I saw her first, she will become my first disciple", I replied to her.

"Oh right then, I won't take her away from you besides from what I'm seeing she is already quite fond of you", she said accepting defeat on that matter.

I nodded and I took a box out of my storage seal. I open the box and showed it to the Ancient One and I said, "Do you know what this is?".

The box contained the 3 pendants that I received last December of 1991, the toad, the slug, and the snake. After studying it for a while I could not see anything 'weird' about these 3 pendants, but something in me just keeps telling me that these 3 pendants were extremely important. So, as a last resort, I decided to bring it to the Ancient One to see if she knows what these pendants are.

Ancient One took the box and began hovering her hand above the 3 pendants. On, occasion her hand would glow an orange color. After a while she returned the box to me, she had an interesting look on her face.

"So? Did you find out anything?" I asked dying to find out if she found any clue about the pendants.

"I did, it is most intriguing", she said.

"Why? Say it already, don't leave me hanging here", I said to her.

"The pendants are acting sort of like a relic. What I meant by that is that these 3 pendants choose you, but the most important thing about this relic is that, it is alive", she said.

"Alive what do you mean?" I asked with curiosity.

"The 3 pendants contain an extremely small amount of energy. I don't know where this energy comes from but my guess is that it comes from a dimension that I have no knowledge of. Understandable due to there being millions of dimensions in the Universe, I may be a Master of the Mystic Arts but I don't know every dimension that exists. Anyway, is what's keeping these 3 pendants alive, but the energy is too little that the pendants are in a sort of dormant state", the Ancient One said.

"They're alive", I said as I stared at the 3 pendants on the box.
