MCU: The Inheritance Of The 3 Sannins

Right now, the Royal Family of Wakanda is in a state of shock after the bombshell that the intruder delivered in the throne room an hour ago. Especially the King of Wakanda, he never would have thought that he would see the son of his brother in front of him after all these years.

A few years after he had killed his brother, he had lost surveillance of Erik. He secretly told the 'War Dogs of Wakanda' to try and locate the then boy. This was done with extreme secrecy. He had ordered the War Dogs without them knowing too much about Erik. To them, Erik was just a kid who piqued the interest of the Wakandan King, nothing more.

Now, to think that his nephew is here in Wakanda would mean that he knows what he did to his own brother.

He did that because he was a king of Wakanda, but that doesn't mean that he hasn't been hunted by that decision ever since.

The entire members of the Royal Family of Wakanda were gathered in one of the rooms of the palace. After ordering the 'Dora Milaje' to take his nephew somewhere secure while also treating him with the respect of his status, the King of Wakanda hasn't spoken another word.

"What are you not telling us, father? Why did I not know I have a cousin?", Prince T'Challa said to his father.

His father did not respond, instead, the King of Wakanda went towards a window and looks at his kingdom. Even if he did not speak, you could see the pain in his face.

"My love, what are you not telling us? What are you hiding?", Queen Ramonda said. Shuri remained quiet and waited for his father to give them an answer.

After a few minutes of deafening silence, King T'Chaka spoke, "In the past, your uncle took a war dog assignment in America. Unbeknownst to your uncle, I place another war dog to observe him. Then as time passed, your uncle found an American woman, they fell in love. They had a child..."

"The intruder", Prince T'Challa stated.

The King of Wakanda nodded and continued, "The hardship your uncle saw there...radicalize him. He wanted Wakanda to conquer every country in the world...to rule it the right way... But my brother knew that I would not support such ideas. So, my brother, Prince N'Jobu of Wakanda, betrayed his own nation, his own people".

The members in the room were shocked at what they heard. This was a scandal that has never happened to the Royal Family of Wakanda.

"So, your uncle help Klaue steal the vibranium. Once the war dog I sent to observe my brother reported this, I immediately went to him. I wanted to take him to Wakanda so that he will face the judgment of the council and pay for his crimes...". This was the moment that King T'Chaka started having tears forming in his eyes.

"My love..", Queen Ramonda said as she tried to approach her husband but was stopped when the King raised his hand signaling her to not go near him.

"I wish to this day that he had gone willingly, but no... He had a gun and he pointed it at the war dog that I sent to observe him. On that day, I did the most painful thing I could do, both as King and as a brother. I kill him...I killed my own younger brother...I chose my people above my own brother", King T'Chaka said with tears threatening to fall out of his eyes.

"And the child?", T'Challa asked.

"I left him...to maintain the lie... but I had always had my eyes on him until he suddenly vanished...and now he appears here... and I..."the King of Wakanda was unable to continue speaking when a knock was heard on the door.

"KNOCK. KNOCK. KNOCK"

King T'Chaka immediately wiped his tears and positioned himself in a way that whoever enters the room will not see that he has been crying and he said, "Enter".

General Okoye entered the room and she could immediately notice that she had interrupted something important but she proceeded to do what she came in for and she said, "Pardon me my king, but the intruder... I mean the prince wants to see the sunset... Should I tell him to remain in his room?".

The King was silent for a while, then he said, "I will allow it".

"Yes my king", General Okoye said but before she could close the door, Prince T'Challa spoke up and said, "I wish to accompany my cousin".

The king stared at his son for a moment but he eventually nodded. Prince T'Challa soon went with General Okoye leaving behind the 3 people in the room.

A few moments later, Prince T'Challa, Erik, and General Okoye were taking a plane to go to one of the high mountains of Wakanda. If Erik wanted to see a sunset then T'Challa wanted him to have the best view of it. In fact, T'Challa wanted to do this alone with his cousin but General Okoye would have none of it. She disregarded T'Challa's request and went with them.

T'Challa wanted to talk with his cousin but he wasn't sure about what topics he should speak about. So, the walk to the plane all the way to the flight towards the mountain was spent in silence. Erik just calmly looks at his surroundings with both a calm and curious demeanor.

"This is one of the best parts to watch the sunset", T'Challa said to his cousin. Erik didn't respond and just got out of the plane. He looks at the horizon and waited for the sun to set. He waited for the most beautiful view that his father has mentioned to him when he was still a young boy.

Before the sunset came another plane landed near them, it carried with it the rest of the Royal Family of Wakanda. Shuri walked out of the plane first, and she was soon followed by King and Queen of Wakanda. The couple was holding hands but in truth, the Queen was holding the hand of the King so that she can give him support. The king was still in pain remembering what he did to his brother. Holding hands with the woman he loved has helped him cope with that.

The sunset eventually came and it was beautiful to behold. The orange glow of the setting sun added a unique beauty to a land that was protected, to a land that has never seen the suffering of the outside world. It was like an artist had carefully drawn everything from the smallest little detail.

For Erik, it was the most beautiful view that he has ever seen in his life. With tears coming out of his eyes, he broke the silence the everyone with him was in and he said, " My father said Wakanda was the most beautiful thing he'd ever seen. He was right... it is beautiful".
