Me? Oh I’m Kali, Kali Green

In the restaurant [Dragon's Tongue] I was sitting at my personal table where It's separated from all others but still able to observe almost the whole restaurant. Today was Monday and we opened at 12 and right now it is 4, as I sat there reading a newspaper with nothing much new other than the fact that other gangs are coming into the cities like some Russian mafias, and Japanese yakuza's.

Two days ago on Saturday was when the three went up against Tombstone, and it was a long and hard fight and I mean long... and hard. They did great taking him down using teamwork and strategic battle and such, in the end there was one knocked out giant and three extremely bruised and exhausted kids. They called the cops and tied up the gangs and left evidence around for the cops to find.

It took Saturday and Sunday to ice the bruises and such making it less noticeable to the other kids.

As I sat there reading and eating snacks Coulson and a few agents walked in, when he saw me he beelined straight to me and said hello.

"Hello Mr.Green." Coulson greeted

"Ah Coulson please stop with this familiarity and sit, I'm sure you have lots to say." I said barely taking my eyes off the news papers.

Coulson nodded and sat down as his men scattered and took positions guarding and observing.

"I believe the director has informed you of the assignments, but here this will be useful and you would get more on the way to Budapest with agent Barton." Coulson said as he handed over an envelope as I helplessly put the newspaper away and took the folder.

I opened it and looked through it and the target was as I thought, Natasha Romanoff. I looked through it more and there were more on her such as height, colors, and weights. I closed it and looked at Coulson.

"Awful lot of trouble for one woman." I said though I know how dangerous this woman could be.

"Looks can be deceiving Mr.Green, and she is one of if not the most dangerous one in the underworld right now." Coulson said as I nodded.

"So when am I deploying? Or we?" I asked

"As soon as possible, the target is already in the known location and the more time you waste the more time she slips out of our hands." Coulson said in seriousness.

"Hmm well alright but you don't wanna get anything to eat before we go? I'll cook?" I asked teasing Coulson.

"Ah n- no it should be fine there is more important matters at hand." Coulson said but I can see him gulping at the thought of my food.

"Hahaha alright perhaps later than, but I'll go inform the kids you can wait outside." I said getting up and walking to the kitchen calling the three students of mine.

"Whats up old man?" Charles asked half holding his ribs and half playing it off and that just makes me think that I should help them out.

"Wahahahah you guys look horrible mann, are you sure it wasn't the stone man who won?!" I laughed teasing them.

"Tsk" Markus clicked his tongue as his face got red with anger and embarrassment, Zhang was just sighing helplessly and Charles was just softly chuckled embarrassingly.

"Follow me" I said seriously and we walked up the stairs leaving the work to the other kids, as we sat down in my living room table three on one side and me on the other.

"These are what I call [Oath Binder] wares, they are nothing special but what they represent means more than it can be described." I said as I put five kitchen wares on the table. A big tea like cup for me and three small tea cups for them and in the middle is a tea pot.

"The big cup I have represents the [Father cup] and the three small ones you three have is called [Son cup's], in the middle is a teapot full of sake and it wil-" I continued my explanation when Markus asked.

"What the hell is a sake?" Markus asked not having heard of the word.

"Of course your ant like brain haven't heard of it now shut up you dimwit." I said making him huff with his signature cross arms.

"Now the purpose of all this is to make a bond and relationship mentally making a special connection between us, going through this would make me into your father and you into my sons, not 'legally' official but official to us so know that going through this will make me your father and remembering anything about your past will be forgotten and I and only I will have that role of a father before teacher and anything else." I said looking at their shocked face.

"Well do you wish to proceed?" I asked, I can see them wide eyed and not showing much emotion but I can tell they want this. Zhang the most as he desperately searches for familial love and such, In fact all three of them had a feeling of wanting this but they didn't show it.

"Well if you guys don't want this then I won't waste any tim-" I said as they don't speak for a few minutes and I got up before being stopped by Charles.

"Sit down we will do it." Charles asked with a soft smile as he knew the other two wanted this but was too embarrassed to say it.

"Yeaa what do you think you two?" I asked Markus and Zhang as Markus just looked to the side not answering and Zhang looking down with unseen emotions.

"Alright alright." I decided to stop playing with them.

"If you agree with this Oath we are about to take then there is three steps to this:

1. In the pot full of sake you put a drop of blood in the sake to symbolize the sharing of blood.

2. You then drink the whole cup until there is not a drop left ignoring the taste symbolizing you will accept the other person completely for good and for bad.

3. After finishing the drink you will break the glass symbolizing there is no going back.

Then after, do we truly become a bonded family, ready?" I asked and they all nodded.

"Good now take this dagger and cut your finger dropping blood on to the pot." I gave them a dagger that I got out of nowhere and they took it and without hesitation they cut their fingers and winced a little due to the pain. After they finished they handed me back the dagger and I dropped a drop of blood of mine. I mixed the blood and sake and poured the pot into mine first before pouring it into theirs.

"And with that you drink." I said and they did ignoring the taste, and as it was my turn I did the same and put the cup on the table.

"Now you break it showing there is no going back on this." I said and crushed my cup as they did the rest.

And with that done they have my immortal blood in them but I don't plan on letting them use it carelessly or they will abuse it and depend on it too much.

"Now get up and come stand before me." I said and all three stood before me.

"Charles Abraham, I Kaligan Green except you as my son and will hold you, guide you, protect you, and show you the world with the best of my abilities." I said and put my right hand over his c.h.e.s.t for dramatic purposes and activated controlling the immortal blood to heal all his negative stats.

And the obvious bruise on his face, the rib broken on his sides as well as all other injured part of his body were healed quickly, and he stood there in shock just scanning and feeling his body, the other two were shocked as they saw the bruises gone but I ignored everything and moved on to Markus repeating my words healing their injuries that took toll on their shoulders finally disappearing.

I step back at the three awed teenagers waiting for them to finish, I turned off the immortal blood on their bodies returning them to normal and only using it for momental healing since giving them the ability to be immortal would definitely be abused by them. After a while they finally looked at me as I just stood there smiling.

"Now I don't have time so let's make it quick shall we? The kids, the restaurant, the [Overwatch] operation, and the streets I leave it all for you to protect and make your responsibilities my sons hahaha. Yes I know it is a lot to shoulder but if your to be my son then you gotta handle a little bit of this much. And you three are brothers now and as your old man I will tell you to help and depend on each other don't let a single hair on the kids get hurt or a single spoon to be broken or I will come back and break you skulls understood?" I said

"Where you going old man?" Charles asked, he and the other two don't know how to feel. Becoming a small family made them purely happy and the fact that they were healed from their injuries made them more happier and look at Kali in a different view as he could heal people.

"I'm going on an assignment and I don't know how long I will be gone." I said and started walking out the door before stopping and turning back.

"Oh here It's a key to my room, if and only IF, you three are having a hard time and it gets a little deadly then you can go in my room I have left a few gifts for your three under my bed with your names on it, and use it wisely or else." I said as I tossed a key to Charles walked out of the upper room going outside leaving three happy and excited kids.

"Ready?" Coulson asked

"Yes lets go and get this over with." I said getting in one of the cars, I could have flied but I just decided to give a little bit of respect and stay with Coulson and his team.

"If you can, leave the usual units in the area to watch the kids." I said surprising Coulson

"I wha- uni- what units-" Coulson tried to play dumb.

"Ah come on you already gave yourself out when you stuttered come on Coulson you are getting rusty and that will get you demoted." I said laughing at him.

"Haha I'll let the director know." Coulson helplessly chuckled.

Few hours later...

I was in an office with lots of workers on computers and they were all S.H.I.E.L.D. agents, Coulson was with me at the moment as he was the one who escorted me here.

"You know if you carelessly just bring people here then it would be very easy to do internal damage in your agency if any of these people working on the computer is corely important." I said looking at the agent computer workers.

"Hmm, and are you having any motivation for causing Damage?" Coulson asked

"Nah too much work, and you should probably some updates on the computers I mean I know It's still a little early for new tech but try to better your softwares." I said

"You can- you know how to read computer science?" Coulson asked in surprised.

"Of course I mean It has a lot of info about them in the library wide open and all." I said looking around

"You learned it by going to the library?!" Coulson asked shocked again.

"Yeah more or less" I said and walked away looking at someone.

I walked up to agent Maria Hill as she was again always working on her see-through computer? I went up to her desk and put my elbows on her computer resting them on it as she was taken out of focus and looked at me.

"Hey Hill, or should I call you Maria, can I call you Maria?" I asked greeting her.

"Uh y- yeah either one is fine Green." Hill said goin back to work and looking at me multitasking, she's good.

"Great, aright then Maria, so do you have a normal life on the side? Or are you all work and secret agent?" I asked

"I may or may not which is not exactly your business here Green, now what do you want I'm working right now." She said barely batting an eye on me.

"Aw come on Maria I just wanna get you out of this boring agency doing all this 24 hours work and secrety tense operations, I've never seen you smile or do something you would enjoy since you are alwa-" I said but couldn't finish.

"This "boring" agency which does work 24 hours a day is not needed for fun and smiles, what we do is protect those smiles and peace as best as we can from threats never seen or imagined. And having fun will just get in the way of what is really important here." Agent Hill said in an opposing tone.

I raised an eyebrow kind of surprised as in the movies Hill was never this... tense? Is that the right word? But then again she wasn't wrong as there were some points, like the fact that if you wanna protect things in the big leagues then there should be sacrifices. Like normalcy and such, and sometimes even thats not enough.

"Alright, forgive me for my lack of words I didn't mean to comment on something I wouldn't understand like the hard work and sacrifices you all have made, but you should know It's not good to fill your life up with work and no down time as it will just be bad for the soul and body." I said in an apologetic tone as Hill just looked at me seem to be in thought, she was about to speak when we were interrupted.

"Green, I am going to have to ask you to stop bothering my agents and walk away." Fury said as he arrived and walked to what seemed like his office with agent Barton following behind, I looked at Fury then back to Hill.

"Maybe we could continue our conversations sooner or later." I said with a smile before walking away as she just looked at me doing some thinking.

As Coulson was relieved of his duty and went whenever the hell he went I walked into the office Fury sitting on his desk and Barton sitting on one of the two seats facing Fury's desk.

"Green agent Barton, agent Barton Kali Green." I sat down as Fury introduced us so me and Barton shook hands exchanging greetings.

"Please call me Kali or whatever makes you comfortable." I said with a smile.

"It's nice to finally meet you Green, I've seen the works of your students and I gotta say It's an amazing achievement to train them for only a year and a half and already becoming an expert in the works." Barton said, I think he should be around his late 20's right now and I may not look it but I'm actually 38 this year but I look like I'm still in my 20's.

"Oh you know of them?- what am I talking about of course you do this is an intelligence agency. And yeah I gave them a little hell and training but they themselves decided to run around being heroes and I didn't think it would end up this well." I said with laughter

"And what kind of style do you teach, if I'm not wrong then they should be skilled in a few mart-" Barton asked but was interrupted.

"That is enough gentlemen, we are losing time and we are losing it fast, so we'll get up to speed then you will be deployed." Fury said and gave us two folders that has all the complete info and such like contacts and the environment and likely safe houses.

"We have set up an anonymous account and put a target on one of our agents stationed in hungary and with that we were able to catch the attention of Black Widow A.K.A. Natasha Romanov. The agent is in a safe house full of security and protection but it will only be a matter of time before she slips through and finish the job, your tasks is to take her out and protect the agent. I don't need to tell you to be on your guard when I say that she is dangerous and can and will use any necessity to finish the job or take out obstacles in her way. For years agents and innocents have been killed by her hands and will no...." and so Fury went on about the known info of the Widow.

Few more hours later...

As I walked with Barton to the jet we are deploying on we talked about our lives, well mostly his. He was orphaned at a young age and had a pretty bland life until he ran into a man running a circus and taught him archery, and for years of archery training and circus shows he was approached by S.H.I.E.L.D. and recruited and worked here ever since.

I knew there were more to the story but who am I to bother with it, they gave me a S.H.I.E.L.D. like uniform in black so I took my vest and buttoned suit shirt off. Now that I think about it I think I've grown a little since I have been here, around 6'2 or maybe taller I don't know, it just shows how unrealistic this universe is.
