Meeting Them

Jung Kook's POV

I was really shocked by the truth that Lilac told me. I didn't expect her to be so close to me. No wonder I felt a sense of familiarity when I first saw her. It turns out that she was the one that we had been missing for 2 years. After we lost contact with each other, the hyungs and I tried to contact her through our social media but nothing works out because she was inactive on those account. Our guessing was that she didn't want to be in contact with us anymore so she had changed all her account's name. But I never would have thought that she would be so near with us. So close yet I didn't realize it. Then I realized something she was the same person that in Jin hyung's picture. The girl that Jin hyung said look like Lilac. Omg the truth had been in front of my eyes but I didn't realize it. I felt so stupid.

When I reach home, I just sat at the living room as I kept on thinking about Lilac. I almost jumped when someone tap on my shoulder. When I turn around I saw that it was Tae Hyung and Jin hyung. I just smiled at them and turn around.

"Jung Kook-ah is there something wrong in uni today?" Jin hyung asked.

"Hyung I don't know how to say this." I said.

"What's wrong? Tell us maybe we can help. Is it something major?" Tae Hyung asked.

"Hyung guess who I met today?" I said.

"Is it that Lily that you told me about?" Tae Hyung said.

"Wait who's Lily? How come I have never heard of her before?" Jin hyung asked.

"Oh hyung. Lily is a girl in the uni Jung Kook attend and she's so pretty. He has a picture of her. Quick Kookie show Jin hyung." Tae Hyung explained to Jin hyung.

"Hyung see this." I said while giving my phone to Jin hyung.

"Isn't this the girl that I've seen in town two months back. The one that I say looks like Lilac." Jin hyung exclaimed.

"Yes hyung. It's her. She told me the truth today. She said that she still couldn't forgive us for what we had done two years ago that cause her to lie to me about her name. I didn't realize the fact that she was the same person you saw that day until she confronted me. I felt so stupid hyung. After two years, I didn't realize that she was just right in front of me. I thought that she had forgotten us." I said.

"Oh Jung Kook. You should have told us earlier about this. At least you won't be kept in the dark like now." Jin hyung said.

"I'm sorry hyung. I dint mean to do it." I said apologetically.

"It's ok. It no use crying over spilled milk. Now what we need to do is tell the rest of them about Lilac's existence here." Jin hyung said.

"Yup." Tae Hyung said.

"We will wait for the rest of them to come back tonight." Jin hyung said.

During dinner as everyone are seated in their place and start gobbling down dinner, Jin hyung cleared his throat to get our attention. He waited for everyone to look at him before he started speaking.

"Guys there is something that I need to tell all of you. Lilac is back and now she's studying in the same uni as Jung Kook. It seems like she still couldn't forgive us for what had happened two years ago. I felt like it's the right time for us to apologize to her in person. What do you guys think?" Jin hyung said.

"We should do that hyung. It's partially our fault two years back. Jung Kook one of these days invite her to our dorm." Nam Joon hyung said.

"Ok." I said.

Everyone nodded their head simultaneously after listening to what Nam Joon hyung said. After dinner, everyone went to bed early because of exhaustion. I couldn't sleep at all. I was staring at the ceiling thinking of how to tell Lilac tomorrow. I really don't know how to face her. I don't know when did I fall asleep but I woke up with a terrible headache the next morning. I could hear Jin hyung knocking on my bedroom door but I just couldn't get up. It hurts so badly. It feels like someone is hammering my head. After some time, Jin hyung open my room door to check on me.

"Jung Kook are you ok?" Jin hyung asked.

"Hyung my head hurts a lot." I said.

"I'll get some painkillers for you. Later I'll call the university telling them your condition." Jin hyung said as he rushed out of the room to get the medicine for me.

He came back with the medicine and watch me take it then he tucked me back in the bed. I fell asleep in no time once the medicine work.
