Meeting Them

Jung Kook's POV

I could go to university and meet Lilac today. I hope that she would be willing to come with me as I could see that the hyungs are anticipating to see her again. I walked to the library as I heard from some girls that Lilac likes to go to the library early in the morning before class starts. Upon reaching the library, my heart starts thumping wildly. I tried to calm myself down but it couldn't work no matter how much I tried. When I walked into the library, it was so empty that the sound of a pin drop could be heard. I searched the whole library for Lilac but I can't seem to find her anywhere until I saw a shadow at the end of the hallway of the library.

I walked towards the shadow and saw Lilac sleeping while leaning on one of the bookshelves. This girl came here just to sleep!! I thought she would come here to study. I just stood there looking at Lilac. I miss her so badly. Suddenly her face scrunched up. I thought she was gonna wake up but after that she remained unmoved while muttering a few words.

"No don't leave me. Please.. I beg you…" Lilac mutters.

She was having a nightmare. I shook her to wake her up. I couldn't bear seeing her having a nightmare.

"Lilac wake up. Lilac….. Lilac" I said.

"Huh. What is it mom? Give me another 10 minutes." Lilac said.

This girl actually thought that I was her mother.

"Lilac wake up and see properly who am I?" I said.

When she rubbed her eyes and see clearly that it was me. She almost jolt up and ran away. Luckily, I managed to catch her wrist to prevent her from escaping.

"Let me go Jung Kook." Lilac said.

"Wait listen to me first. If you're free today, the hyungs would like to meet you." I said in a timid voice.

"I'll see first. If I'm at the university gate after class, then I'll be going with you. If not then you understand yourself." Lilac said and walked away.

I was happy that she was willing to answer me. I thought that she would be angry after the reaction that I gave her on Monday. I'm glad that she's not angry anymore.

Lilac's POV

Like usual I woke up early to go to the uni library and take a short nap before going to class. In the morning, the library will be empty so I could get some sleep. When I reach the library, I walk to my normal spot and lean on the wall to sleep. I had the same nightmare again. The sight of them leaving me alone in that situation. Someone shook me to wake me up but I just thought that it was my mom until I heard the voice that's not my mom. I rubbed my eyes to see clearly to see who is it. When I saw it was Jung Kook, I almost jolt up and take my bag and ran away. It's so embarrassing to let him see me sleeping in the library. Before I could run, he was fast enough to catch my wrist to stop me from going away.

"Let me go Jung Kook." I said.

"Wait listen to me first. If you're free today, the hyungs would like to meet you." Jung Kook said in a

timid voice.

"I'll see first. If I'm at the university gate after class, then I'll be going with you. If not then you understand yourself." I said and walked away.

To say the truth, I really want to see all of them again but I still doubt that I would be able to control myself in front of them. I'm worried that I might just start crying after I saw all of them but it's best for me to meet them today as we will meet sooner or later.
