Meeting Them

Joaane's POV

I thought that I was dreaming during class when I saw Jimin's message to me. I thought that I was asleep and he texted me in my dream. After class, I checked my phone again and saw that it was true after all that he texted me. Must be Lilac's doing because she wants to try to help me. This girl she's so far away and yet I still make her worried about me. What kind of friend am I? Sometimes I do wonder how I've gotten myself such a good friend. On my way back home, I stopped by the convenience store to buy some snacks for my supper. Since I just couldn't gain weight, I'm eating supper every night. When every girl wants to be thin but I'm just different from them. I want to gain weight like them but it's not easy. After buying all the things I needed, I hurried back home as I don't want Jimin to wait too long for me because the time difference here and Korea is only 1 hour.

To: Jimin

Hey Jimin. I'm home. You can continue to say what you want just now.

From: Jimin

Oh finally you're back. I've been waiting for you to say this to me.

To: Jimin

Haha. What is it that you want to tell me?

From: Jimin

Can I video call you?

To: Jimin

Sure. Give me 5 minutes.

From: Jimin

Ok.

After 5 minutes, I received his call and I answered it but almost shrieked when I saw his handsome face. He looks so dazzling under the light. Ah the man of my dreams.

"Hey Joaane. You're getting prettier." Jimin said.

"Hai. Oh really. I don't feel like it but it seems like you're getting younger. Still looking as young as

two years back." I said.

"Don't tease me. I know I have a baby face." Jimin said.

"By the way, what is it that you wanted to tell me?" I asked.

"Actually there's a lot of things I wanted to tell you but I don't know which one to say first." Jimin

said.

"Well start off with a simple one." I said.

"Ok. So how's your day? How have you been this past two years?" Jimin asked.

"Well my day is fine but boring with lectures. This two years I think I've been surviving pretty good

although we lost contact with each other but as long as I can watch you guys through Vlive. You don't feel far at all." I said.

"Well…..ummmmmm…. To say the truth I've been missing you since two years ago. I really hope to meet you again soon because talking through the phone is not enough for me." Jimin said.

Hearing what he said I was internally screaming because my bias actually said that he missed me. It's like a dream come true.

"Maybe I'll be visiting Korea during my semester break. Maybe we can meet up at that time." I said.

"Really!!! When is your semester break?" Jimin asked.

"It should be somewhere in February next year." I said.

"Ah I see." Jimin said.

"Oh by the way I gotta go. I need to start doing my assignment. Take care. Bye." I said.

"Ok. Bye bye. If we have time, let's video call each other again." Jimin said and hanged up.

I jump on the bed and roll around while holding my phone. Nothing could express how happy I am listening to what Jimin said. To be noticed by him is already a good thing but for him to say that he missed me had been a blessing to me. I found a new hope to continue doing well in my uni assignments. No matter how tough it is, it was worth the pain and hardship that I need to go through because of a guy named Park Jimin.
