Meeting Them

Chapter 65 - Friendly Talk

Jimin's POV

I was happy that I was able to talk to Joaane even if it was just a little while. Seeing her face on the phone screen makes me want to tell her how much I love her. It was such a suffocating feelings inside me because I've never been in love before. I don't know how to control the feelings inside me. It just feels like this feelings just grow whenever I talk or see Joaane.

"Jimin are you inside?" Someone asked.

"Yes. Come in." I replied.

When the door open and the person walked inside, I'm surprised to see Tae Hyung. I thought he was busy recording his new song in the studio.

"Eh Tae. I thought you got some recording going on? It's over this fast." I said.

"No. They decide to postpone the recording because the higher ups have meeting today. It won't be

over until 8 so the music director asked me to come back first. I will start my recording tomorrow." Tae Hyung said.

"Oh I see. No wonder you come back so fast." I said.

"How come you're hiding yourself in the room? Is there some secret that you cannot let us know? You're dating is it?" Tae Hyung make a guess.

My heart was thumping at a fast speed but I try my best to calmly reply his question.

"No. I was just talking to Joaane. Lilac had gave her number to me." I said.

"Oh. I thought you were hiding some secret girlfriend. I hope that you will not be the first to get a girlfriend since Jin hyung still hasn't got one. Hahaha…" Tae Hyung said while laughing.

"Tae that's so bad of you. It didn't matter whether will I get a girlfriend now or not because I want to focus on my career now. Love can wait but it always come in unpredictable way. You could never know when you will fall in love. That's the funny thing here." I said.

"Wow you're preaching. It sounds like you're very experience about love. Why don't you tell me a little about your love life? Have you dated before?" Tae Hyung said.

"No. Who wants to date me? I have nothing when I was in high school other than this baby face of mine." I said.

"But the way you talk just now make you sounded like you're some love expert. Who knows you have actually dated before but you didn't want to tell me." Tae Hyung make a wild guess.

"Nope. I only had a crush that one time then the feelings just fade away because I don't have the courage to even confess to her." I said.

"That's so sad. I wonder which girl is lucky enough for you to have a crush on her." Tae Hyung said.

"She's actually a very nice person. I didn't want to confess because I don't want to feel awkwardness between our friendship." I said.

"Oh but you should let the girl know your feeling though. Who knows that if you had actually confessed to her, she also like you as well. You might not know. Girls are pretty hard to read sometimes. You never know when they are saying the truth or when they are lying. They are very good at hiding their feelings." Tae Hyung explained.

"It's ok. I don't have any regrets not confessing to her. At least, I'm happy with what I turn out to be today." I said.

We went on talking for about 2 hours until Tae Hyung excused himself by saying that he's tired and want to turn in early.

"Good night Tae. Sweet dreams." I said.

"Ok. Good night and sweet dreams to you too." Tae Hyung said and walked out of the room.

After he left, I went to wash up and get ready to sleep. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I went straight into La La Land.
