Missing Girl

I told my parents the entire story. I didn't know if they would believe that there is a spirit in my room or was I just making reasons to stay at home.

Thankfully Indian parents buy these stories and I was taken to a temple. The priest touched me with vermillion and said everything would be fine. I doubted that completely..he probably just wanted to make some money for the day.

I texted Supriya that evening. She said Shivani has come with her 'Hanuman chalisa' and would sleep in my room tonight for support. I asked her to inform me for any updates.

That night at home I put a lot of oil on my legs. I thought if I scratch myself then the scar will not come. I was being too hopeful.

Next morning the scars was there. The spirit followed me to my home. It wasn't just in my hostel.

I had to return to the hostel. I was ready to go to any extent than enter that room but destiny had other plans.
