“She crushed it with her hands!”

The orange-haired young lady raised her voice when the prince looked at her with a half-disbelieving face. He then gazed at the crushed Oranges.

“She had the nerve to call me shameless, and she even dared to talk down on me! And talked about cheating— Ah,” The orange-haired girl stopped in her tracks, looking exasperated. Her face turned white as she realized she had just used the word “Cheating” in her mouth. The prince’s face immediately twisted as he listened.

“Pah–Pavel.”

Realizing her mistake, the orange-haired young lady looked at the frowning prince.

“It’s okay.”

The prince was not angry with her. Instead, he shot me a dirty look.

“Is what Eris said true?”

“She’s not wrong, is she?” I crossed my arms and replied bluntly. My words came out slurred as irritation rose.

“She said it herself that I misbehaved and the prince chose her, and that you two have committed adultery.”

“Cough-”

At my words, the orange-haired young lady coughed loudly. The prince’s face flushed bright red.

“How dare you!”

He snarled angrily.

‘What’s the use of glaring at me like that? On a trashy topic. Who was he to be intimidated by?’

“Am I wrong?” I squinted, and the prince flinched. He seemed very surprised that I didn’t avert my eyes, but then he cringed, and his face turned into a grimace.

“It’s not because of Eris that we’re divorced! It’s because of your behavior, which is unworthy of a princess…!”

The prince raised his voice as if his pride had been wounded.

“You think I’m going to go back to you after this?”

“Hah Crazy…”

‘Oh crap.’ I was so stunned that the word came out of my mouth. I quickly covered my mouth with my hand, but it was too late. The prince heard me and his eyes widened.

“What did you say just now?”

“…. I was talking to myself.”

“Do you think I’m deaf?! You dare Speak to me—!”

The prince shouted in an angry voice. His voice was so loud that the people on the street saw us and chattered amongst themselves.

“This is bad, this is bad. Aren’t you going to call the guards?”

“Secure his highness!”

All eyes were on us. Ugh so Burdensome. The orange-haired young lady lunged forward while trying to stop the prince.

“Go ahead and apologize to His Majesty!”

‘They seemed to suit well with each other, two shameless human scum.’

“Whoa.”

If that adulterer wasn’t royalty, he’d have been hacked to pieces like a wild boar on a good day. I steadied my breathing, letting out a long exhale to calm my bubbling insides.

‘Endure. I must endure. Oh, I can’t hold it in.’

“I’m sorry . I guess I just got carried away and said something weird without realizing it.”

“You call that an apology….!”

“I don’t think your highness would ever give me bread, but you seem to drink soup first.”

Eh, I don’t know about Insulting royalty. But It Might get me into jail again or something.

“Anyways don’t worry. Even if you come back later and regret it, no one’s going to welcome you back.”

As the saying goes, you can’t change the flavor. Even though it was my twin sister who was in love with that seaweed head, I decided to drive the nail into the coffin.

My words must have shocked him, because he rolled his eyes.

“Archie! You…….!”

“Oh, and I’m not Archie.”

“Archie..” Having a conscience unlike anyone else, I decided to correct his mistake at this point.

“What the hell are you talking about!”

“I said. I’m not Young Lady Bright.”

I sneered lightly at the seaweed head, who didn’t even recognize his ex-fiancé. Then I turned to the orange-haired woman who was clinging to the prince like a sloth.

“Hey, I don’t know if you’re Eris or Orange.”

“Don’t call me Orange!”

“Well, what else do you call an orange head but an orange head?”

“Anyway, I don’t like saying the same thing twice. So, let me explain the situation.”

“You think I’m going to believe your lie.” The Orange-haired Lady sneered sarcastically.

“I see you’re pretending to have amnesia again like before…..”

Oh, twin sister, why on earth are you putting me through this ordeal by pretending to have amnesia. I closed and opened my eyes, feeling a headache coming on.

“Think whatever you want, it’s your choice to believe or not.”

I realized that talking any further would only hurt my mouth, so I gave up trying to talk to the orange-haired woman and turned back to the prince, who stood there with a dumbfounded expression on his face.

“Now, if you’ll excuse me, I have an appointment.”

‘I didn’t go easy on him because I was scared of his status, I avoided him because he was dirty. It’s hard to be polite to a scum.’

I shrugged and turned away.

“Wait!”

I could hear the prince’s voice calling out to me from behind, but I pretended not to hear it and sped up my pace. I didn’t want to breathe the same air as this trash anymore, but against my wishes, the prince was persistent.

He said, “Stop! Stop!” He was more tenacious than an octopus sucker, the seaweed-head prince, who had chased me all the way to the back of the alley, grabbed my shoulder with a rough motion.

“You dare not listen to me..!”

“Ah I found you!”

The moment I was forced to turn around, the sweet scent of honeysuckle enveloped me. The next thing I knew, I was already in someone’s arms. I looked up and saw a face as beautiful as a freshly bloomed flower.

“You didn’t show up at the appointed time, so I was worried about you.”

The crown prince’s eyes narrowed as he ruffled his dazzlingly beautiful fresh green hair.

“Your Highness?”

The crown prince’s sudden appearance caused the seaweed-haired prince to look puzzled. The orange-haired young lady who had entered the alley late also blinked in surprise. Unlike them, the crown prince was relaxed.

“Long time no see, little brother.”

“What brings you here?”

“I’m just out for the holidays. I have an appointment with Viscountess Sabrina here.”

When the crown prince addressed me as Viscountess Sabrina. The prince’s eyes immediately flickered.

“Viscountess Sabrina….?”

“Yes. The daughter of Viscountess Wendy Sabrina.” His golden gaze turned to me with a clear smile.

“And the daughter of the Marquis of Bright.”

“Nonsense!”

The orange-haired young lady covered her mouth with both hands in astonishment at the crown prince’s addition.

“What do you mean?”

The seaweed-haired prince asked with a hardened fissure. He still couldn’t believe that I wasn’t Young lady Bright after all this time.

“Now is not the time for puns.”

“Oh, you don’t seem to remember.”

The crown prince, who had interrupted the prince’s words, and said in a pitiful voice.

“The Young Lady Bright was a twin, wasn’t she?”

“Ah,” the prince gasped, as if he had just remembered something he had forgotten. He looked at me with a face of disbelief.

“Then…. That person is not Archie, but…..”

“Let me reintroduce her. This is Viscountess Sabrina, The twin sister of the Young Lady Bright.”

The crown prince introduced, while placing a gentle hand on my shoulder.

“Is that true?”

“Is it that you don’t believe me?”

“No. It’s just…..”

“I thought you’d recognize her right away, Young Lady Bright was about your age.”

At the sudden rebuke, the second prince coughed in embarrassment, and averted his gaze.

“Your faces are so similar that even I would’ve mistaken you.”

“Strange. I thought you recognized me immediately.”

He lied. He recognized me by my scent and I knew the truth. I grunted and watched the confrontation. The second prince looked very uncomfortable, unlike the crown prince, who was always so relaxed.

“I’m not entirely sure what happened before my arrival, but it appears that you have offended Viscountess Sabrina.”

The crown prince pointed out the second prince’s fault in a soft voice. At the crown prince’s scolding, the second prince bit his lower lip in frustration.

‘Is it time for me to step up?’

“As His Highness the Crown Prince said, I am not the Young Lady Bright. I am Iris Sabrina, Head of House Sabrina.”

“Such….”

The second prince stared at me in disbelief. The pupils of his sea-green eyes flickered inexplicably. If I hadn’t known his true identity, I might have felt a little sorry for him at his panicked expression, but to me, he was just a lump of seaweed that didn’t look like honey.

“Now that the misunderstanding has been cleared up, I would appreciate it if you would apologize for any rudeness you may have committed against me, Your Highness the Second Prince and the orange-haired-… I mean Eris…”

“Eris Olette.” A voice as clear as a stream pierced my ears. The crown prince laughed softly. He was so pretty, it was like the sun was shining in a halo on him. Our gazes met.

“Your Grace, Countess of Olette.”

“Thank you.”

I thanked the kind prince for giving me the orange-haired young lady’s name. She was still standing there with a blank expression on her face.

“Countess Olette.”

“….Y-Young… Viscountess… S-Sabrina….”

At being called by her name, Countess Olette stuttered in surprise.

“I apologize for my rudeness earlier. Lately, everyone who sees me keeps calling me by my Twin Sister’s name, and it’s been getting on my nerves a bit.”

“I see.”

Countess Olette smiled awkwardly. The corner of her mouth turned up in an awkward arc, and I could feel the nervousness she couldn’t hide. She studied me for a moment, then tried to speak up.

“You know, I was just–..”

“I’m sorry to hear about my sister, Archie. I knew she got divorced, but I didn’t realize it was for that reason.”

Young Lady Olette’s face instantly paled. The orange-haired young lady had probably been blaming Archie for the breakup all this time. Now that I’m related to the Bright family, I’m naturally pissed off too.

“Neither my grandfather nor my father knew the details of my sister’s divorce. I’ve always wondered why, and now I do, thanks to you, Countess Olette.”

“That, that…”

Bingo! I said it because it reminded me of something the Duke of Bright said the other day. I smirked at the flustered Countess Olette.

‘You’ve fooled the Bright family, haven’t you?’
